Claims (12)
- Steckverbinder (10), mit einem Kunststoffgehäuse (12), das an einer Leiterplatte (15) befestigbar ist und in welchem eine Kontaktanordnung (13) aufgenommen ist, deren leiterplattenseitigen Kontaktanschlüsse (39) zur Verbindung mit der Leiterplatte (15) aus dem Gehäuse (12) herausgeführt sind und deren kabelsteckerseitigen Kontaktanschlüsse (38) der Verbindung mit einem Kabelstecker (11) dienen, wobei das Gehäuse (12) Verriegelungsteile (58, 59) einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung zu seinem steckbaren Verriegeln mit einem Kabelstecker (11) besitzt, wobei ein Metallbügel (14) vorgesehen ist, der die Deckwand (28) und die Seitenwände (26, 27) des Kunststoffgehäuses (12) zumindest über einen Teil ihrer Tiefe übergreift und endseitig mit Lötwinkel (51, 52) bestückt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsteile (58, 59) Verriegelungslaschen (58, 59) sind, welche im Bereich der beiden Enden des Metallbügels (14) von der Längsplatte (46) des Metallbügels abstehen und in den Innenraum (16) des Kunststoffgehäuses (12) randseitig eintauchen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Metallbügel (14) vorzugsweise beidendig mit einem seine Seitenwand verlängernden und über die Unterseite des Lötwinkels (51, 52) ragenden Fixierlappen (53, 54) versehen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungslaschen (58, 59) durch einen Schlitz in der Deckwand (28) des Gehäuses (12) dringen und in einem Schlitz (33, 34) des Bodens (29) des Gehäuses (12) enden.
- Steckverbinder nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenraum (16) des Gehäuses (12) mit einer die Verriegelungslaschen (58, 59) hintergreifenden Erweiterung (49, 50) versehen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungslaschen (58, 59) von der Längsplatte (46) des Metallbügels (14) senkrecht abstehen.
- Steckverbinder nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lötwinkel (51, 52) mit mindestens einer Durchgangsbohrung (56, 57) versehen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Metallbügel (14) einstückig aus einem Blech geformt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungslaschen (58, 59) aus der Längsplatte (46) des Metallbügels (14) ausgeklinkt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fixierlappen (53, 54) aus dem Lötwinkel (51, 52) ausgeklinkt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktanordnung (13) in einem Kunststoffhalter (36) eingegossen ist, der in das Gehäuse (12) verrastend einsteckbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasterbreite der leiterplattenseitigen Kontaktanschlüsse (39) der Kontaktanordnung (13) geringer ist als die der kabelsteckerseitigen Kontaktanschlüsse (38) der Kontaktanordnung (13).
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasterbreite der leiterplattenseitigen Kontaktanschlüsse (39) 0,5 mm und die der kabelsteckerseitigen Kontaktanschlüsse (38) 0,8 mm beträgt.
