Claims (13)
- Gehäuse für einen Faltstecker mit einer Nut (4) auf der Innenseite des Gehäuses (2) zur axialen Festlegung eines Kontakteinsatzes (3), wobei das Gehäuse (2) durch ein Längsscharnier (5) in zwei Teile (2a, 2b) unterteilt ist, die durch auf der dem Längsscharnier (5) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gehäuses (2) angeordnete Rastmittel (6, 7, 8) lösbar miteinander verrastet werden können,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine aus zwei Abschnitten (9a, 9b) bestehende Deckelauflageplattform (9), wobei jeder Abschnitt (9a bzw. 9b) auf jeweils einemTeil (2a bzw. 2b) des Gehäuses (2) die Rastmittel (6, 7, 8) überdeckend angeordnet ist. - Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rastmittel (6, 7, 8) aus einer an einem der Gehäuseteile (2a) angeformten Lasche (8) und einer in einer Ausnehmung (6) des anderen Gehäuseteiles (2b) vorgesehenen Rastkante (7) bestehen, hinter der die Lasche (8) zum Verrasten des Gehäuses (2) einrastet. - Gehäuse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jeder Abschnitt (9a, 9b) der Deckelauflageplattform (9) von zwei im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsachse (L) des Gehäuses (2) und jeweils auf einer Seite der Rastmittel (6, 7, 8) angeordneten Tragewänden (10a, 11a bzw. 10b, 11b) getragen ist. - Gehäuse gemäß Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an den zur Anlage an dem anderen Abschnitt (9b) vorgesehenen Innenseiten des einen Abschnittes (9a) der Deckelauflageplattform (9) und der entsprechenden Tragewände (10a, 11a) Stabilisierungslaschen (12) vorgesehen sind, die bei Verrastung des Gehäuses (2) in entsprechend ausgeformte Ausnehmungen (13) des anderen Abschnittes (9b) und dessen Tragewände (10b, 11b) eingreifen. - Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf der Innenseite der Vorderseite (15) des Gehäuses (2) eine U-förmige Führungsnut (14) zur Positionierung des Faltsteckers in einer Steckdose angeordnet ist. - Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in der Nut (4) auf der Innenseite des Gehäuses (2) ein Paßsteg (17) zur Positionierung eines Kontakteinsatzes vorgesehen ist, der zum Eingreifen in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung des Kontakteinsatzes ausgebildet ist. - Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf der Hinterseite des Gehäuses (2) auf beiden Gehäuseteilen (2a, 2b) ein Gewinde vorgesehen ist, auf das eine Kappe aufschraubbar ist. - Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Ebene der Deckelauflageplattform (9) mit der Längsachse (L) einen spitzen Winkel einschließt, der sich zur Vorderseite (15) des Gehäuses (2) hin öffnet. - Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Längsscharnier (5) durch ein Folienscharnier gebildet ist. - Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Gehäuse (2) mit der Deckelauflageplattform (9) und den Tragewänden (10 und 11) einstückig aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist. - Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
entlang den Teilungslinien (21) die Schnittflächen (22 - 25) der Gehäusehalbschalen (2a, 2b) mit einer Nut-Feder-Anordnung versehen sind. - Faltstecker mit einem Gehäuse und einem Kontakteinsatz, wobei das Gehäuse (2) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet ist und ein Außenabschnitt des Kontakteinsatzes zur axialen Festlegung in der Nut (4) auf der Innenseite des Gehäuses (2) aufgenommen ist.
- Faltstecker nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen die aneinander liegenden Schnittflächen (22 - 25) der Gehäuseteile (2a, 2b) eine Gummidichtung gelegt ist.
