Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- Schraubkupplung für kraftübertragende Stäbe, insbesondere Bewehrungsstäbe oder Zugstäbe, bestehend aus einer mit einem ersten Stabende verbundenen Kupplungshülse mit Innengewinde sowie einem Anschlußkopf, der mit einem Gewindezapfen in die Kupplungshülse einschraubbar und mit einem zweiten Stabende verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem mit der Kupplungshülse (3) verbundenen ersten Stabende (1) und dem Gewindezapfen (8) ein unter axialer Krafteinwirkung verformbarer Verformungskörper (6, 9) angeordnet ist und daß die Einschraubtiefe des Gewindezapfens (8) durch eine Anschlagfläche (12) an der Kupplungshülse (3) oder durch eine Markierung (13) am Anschlußkopf (7) begrenzt wird.
- Schraubkupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verformungskörper an der Stirnfläche des ersten Stabendes (1) und/oder des Gewindezapfens (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubkupplung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verformungskörper durch einen verformbaren Vorsprung des ersten Stabendes (1) und/oder des Gewindezapfens (8) gebildet wird.
- Schraubkupplung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Stabende (1) eine stirnseitige Spitze (6) aufweist, die auf die Stirnfläche (9) des Gewindezapfens (8) gerichtet ist, wobei die Stirnfläche (9) und/oder die Spitze (6) den Verformungskörper bildet.
- Schraubkupplung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gewindezapfen (8) eine stirnseitige Spitze aufweist, die auf die Stirnfläche des ersten Stabendes (1) gerichet ist, wobei die Stirnfläche und/oder die Spitze den Verformungskörper bildet.
- Schraubkupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verformungskörper ein zwischen das erste Stabende (1) und den Gewindezapfen (8) eingelegter gesonderter Körper ist.
- Schraubkupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit dem zweiten Stabende (2) verbundene Anschlußkopf (17) einen radial vorstehenden Bund (11) aufweist, der an einer die Anschlagfläche bildenden Stirnfläche (12) der Kupplungshülse (3) zur Anlage kommt.
- Schraubkupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Stabende (2) oder der damit verbundene Anschlußkopf (7) mit seitlichen Schlüsselanflachungen (10) versehen ist.
- Schraubkupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlußkopf (7) mit dem zweiten Stabende (2) durch Stumpfschweißung verbunden ist.
- Schraubkupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlußkopf (7) aus einem am zweiten Stabende (2) angestauchten Kopf besteht.
