Claims (31)

  1.   2. Bürste (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901, 111, 1101) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (102) durch das spiralförmige Aufwickeln von zwei Zweigen eines Metalldrahts (103) gebildet wird und die Borsten (104) zwischen die aufgewickelten Zweige des Kerns eingeklemmt sind.
  3. Bürste (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901, 111, 1101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kerbe(n) durch Scheren der Bürste erhalten wird (werden).
  4. Bürste (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901, 111) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Flächen sich von einem Ende der Bürste zum anderen erstrecken.
  5. Bürste (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901, 111, 1101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schnittwinkel der beiden Flächen einer Kerbe zwischen 90° und 160°, und vorzugsweise zwischen 90° und 120° liegt.
  6. Bürste (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901, 111, 1101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wellenfront (106.1, 206.1, 116.1, 606.1, 706.1, 806.1) eben oder konkav ist.
  7. Bürste (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901, 111, 1101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wellenrücken und die Wellenfront die Hüllfläche der Bürste schneiden, wobei die Höhe h der Wellenfront (106.1, 206.1, 116.1, 606.1, 706.1, 806.1) geringer ist als die Höhe H des Wellenrückens (106.2, 206.2, 116.2, 606.2, 706.2, 806.2).
  8. Bürste (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901, 111, 1101) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe h der Wellenfront (106.1, 206.1, 116.1, 606.1, 706.1, 806.1) geringer ist als 2/3 der Höhe H des Wellenrückens (106.2, 206.2, 116.2, 606.2, 706.2, 806.2), und vorzugsweise geringer als die Hälfte der Höhe H des Wellenrückens.
  9. Bürste (101, 201, 301, 401, 501) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hüllfläche (101.1) der Bürste ein Kegelstumpf ist.
  10. Bürste (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901, 111, 1101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens entweder der Wellenrücken oder die Wellenfront (106.1, 206.1, 116.1, 606.1, 706.1. 806.1) gerade ist.
  11. Bürste (101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorspringende Winkel (a) über die ganze Länge der Bürste konstant ist.
  12. Bürste (101, 601) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der einspringende Winkel (β) von einem Ende der Bürste zum anderen konstant ist.

  15. Bürste nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnittlinie (107, 117.2) zum gleichen Punkt (P) konvergiert wie die Mantellinien der Oberfläche der Bürste.
  16. Bürste (101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheitelkante (108.1) gerade ist.
  17. Bürste nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheitelkante (108.1) zum gleichen Punkt (P) konvergiert wie die Mantellinien der Oberfläche der Bürste.
  18. Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wellenrücken (106.2) abgerundet ist und daß sein Radius angepaßt ist, damit diese Fläche (106.2) die Hüllfläche (101.1) der Bürste tangiert.
  19. Bürste (201, 301, 401, 501, 701, 801, 1101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mehrere Kerben (206, 406.a, 406.b, 506, 706, 806, 1106) aufweist.
  20. Bürste (201, 301, 401) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie benachbarte Kerben (206, 406.a, 506.b) aufweist.
  21. Bürste (201, 301, 510) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie regelmäßige Kerben (206, 506) aufweist.
  22. Bürste (601, 1101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre Hüllfläche parallele Mantellinien aufweist.
  23. Bürste (601, 801) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnittlinie (607, 807) eine Gerade parallel zur Mittelachse der Bürste ist.
  24. Bürste (1101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnittlinie (1107) sich nur über einen Teil der Länge der Bürste erstreckt.
  25. Bürste (101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse des Kerns (102) mit der Achse der Hüllfläche (101.1) der Bürste zusammenfällt.
  26. Bürste (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901, 111, 1101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von den Wellen definierte Steigung über die ganze Länge der Bürste die gleiche ist.
  27. Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (oder die Wellen) spiralförmig ist (sind).
  28. Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kerbe (oder die Kerben) sich in Längsrichtung zur Achse des Kerns der Bürste erstreckt (erstrecken), und daß die Wellenfront die Hüllfläche der Bürste schneidet, wobei die Höhe h der Wellenfront entlang der Achse variabel ist.
  29. Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kerbe (oder die Kerben) sich in Längsrichtung zur Achse des Kerns der Bürste erstreckt (erstrecken), und daß der Wellenrücken die Hüllfläche der Bürste schneidet, wobei die Höhe H des Wellenrückens entlang der Achse variabel ist.
  30. Schminkvorrichtung, die einen Wimperntuschebehälter (920), einen Abstreifer (921) und einen Wimperntuscheapplikator (930) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Bürste (901) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
  31. Verwendung einer Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 29 zum Auftragen von Wimperntusche auf die Wimpern, um ein befrachtetes und/oder regelmäßiges und/oder verlängerndes und/oder krümmendes Schminken der Wimpern zu erhalten.
