Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung für die Steuerung des Öffnungs- und Schließvorgangs einer Kraftfahrzeugtür oder Hecktür (25), insbesondere der Rückwandtür eines Nutzfahrzeuges, die dazu angepasst ist, während einer Öffnungs- und Schließbewegung mit der Tür in Eingriff zu gelangen, wobei die Öffnungsbewegung einen maximalen Öffnungswinkel von mindestens 90° erreicht, zum Arretieren der Tür in ihrer ganz geöffneten Position und zum durch die Vorrichtung ermöglichten Lösen der Tür unterhalb des maximalen Öffnungswinkels, wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist:
    eine Verbindungsstange (5) und eine Halterung (27), wobei die Verbindungsstange (5) elastisch um ein Scharnier drehbar an dem Fahrzeugkörper anbringbar ist und mit der Halterung (27) zusammenwirkt, die an der Fahrzeugtür (25) befestigbar ist, wobei der nichteingehängte Endabschnitt (12) der Verbindungsstange (5) Eingriffs- und Führungsmittel (13, 15, 19, 21) aufweist, die dazu angepasst sind, mit den Eingriffs- und den Führungsmitteln (33, 37, 40, 41, 47) zusammenzuwirken, die an der Halterung (27) angeordnet und dazu angepasst sind, den Endabschnitt (12) der Verbindungsstange (5) während der gesamten gesteuerten Öffnungsbewegung der Tür (25) in Eingriff mit der Halterung (27) zu halten, und die dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, dass sowohl die Eingriffs- als auch die Führungsmittel (13, 15, 19, 21, 33, 37, 40, 41, 47) auf der Verbindungsstange (5) und der Halterung (27) geeignet sind, automatisch den Endabschnitt der Verbindungsstange (5) von der Türhalterung (27) während dem ersten Takt der Schließbewegung der Tür zu lösen.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffsund Führungsmittel, die an dem Endabschnitt (12) der Verbindungsstange angepasst sind, aus
       einem Haken (13), der in die Kontur der Verbindungsstange eingeformt ist,
       ersten und zweiten koaxialen Rollen (15, 19) verschiedener Durchmesser, und
       einer Stützung (21) bestehen, die einen halbkreisförmigen Sitz (23) bereit stellt, der angepasst ist, eine Rolle (37) ähnlichen Durchmessers aufzunehmen.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endabschnitt (12) der Verbindungsstange (5) eine C-förmige Kontur aufweist, und dass die zweite Rolle (19), die einen größeren Durchmesser als die erste Rolle 15 aufweist, innerhalb der C-förmigen Kontur eingehaust ist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an der Tür befestigbare Halterung (27) flach ist und zwei obere und untere Zungen (29, 30) zur Verfügung stellt, die unter einem Winkel von 90° orientiert sind und eine Führung für den Endabschnitt (12) der Verbindungsstange bilden.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffs- und Führungsmittel, die an der an der Tür befestigbaren Halterung (27) befestigt sind, aus
       einer Torsionsfeder (33), die mit einer Rolle (37) ausgestattet ist, die dafür angepasst ist, mit dem Sitz (23) an der Stützung (21) zusammenzuwirken,
       einem Hebel (41), der von elastischen Mitteln in Position gehalten wird, und der geeignet ist, mit der ersten Rolle (15) und einem Führungsabschnitt (47) der oberen Zunge (30) zusammenzuwirken, der unter einem Winkel von 90° bezüglich der oberen Zunge geklappt und so orientiert ist, dass seine Ausdehnung den flachen Teil der Halterung (27) unter einem spitzen Winkel trifft, und
       einem gebogenen Teil (40) besteht, der die Feder (33) hält und angepasst ist, um mit dem Haken (13) des Endabschnitts (12) in Eingriff zu gelangen.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (41) so geformt ist, dass er ein offenes V bildet, das dem flachen Teil der Halterung (27) gegenüberliegt, wobei der Hebel schwingbar an der oberen Zunge (30) in solch einer Entfernung von der Grundfläche und dem Führungsteil (47) befestigt ist, um den Durchgang der ersten Rolle (15) zu ermöglichen.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Bauteil (49) den einen Endabschnitt des Hebels (41) gegen die Grundfläche der Halterung (27) und den anderen Endabschnitt gegen den Führungsteil (47) hält.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstange, wenn sie nicht an der Tür (25) anliegt, mit Hilfe eines elastischen Bauteils (9) gegen ein Widerlager (11) gedrückt wird.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Öffnungsbewegung der Tür 25 die erste Rolle (15) so angeordnet ist, um den Hebel (41) von dem flachen Teil der Halterung (27) anzuheben, wohingegen während der Schließbewegung der Tür die erste Rolle so angeordnet ist, um den Hebel (41) von dem Führungsteil (47) zu lösen.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der arretierten offenen Türposition der Haken (13) mit dem gebogenen Teil (47) in Eingriff ist und dass die Rolle (37) der Feder (33) in den Sitz (23) der Stützung (21) eingerückt ist.
