Claims (12)
- Verbundfenster in Mehrfachverglasung, wobei sämtliche, zur Funktion des Fensters erforderlichen Elemente wie Glasscheiben, Beschläge und Scharniere auf tragenden Metall-, vorzugsweise Stahlrahmen montiert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stahlrahmen als Flügelrahmen (2;3) für die Aufnahme der vorzugsweise Sicherheits-Glasscheiben (1) über kraftschlüssige Verbindungen (8;9) vorgesehen und mit Aussparungen (10) für die Montage der Beschläge und das Einbringen von Entfeuchtungseinrichtungen (12;13) sowie an den Innen- und Außenseiten der Flügel- und Blendrahmen (2;3) mit weiteren Verbindungselementen (7;8;11;14) für den kraftschlüssigen Verbund mit inneren und äußeren Verblendungen (5;6) und/oder Zusatzrahmen (4) versehen sind. - Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorzugsweise aus Holz und/oder Kunststoff bestehenden Verblendungen (5) über lösbare Verbindungen (7) mit den Verbindungsvertiefungen (11) Trägerrahmen (2;3) auswechselbar verbunden sind.
- Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzrahmen (4) mittels Klebeverbindung (8) und/oder mechanischer Sicherungen (14) mit den Trägerrahmen (2) verbunden sind und über Klebeverbindung (8) und mechnische Sicherungen (22) als Flügelrahmen eine dritte äußere Glasscheibe (1) und als Blendrahmen eine an diese formschlüssig angepaßte Glasverblendung (6) tragen.
- Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanischen Sicherungen (14) aus einem Druckknopfsystem bestehen, dessen positiver Teil am Trägerrahmen (3) und dessen negativer Teil am Zusatzrahmen (4) fest verankert ist.
- Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerrahmen (2;3) durch einen Kunststoff-Isolierkern (15) in innere und äußere Teilrahmen (2;3) geteilt sind, die an ihren Innenflächen mit dem Isolierkern (15) kraftschlüssig verbunden sind und an ihren Außenflächen über Klebeverbindungen (8) die inneren und äußeren Glasscheiben (1) sowie innere und äußere Verblendungen (5;6) tragen.
- Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inneren und äußeren Glasscheiben (1) mit den waagerechtenGlasverblendungen (6) der Teil-Blendrahmen (2;3) formschlüssig verbunden sind, so daß sich das Bild einer einheitlichen Glasfläche ergibt.
- Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inneren Teil-Flügel- und -Blendrahmen (2) mit einer Holz- oder Kunststoffverblendung (5) versehen sind und sich nach außen durch die äußere Glasscheibe (1) und die formschlüssige Glasverblendung (6) eine einheitliche Glasfläche ergibt.
- Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Isolierkern (15) aus einem alterungsresistenten Kunststoff, beispielsweise Polyurethanhartschaum, besteht.
- Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zwischen den Teil-Trägerrahmen (2;3) angeordnete Isolierkern (15) mit Vorrichtungen (17;18) zum Einbringen einer Isolierfolie (16) zwischen den Glasscheiben (1) ausgerüstet ist.
- Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierfolie (16) doppelwandig und über Ventilverbindung (18) aufblasbar ausgeführt ist.
- Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Scheiben (1) Sonnenschutz- oder Sicherheitsjalousien angebracht sein können.
- Verbundfenster nach Anspruch 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an den äußeren Flügelrahmen (3) Scharniere (19) zum Aufklappen der Verbundkonstruktion angeordnet sind.
