Eine Glättung der Kurve nach Fig. 4a ergibt beim erwünschten Bearbeitungsergebnis eine Konstante gemäß Fig. 4b. Sie ist ein Indiz dafür, daß Planheit bzw. Rundheit nunmehr erreicht ist. Die Steuervorrichtung 42 steuert die Antriebe entsprechend an, um den Bearbeitungsvorgang zu stoppen und die Schleifscheibe 16 oder 18 in ihre Ausgangsposition zurückzufahren für die Bearbeitung der nächsten Position bzw. der nächsten Werkstückscheibe.
Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Bearbeiten eines ringförmigen CBN- oder Diamantbelags (14) von über eine Spindel (30) rotierend angetriebenen Schleifscheiben (10) am Umfang und/oder an der Stirnseite, mit Hilfen einer rotierend angetriebenen Werkzeugschleifscheibe (18), insbesondere mit einem SiC-Belag, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem mit Hilfe von zwei oder mehr Ultraschallsensoren (34, 36) der von der Spindel (30) der Werkstückscheibe (10) erzeugte Körperschall gemessen und analysiert wird, bei dem ferner die Werkzeugscheibe (18) automatisch zunächst mit einer vorgegebenen ersten Geschwindigkeit gegen die Werkstückscheibe (10) gefahren wird, bis mindestens einer der Ultraschallsensoren (34, 36) mittels einer deutlich verstärkten Schwingungsamplitude der Spindel (30) eine Berührung der Werkzeugscheibe (18) feststellt, und die Werkzeugscheibe (18) mit einer zweiten viel geringeren Geschwindigkeit zugestellt wird, bis mindestens einer der Ultraschallsensoren (34, 36) die Rundheit bzw. Planheit des Schleifbelags der Werkstückscheibe (10), die sich in entsprechenden Schwingungen der Spindel (30) äußert, feststellt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus den Ausgangssignalen der Sensoren (34, 36) eine Mittelwertkurve gebildet wird und die Zustellung mit der zweiten Geschwindigkeit der Werkzeugscheibe (18) bzw. der Antrieb der Werkzeugscheibe (10) bzw. der Werkstückscheibe (18) gestoppt wird, wenn die Mittelwertkurve annähernd konstant ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit bzw. die Zustellung der Werkzeugscheibe (18) während des Eingriffs mit der Werkstückscheibe (10) in Abhängigkeit von der Höhe des Körperschallsignalpegels geregelt bzw. gesteuert wird.
- Schleifvorrichtung zum Bearbeiten eines ringförmigen CBN- oder Diamantbelags von Schleifscheiben am Umfang und/oder an der Stimseite, mit mindestens einer Werkzeugschleifscheibe (18), insbesondere mit einem Belag aus SiC, die von einem ersten Antrieb (32) drehend antreibbar ist und deren Halterung mit mindestens einem zweiten Antrieb (26) auf die Werkstückscheibe (10) zu oder von dieser fort verfahrbar ist, einer Aufnahme für die drehbare Lagerung der Werkstückscheibe (10), einem dritten Antrieb (32) zur Drehung der Werkstückscheibe (10) über einer Spindel (30) und mindestens einem Ultraschallsensor (34, 36) zur Messung der Berührung der Werkstückscheibe (18) mit der Werkzeugscheibe (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei der Spindel (30) zugeordnete Ultraschallsensoren (34, 36) vorgesehen sind, von denen einer mittels einer deutlich verstärkten Schwingungsamplitude der Spindel (30) die Berührung der Werkzeugscheibe (18) und ein anderer die Rundheit bzw. Planheit des Schleifbelags der Werkstückscheibe (10), die sich in entsprechenden Schwingungen der Spindel (30) äußert, feststellt sowie eine Auswertevorrichtung (38, 40) für die Ausgsgangssignale der Ultraschallsensoren (34, 36) und eine Steuervorrichtung (42) für die Antriebe (24, 26, 32) zur Steuerung nach Maßgabe der Ausgangssignale der Ultraschallsensoren (34, 36).
