Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning textile consisting of a flat structure with a cleaning bristle with a scraping effect.
- the Scraping effect in the context of the invention relates to the cleaning of a surface, that is removing dirt or the like from the surface, e.g. also ice cream from a window.
- the terms "scraping effect” or “scraping” therefore include in in the present context also a “scratching effect” or a “scratching” or similar abrasive effects or manipulations, only the dirt etc. removed, but the surface to be cleaned should not be damaged; the Scratch off material, but do not scratch it.
- Scraping effect scraping, scraper-resistant, etc. summarized.
- the bristles can be made of monofilament or multifilament filament yarn.
- the material should be chosen and processed in this way be that it is in use, especially in damp and Wet cleaning, has a scraping effect, but the surface to be cleaned not scratched.
- chenille fabrics are the big ones Voluminosity and the soft feel. Chenille fabrics are made into scarves, Towels, washcloths and / or city and beach clothes (cf. the aforementioned quote from Josef Lösch); So relatively soft throughout Flat structures whose surface should not have a scraping effect.
- EP 0091 676 B1 describes a chenille woven or knitted fabric.
- a chenille yarn which consists of between two Threads together with a band of relatively low melting point intertwined pile fibers.
- the yarn is replaced by a corresponding Fused with the ribbon attached.
- a chenille yarn is said to be synthetic pile fibers with a fineness less than 1.0 tex are used, to create a chenille textile with a soft feel, silky sheen.
- the chenille textile can not only be used as Garment fabric but also in other fields for the production of industrial and constructive materials, decorative items, sheets, sacks, etc. be used. Because of the soft grip sought, there is obviously one Scraping effect, as with a cleaning textile, is not desirable.
- the invention has for its object to provide a cleaning textile, which on the one hand has a good cleaning effect and on the other hand a long one Has durability.
- the cleaning textile should be made from a flat fabric a cleaning bristle having a scraping effect.
- the Bristles of the bristle should at the same time be so flexible that they are too tight Do not scratch the cleaning surface - at least not annoyingly - and so strongly or be hard that - at least when pressed - essentially perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned. Becomes stiff or hard or abrasive a bristle pronounced within the scope of the invention if it is their Application task is able to clean a surface accordingly, without noticeably hurting them.
- the solution according to the invention exists for the above Cleaning textile in that the cleaning bristles from a scrape stiff or - hard-set pile fiber layer of a whole or in some areas in the Chenille yarns of the chenille thread type or incorporated in flat structures Flock yarn (with a soft core relative to the pile fiber layer) is made.
- the cleaning bristle having a scraping effect is seated - in contrast to the known - not on the fabric as such, but on elements of the fabric, namely on the Fabric integrated or representing the fabric Chenille yarn.
- the yarn can according to the invention in the form of Loops can be integrated and / or within the scope of the invention Chenille yarn ends like poles and like bristles, e.g. vertical, from the surface protrude.
- the yarn core, hard or stiff choose an appropriate chenille yarn.
- the bristles described themselves have a side or radially protruding, preferably "scrape-stiff", bristle pile or pole.
- the more one cleans the textile against one to be cleaned Surface presses the more cleaning bristles towards the one to be cleaned Surface erected, i.e. with the cleaning task the number of Cleaning bristles and thus the cleaning power. It can possibly are attributed to the structure of the chenille yarn pile or pile (with the approximate radial arrangement of the bristles forming the pole of the single fiber) which in combination in the respective textile also on the side to be cleaned Surface and can achieve the desired scraping effect.
- the effect to be achieved by the invention is surprisingly already achieved in that the entire surface or in the cleaning textile in some areas by using stiff and hard mono- and Multi-filament abrasive chenille yarns incorporated. That applies especially if the increased cleaning effect with greater pressure essentially by increasing the surface relative to the surface to be cleaned upright pile fibers is reached, and a bending of the consciously relative soft souls of chenille yarn do not result in premature fatigue has the durability of a cleaning textile designed according to the invention also relatively high.
- the material should be selected and processed so that it its in use, especially in wet and wet cleaning has a scraping or abrasive effect, but not the surface to be cleaned scratched.
- every plastic fiber and every common textile production method is used become.
- the fibers, fiber blends, yarns and yarn combinations are processed according to the given application in the context of the invention so that the resulting textiles for dry wiping, damp wiping and Wet wiping, for example as a cleaning cloth, cleaning sponge, Cleaning glove, cleaning tape and / or cleaning disc (for Cleaning machines) as glued, sewn or with other common Processed laminate and the like can be used.
- the pile fiber of the chenille yarn consists of plastic, polyester or polyamide in particular are suitable.
- the Pole layer of chenille yarn made of plastic, natural and / or viscose fibers consists; there can also be different types of chenille yarn in one Cleaning textile can be incorporated, so that you get the typical Maintains cleaning effects at the same time.
- Preferred as a natural fiber Cotton in question. If the end product is a particularly good one Should have water storage capacity, it can be beneficial in the pole layer bring in a lot of cotton or viscose. Basically, it can Cleaning textile also a pole made of pure cotton (and / or viscose etc.) if the chenille yarn is worked into the base of the pole.
- the invention relates to a cleaning textile consisting of a Flat structures with a cleaning bristle having a scraping effect.
- the bristle is set from a scraper-resistant Pole fiber layer of a chenille yarn worked into the fabric manufactured.
- the pile fiber layer of the chenille yarn preferably monofilament staple fibers, plastic staple fibers, natural fibers, Viscose staple fibers, ramie fibers, continuous plastic staple fibers and / or contain a mixture of these materials.
- Fig. 1 shows a cleaning fabric designated overall by 10, the can be used for example for a household towel.
- the cleaning textile consists in the illustrated embodiment of a fabric with a chain 1st and weft 2 with chenille yarn incorporated therein (not shown). It is particularly preferred if the chenille yarn is woven or is acted upon and / or if at least on one side of the fabric the chenille yarn as such (also over the whole area or in some areas) like a pile protrudes with free yarn ends, because in these cases by the invention Surprisingly obtained advantage that the number of in The direction of the cleaning bristles on the surface to be cleaned increases becomes particularly concise.
- the cleaning textile on one or both sides to provide a coating of plastic or natural products.
- a cleaning textile coated with synthetic leather which is also equipped according to the invention with an abrasive, for cleaning and Drying of glass, mirrors or the like can be used.
- Fig. 2 and 3 show two with particular advantage in the context of the invention usable types of chenille yarn.
- Chenille thread 3 in Fig. 3rd Flock yarn 4 shown in principle.
- the chenille thread 3 consists of two soul threads 5 twisted together, between which when twisting or Twisting a plurality of fiber sections 6, e.g. Staple fibers that overall form the pole 7, is frictionally integrated.
- 3 is a soul thread 8 surrounded with an adhesive layer 9, which the 7th integrating fiber sections 6 integrally.
- One soul thread 8 of the flock yarn 4 according to FIG. 10 can be a thread spun from fibers also be a monofilament.
- the from at least two soul threads 5 existing soul of the chenille thread 3, on the other hand cannot, in principle, in any case not as a whole, as monofilament, since always at least two threads are required.
- FIGS. 4 to 11 there are many Ways of using chenille yarn 11 in a cleaning textile according to the invention to incorporate. 4 can be part of the warp 1 form a fabric.
- the chenille yarn 11 can be bristle-shaped or plush-shaped according to FIGS. 5 and 7 from a surface above, for example using a double velvet weaving process, be incorporated into the cleaning textile 10. But it can also 6 as a continuous warp thread on both sides of the top of the surface Cleaning textile 10 lie; at the same time, a normal one, not as chenille yarn trained warp thread form a pole. 8, the chenille yarn alternately lie flat on the surface of a fabric and one at a time or skip several weft threads 2.
- FIGS. 10 and 11 show one in one Nonwoven fabric 12 sewn or embroidered pattern of the invention provided chenille yarn. 11, the chenille yarn 11 in the Nonwoven 12 may be classified, for example.
- the chenille yarn can be sewn, embroidered or onto the cleaning textile also be quilted.
- the chenille yarn is thread-like in the cleaning textile is incorporated and / or over large areas of the cleaning textile protrudes, i.e. protrudes from the outside of the surface of the textile.
- Particularly preferred cleaning textiles, on one surface of which the chenille yarn is used Loops abut and on the other surface with free ends, like a pole, protrudes.
