Definitions
- a precast concrete shaft of the type mentioned at the beginning is known from DE 91 15 399 U1, whose interior with is lined with a plastic shaft liner and of the wall openings, in which a plastic sleeve is arranged.
- the plastic cuff is graduated and with the plastic shaft liner connected.
- the Tip the plastic inner tube over a line of sight is exposed.
- connecting sleeve for connection of a sewer pipe to a manhole.
- the connecting sleeve extends from the inside of the manhole to the outer coat and is stepped. However, it only serves the purpose of opening the shaft wall when inserting the concrete sewer pipe from damage to preserve.
- the task is therefore a precast concrete manhole of the type mentioned at the beginning develop that it is close to groundwater and the double wall pipe securely into the shaft wall opening can be pushed.
- the advantages achieved with the invention are in particular in that the plastic inner lining of the Precast concrete manhole at least down to its concrete jacket is brought up. This is the on Groundwater pressing groundwater concrete at all shaft openings, d. H. the shaft interior and the shaft wall opening a water barrier in the form of a plastic liner or a plastic sleeve opposite. Groundwater pressing on the precast concrete shaft and then up on the plastic liner again directed outside into the ground. An intrusion into the sewage system and an additional burden on the Sewage treatment plants are thus effectively avoided. On the other hand a drainage of the dirty water into the soil a tightly fitting insertion of the drain pipe and the Full lining of the precast concrete shaft in the Shaft wall opening through the exposed line of sight avoided.
- the plastic shaft liner and the sleeve can each end with a jacket edge on the concrete jacket. This will make it clear and effective Barrier against groundwater pressing from outside.
- the plastic manhole liner and the cuffs can be molded as a one-piece plastic part. This one-piece plastic part then only needs in the outer jacket made of concrete. Leakage between the individual parts becomes so much effectively avoided.
- the plastic shaft liner and the cuffs can also be used individually get connected. In this case, the connection can by gluing or welding. A subsequent connection of the cuff to the Plastic manhole inliner is particularly useful if there is a further shaft wall opening afterwards be created for another drain pipe got to.
- Sealing is a special focus between the inserted into the shaft wall opening Plastic sleeve and the exposed plastic inner tube and the concrete outer pipe. One can do this Ring seal around the respective partial pipe of the double wall pipe be placed.
- the one around the exposed plastic liner pipe Ring seal can be from a seal holding chamber be kept.
- the middle of the three levels at least partially designed as a seal holding chamber be. This ensures that the ring seal when inserting the exposed plastic inliner tube is held securely and their sealing properties can be fully effective.
- the ring seal around the concrete outer pipe can be a rolling ring or be an elastomeric sealing profile.
- the ring seal around the exposed inner tube can be a Form an elastomeric sealing profile. Because of the trained Double sealing becomes a very effective seal of the drain pipe in the precast concrete shaft.
- a shaft structure is shown in Fig. 1. It consists of a manhole base 100 and above Manhole rings 101, which are manufactured as precast concrete parts are.
- the shaft lower part has, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a shaft wall 1 with a thickness C made of concrete.
- a shaft wall 1 with a thickness C made of concrete.
- Be The interior of the shaft 23 is from the channel 12 'over its berm 19 completely with a plastic shaft liner 2 lined that in a coat edge 24 on his Coat 18 ends.
- the lower shaft part 100 has two opposite ones Provide shaft wall openings 12.
- Each of the Manhole wall openings 12 is with a plastic sleeve 3 lined.
- the plastic sleeve 3 is with the plastic shaft liner, as shown in FIG. 2, firmly connected. It is graduated and shows after connection with the plastic manhole liner 2 a lowest level 14. This is followed by one second stage, which is designed as a seal holding chamber 15 and a third stage 16 above.
- the Plastic sleeve 3 ends in a fourth stage 17 on the outer concrete jacket 18 and thus forms at the same time a jacket edge 24 '.
- Double wall tube 4 In the shaft wall opening 12 lined in this way there is a Double wall tube 4, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, arranged.
- the double wall pipe 4 consists of a concrete outer pipe 5 and a plastic liner tube, in the following referred to as plastic inner tube 6.
- the end 4 'of Double wall pipe 4 is exposed over a line of sight A. with its plastic inner tube 6 and over an insertion distance B with its concrete outer tube 5 in the with Plastic sleeve 3 lined shaft wall opening 12. It is essential to the invention that the line of sight A is greater than the insertion distance B.
- the plastic inner tube 6 abuts with its tip 11 to the lowest level 14 of the plastic sleeve 3.
- the second stage is in the seal holding chamber 15 between the plastic sleeve 3 and the plastic inner tube 6 placed a sealing profile 7.
- In the field of third stage 16 is sealing around the concrete outer tube 5 compared to the plastic sleeve 3, a rolling ring or Slide ring (elastomeric seal) 8 placed.
- the sealing profile 7 is, for example, a so-called GS ring from Denso-Chemie Wedeking KG, Leverkusen. Such sealing profiles are created to be larger Bridge fluctuations in the gaps to be sealed.
- the seals 7 and 8 are squeezed in and shown in compressed form.
- the concrete outer tube 5 is 16 in relation to the third stage spaced with a gap 9. But it is also possible that the concrete outer tube to the third stage 16 at the same time belching with the tip 11 on the first step 14 can.
- the cuff 3 is connected with the help of connections 10 the plastic shaft liner 2 connected.
- the connecting can be done by gluing or welding. It is cheaper if the plastic shaft liner 2 and the outgoing plastic cuffs 3 as a plastic liner is formed.
- FIG. 1 shows, on the bottom of an excavated pit in one Channel put on.
- Be 100 on the manhole base successively manhole rings 101 on the end of his manhole ring 21 put on.
- the complete lining of the Manhole base 100 with the plastic lining 2, 3 for that pressing from the outside on the manhole base Groundwater does not get into the interior of the shaft 23 can.
- the groundwater W marked with the arrows can on a conventional manhole base whose shaft wall 1 press that 20 to 30 l per minute can get inside the shaft.
