Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de refoulement destiné à des produits fluides comprenant
    un corps de base (13), recevant au moins en partie un ensemble de pompe comportant :
    une chambre de pompe pouvant être reliée à une ouverture de refoulement (36) par l'intermédiaire d'un canal de refoulement (40), la chambre de pompe étant délimitée par un cylindre de pompe (27) et un piston de pompe (31), le cylindre de pompe (27) formant le réservoir de produit, le piston de pompe (31) pouvant être guidé en déplacement dans le cylindre de pompe (27),
    le cylindre de pompe (27) étant contenu au moins en partie dans un manchon d'actionnement (17),
    caractérisé par
    une fermeture à intégrité évidente qui peut être détruite par une force d'actionnement,
    comprenant au moins un pont de matériau pouvant être brisé (19) entre l'ensemble de pompe et l'élément de fixation en forme d'anneau (60),
    l'élément de fixation (60) étant, par l'intermédiaire du au moins un pont de matériau (19) solidaire de l'ensemble de pompe, ledit élément de fixation étant adapté sur le corps de base (13) en entourant une saillie externe (61) du corps de base (13),
    des moyens d'enclenchement coopérants (72, 73) étant disposés au niveau de l'extérieur de la saillie (61) et sur l'intérieur de l'élément de fixation (60).
  2. Dispositif de refoulement selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de fixation (60) est une bague présentant une section transversale en forme de L constituée d'une partie de bague inférieure (70) et d'une partie d'enveloppe pratiquement cylindrique (71).
  3. Dispositif de refoulement selon la revendication 2, comprenant en outre au niveau de la face interne de la partie d'enveloppe (71) un profit d'enclenchement (72) coopérant avec un profit d'enclenchement de forme correspondante (73) au niveau de l'extérieur de la saillie (61).
  4. Dispositif de refoulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les moyens d'enclenchement (72, 73) sont en forme d'ardillon afin d'assurer une force de maintien plus faible dans la direction de l'enclenchement que dans la direction opposée à celle-ci, dans laquelle direction opposée la force de maintien est plus importante qu'une force nécessaire pour briser le au moins un pont de matériau (19).
  5. Dispositif de refoulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel un guide destiné à la partie de pompe est formé par des nervures internes (62) du corps de base (13).
  6. Dispositif de refoulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel l'élément de fixation (60) comporte une face de contact destinée à un outil d'assemblage, exerçant une force afin de mettre en prise les moyens d'enclenchement (72, 73).
  7. Dispositif de refoulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le au moins un pont de matériau (19) est formé en une pièce avec le manchon d'actionnement (17).
  8. Dispositif de refoulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant en outre plusieurs ponts de matériaux pratiquement dans un seul plan.
  9. Dispositif de refoulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le au moins un pont de matériau (19) est conçu sous la forme d'une pointe reliée à une paroi.
  10. Dispositif de refoulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel est prévu sur l'ensemble de pompe un repère coopérant avec un repère sur le corps de base (13) et qui sont déplacés mutuellement pendant un actionnement de la pompe.
  11. Dispositif de refoulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel entre une position de fermeture à intégrité évidente, dans laquelle les pièces pouvant être déplacées l'une vis-à-vis de l'autre en vue d'un actionnement sont fixées par ladite fermeture, et une position de début de refoulement déterminée par le début de refoulement du produit, il se trouve un espacement définissant une course à vide.
  12. Dispositif de refoulement destiné à des produits fluides, comprenant un corps de base (13) recevant au moins en partie
    un ensemble de pompe comportant :
    une chambre de pompe pouvant être reliée à une ouverture de refoulement (36) par l'intermédiaire d'un canal de refoulement (40), la chambre de pompe étant délimitée par un cylindre de pompe (27) et un piston de pompe (31), le cylindre de pompe (27) formant le réservoir de produit, le piston de pompe (31) étant guidé en déplacement dans le cylindre de pompe (27),
    caractérisé par
    une première et une seconde fermetures à intégrité évidente qui peuvent être détruites par une force d'actionnement, comprenant un premier et un second élément (60, 76) comportant chacun au moins un pont de matériau pouvant être brisé (19, 19b),
    les premier et second éléments étant espacés de façon que le premier élément (60) permette, après la rupture de ses ponts de matériau (19), une première course partielle du piston de pompe (31), ladite première course partielle étant limitée par le second élément (76),
    et grâce à quoi, après la rupture des ponts de matériau (19b) du second élément (76) sous une force d'actionnement accrue, le piston de pompe (31) est libre en vue d'une seconde course partielle.
  13. Dispositif de refoulement selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le premier élément (60) comporte une surface de butée sur laquelle le second élément (76) vient en butée à la fin de la première course partielle.
  14. Dispositif de refoulement destiné à des produits fluides, comprenant un corps de base (13) recevant au moins en partie
    un ensemble de pompe comportant :
    une chambre de pompe pouvant être reliée à une ouverture de refoulement (36) par l'intermédiaire d'un canal de refoulement (40), la chambre de pompe étant délimitée par un cylindre de pompe (27) et un piston de pompe (31), le cylindre de pompe (27) formant un réservoir de produit et étant au moins en partie contenu dans un manchon d'actionnement en matière plastique (17),
    le piston de pompe (31) étant guidé avec possibilité de déplacement dans le cylindre de pompe (27),
    le corps de base (13) comportant une partie centrale pratiquement cylindrique (34) présentant au niveau de son extrémité supérieure une buse de pulvérisation (36) et au niveau de son extrémité inférieure des épaulements d'actionnement et de saisie (14) sous la forme d'une saillie radiale pratiquement plate de dimensions considérablement plus importantes suivant deux directions opposées l'une à l'autre que suivant une direction perpendiculaire à celles-ci,
    caractérisé par
    une fermeture à intégrité évidente qui peut être détruite par une force d'actionnement,
    comprenant au moins un pont de matériau pouvant être brisé (19) solidaire d'un élément de fixation (60) et du manchon d'actionnement (17), l'élément de fixation (60) étant une bague entourant une saillie de logement extérieure (61) faisant saillie depuis la face inférieure desdits épaulements de saisie (14), et ledit manchon d'actionnement (17) s'étendant de façon centrale à travers et loin au-delà dudit élément de fixation (60).
