Definitions
- the invention relates to a tank with an inner and / or outer double-walled Cladding according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such tank walls with lining have the advantage of an improved Corrosion resistance and allow leak monitoring in the double-walled cladding, so that in the event of a leak environmental damage largely avoided.
- the double-walled cladding if necessary occurring pressure load on the inside or outside of the Can withstand tank wall, this must have sufficient pressure and Have shear strength.
- the shear strength of the cladding not too high to be incomplete and / or adherent Avoid detaching the paneling from the tank wall.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a tank with an inner and / or to create outer double-walled cladding, the more leak-resistant and can be easily and quickly equipped with the cladding.
- the double pole fabric used is flat and therefore inexpensive to manufacture. Despite the flatness, the leak monitoring is full necessary cavity between the upper and lower goods avoid impregnation with a hardenable resin.
- the resin is so far only the webs, so that along the line-like arrangement of juxtaposed pile threads result in largely closed web walls can. These resinous web walls ensure sufficient Shear strength of the flat double pile fabric, even if this Bridge walls are mostly closed, still sufficient permeability remains for the detection of leaks, especially with Compressed air, is suitable.
- the upper and lower fabrics are preferably a woven fabric into which the pile threads are inserted tied with 5 to 7 weft threads each are. Depending on the choice of thread size, the distances are in this way between the webs or web walls and thus the width of the cavity channels adjustable.
- fiber material for the upper and lower goods as well as the pile threads high-strength fibers, in particular glass fibers, preferred.
- the double pole fabric adheres preferably to the tank wall with the intermediation of a resin that can be reinforced with glass fibers and as a laminate can reinforce the double pile fabric on both sides.
- Fig. 1 shows a section of a tank wall 1 of a generally cylindrical Tanks for holding flowable or pourable goods, such as especially chemicals and petrochemical bulk goods.
- a double-walled cladding 2 is fastened to the inside of the tank wall 1.
- the attachment is preferably done by adhering to a curable resin, especially a thermosetting reactive resin, such as. B. polyester resin.
- a tank wall 1 consisting in particular of steel can by roughening, in particular by using a sandblasting process, be pretreated.
- a roughened tank wall 1 improves this Adhering the panel 2.
- the double-walled cover 2 comprises a resin curable stiffened Doppelpolware 3, which are placed in one or more side by side Paths the tank wall 1 in the radial or longitudinal direction disguised.
- the double-pole fabric 3 is an uncut multi-layer fabric with one Upper goods 4 and a lower goods 5, which are connected to each other and to each other are kept spaced by pile threads 6 (see FIG. 2), the switch back and forth between the upper 4 and the lower 5 and form webs 7, 8 there.
- the upper fabric 4, the lower fabric 5 and the webs 7, 8 stiffened to form a component.
- the pile threads 6 are in this way in the upper fabric 4 and the lower fabric 5 involved that between each two adjacent, from the pile threads 6th when crossing between upper goods 4 and lower goods 5 webs 7 and 8, a length section A of 5 to 8 mm. Is it the Double-pile fabric preferably around a woven fabric with crossed weft threads 9 and warp threads (not shown in Fig. 2), this length section A by incorporating the pile threads 6 wrapping around five to seven wefts 9 in each of the upper 4 and lower 5 can be set. In Fig. 2 is a loop of five each Weft threads 9 shown.
- the density of the non-resinous Upper and lower goods 4, 5 can have the number of warp threads and Weft threads 9 can be set per square centimeter. Become one loose upper and lower goods 4, 5 desired to prevent leaks in the tank wall 1 display as soon as possible, so less weft threads than stitching threads distributed per square centimeter. For example, at 10 Baste threads per square centimeter only 9 or 9.5 weft threads 9 distributed. The upper and lower goods are then to a certain extent leaky.
- the height of the webs 7, 8 is only 2.5 to 3.5 mm.
- the pile threads 6 are further integrated next to each other in such a way that the webs 7, 8 line-like and parallel to each other web walls 10 from a Form a plurality of individual webs 7, 8 in rows of webs, which together with the Upper goods 4 and lower goods 5 delimit individual cavity channels 11.
- the height of the webs 7, 8 and thus the web walls 10 is consequently less than the width of the wall spacing.
- the web wall distances can be more than be twice the height of the web walls 10.
- the webs 7, 8 along the web walls 10 are preferably such in that hardened resin embedded that the web walls 10 mostly closed are.
- the upper fabric 4 and the lower fabric 5 thus form two at a distance mutually stiffened walls, the intermediate one
- the volume of the room is only partially due to the stiffened web walls 10 filled and otherwise essentially empty.
- the lower fabric 5 and the pile threads 6 and their webs 7, 8 serve high-strength fibers, such as Glass fibers, Carbon fibers and aramid fibers.
- the fibers used can either spun into yarns as staple fibers or as mono- or multifilaments be trained.
- the covering 2 can preferably be made of a laminate layer 12, 13 glass fiber reinforced plastic reinforced on one or both sides and be covered.
- the upper laminate layer 12 can be made by means of a cover layer be coated, which gives a particularly smooth outer skin which can also cause a seal.
- the lower layer of laminate 13 can form an intermediate layer between tank wall 1 and cladding 2, which causes an additional structure of the tank wall 1 and thus the Lifespan of a tank increased.
- Alternatively can be placed in the longitudinal direction of the tank.
- the cavity channels 11 can end in a seam or connection area and over this communicate with each other, so that even with an extensive closure the web walls 10 the different cavity channels with each other are connected, whereby the leakage monitoring extends over the entire panel can extend.
- the hollow channels 11 also communicate with one another via the web walls 10.
- a hardening reactive resin is used to impregnate the double pile fabric, such as. unsaturated polyester, epoxies, vinyl esters, phenols, PUR, silicones (SI), polyimide (PI) or polyamideimide (PAI). Also suitable are UV-curing resins.
- Leakage monitoring takes place in the casing 2 by means of known ones Leak monitoring systems.
