Claims (13)
- System zur Auszugssicherung von über- oder nebeneinander angeordneten, bezüglich eines Trägers (7), insbesondere eines Korpusteils, ausziehbaren und einschiebbaren Bauteilen (1, 1a), insbesondere Schubladen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens einem der Bauteile (1) ein Betätigungselement (3) zugeordnet ist, welches durch Herausziehen des Bauteils (1) von einer ersten in eine zweite Endstellung bewegbar ist, und wenigstens einem weiteren Bauteil (1) ein Sperrelement (4) zugeordnet ist, welches mit dem Betätigungselement (3) derart in Wirkverbindung steht, daß es bei der Bewegung des Betätigungselements (3) ebenfalls von einer ersten in eine zweite Endstellung bewegbar ist, wobei das Sperrelement (4) in seiner zweiten Endstellung ein Herausziehen des ihm zugeordneten Bauteils (1, 1a) verhindert. - System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Bauteilen jeweils ein Betätigungselement (3) und ein Sperrelement (4) zugeordnet sind, wobei die Elemente (3, 4) als von einer zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Endstellung bewegbaren Drehachse (2) radial abstehende, einen Winkel zueinander bildende hebelartige Vorsprünge ausgebildet sind, welche derart angeordnet sind, daß durch Herausziehen eines der Bauteile (1) das diesem Bauteil zugeordnete Betätigungselement (3) derart betätigbar ist, daß die Drehachse (2) und die an dieser angebrachten Elemente (3, 4) von ihrer jeweils ersten in ihre jeweils zweite Endstellung bewegbar sind, und durch Wiedereinschieben des Bauteils (1) das diesem Bauteil zugeordnete Betätigungselement (3) derart betätigbar ist, daß die Drehachse (2) und die an dieser angebrachten Elemente (3, 4) von ihrer zweiten in ihre erste Endstellung zurückbewegbar sind.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauteile (1, 1a) jeweils mit vorragenden Zapfen (5) ausgebildet sind, die derart angeordnet sind, daß bei Herausziehen eines ersten Bauteils (1) der Zapfen (5) dieses Bauteils das diesem Bauteil (1) zugeordnete Betätigungselement (3) derart betätigt, daß die Drehachse (2) von ihrer ersten in ihre zweite Endstellung bewegbar ist, wobei ein Herausziehen eines weiteren Bauteils (1a) durch ein Zusammenwirken des Zapfens (5) dieses Bauteils (1a) mit dem entsprechend in seiner zweiten Endstellung befindlichen Sperrelement (4) verhindert wird.
- System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente (3, 4) einstückig mit einem an der Drehachse befestigbaren Aufsatzteil (6) ausgebildet sind.
- System nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufsatzteil (6) eine der Querschnittsform der Drehachse (2) entsprechende Bohrung aufweist.
- System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Drehachse (2) mit einem abgeflachten Bereich (2a) ausgebildet ist.
- System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufsatzteil (6) auf seinem Außenumfang zwei abgeflachte Bereiche (6a, 6b) aufweist, welche durch Zusammenwirken mit Anschlagflächen am Träger die erste und zweite Endstellung der Drehachse (2) definieren.
- System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauteile (1, 1a) als in einem Korpusteil übereinander angeordnete Schubladen ausgebildet sind, wobei an wenigstens einer seitlichen Innenwand des Korpusteils (7) eine in Anordnungsrichtung der Schubladen (1, 1a) verlaufende, als Welle (2) ausgebildete Drehachse vorgesehen ist, die auf Höhe der Schubladen jeweils Aufsatzteile (6) aufweist, die mit jeweils einem Betätigungselement (3) und einem Sperrelement (4) ausgebildet sind, welche bei Heraus- und wieder Einschieben einer Schublade (1) mit auf den äußeren Seitenwänden der Schubladen (1, 1a) ausgebildeten Zapfen (5) zusammenwirken.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente (3, 4) einstückig als Schenkel eines Winkelbleches ausgebildet sind, wobei die Drehachse (2) der Scheitellinie des Winkelblechs entspricht.
- System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Federmittel vorgesehen sind, welche die Drehachse (2) je nach ihrer Drehstellung in die erste oder die zweite Endstellung belasten.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende Drehachsen 2' vorgesehen sind, deren Drehstellungen über einen Kopplungsmechanismus 10, 11 miteinander synchronisierbar sind.
- System nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachsen 2' jeweils mit einem verdrehsicheren Hebel 10 ausgebildet sind, wobei diese Hebel 10 mittels einer Schubstange 11 derart miteinander verbunden sind, daß bei einer Drehbewegung einer der Drehachsen 2' diese Drehbewegung auf die übrigen Drehachsen 2' übertragbar ist.
- Schubladenschrank mit übereinander oder nebeneinander angeordneten Schubladen (1, 1a), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein System zur Auszugssicherung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
