Claims (8)

  1. Injecteur de carburant pour des moteurs à combustion interne comprenant un organe d'obturation (aiguille) (9) coulissant axialement dans un alésage (7) d'un corps d'injecteur (1), sous l'effet de la pression exercée par le carburant contre la force de rappel d'un ressort d'injecteur (33), comprenant
    une tête d'injecteur (11), en forme de piston, dans laquelle est prévu au moins un canal d'éjection (47) partant d'une chambre de pression (23) délimitée dans l'alésage (7),
    la section de sortie (49) de ce canal étant complètement couverte par le corps (1) de l'injecteur au niveau de la surface périphérique de la tête d'injecteur (11) en position de fermeture de l'aiguille (9), et
    pour une course d'ouverture dirigée vers l'extérieur, à partir de son arrête de commande inférieure (51), à l'extrémité du corps d'injecteur (1) située du côté de la chambre de combustion, cette section d'ouverture est commandée à l'ouverture pour que la paroi du perçage du corps (1) de l'injecteur, adjacente à l'arête de commande (51), pour la position de la course d'ouverture maximale de l'aiguille (9), recouvre une partie de la section de sortie (49) du canal d'éjection (47) au niveau de la paroi de la tête (11),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le perçage d'éjection (55) est à l'équerre par rapport à l'axe de l'aiguille (9).
  2. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'arête de commande (51) à l'extrémité du corps (1) de l'injecteur, du côté de la chambre de combustion, libère au maximum 50% de la section de sortie (49) du canal d'éjection (47) lorsque l'aiguille (9) et dans sa position de course d'ouverture maximale.
  3. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le canal d'éjection (47) est formé d'un perçage d'alimentation (53) partant de la surface frontale annulaire supérieure (21), de la tête (11), non tournée vers la chambre de combustion, et d'un perçage d'éjection (55) partant radialement de ce perçage d'alimentation, le perçage d'éjection débouchant par son autre extrémité dans la paroi périphérique de la tête (11) pour y former la section de sortie (49).
  4. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la section du perçage d'éjection (55) correspond à une forme rectangulaire.
  5. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la surface frontale annulaire (21) de la tête (11), non tournée vers la chambre de combustion, délimite la chambre de pression (23) dans l'alésage (19) du corps d'injecteur (1).
  6. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il comporte plusieurs canaux d'éjection (47) et notamment trois canaux, répartis régulièrement à la périphérie de la tête (11).
  7. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la surface frontale du corps d'injecteur, du côté de la chambre d'injection, forme une surface constituant un siège de soupape (17), avec laquelle coopère une surface d'étanchéité de soupape (13) constituée par une surface frontale annulaire, non tournée vers la chambre de combustion, d'un anneau formant siège (15) rapporté sur la tête (11).
  8. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la surface d'étanchéité (13) de la tête (11) de l'injecteur est prévue à distance axiale par rapport à l'arrête inférieure (57) tournée vers la chambre de combustion et appartenant à l'orifice de sortie (49) du canal d'éjection (47).
