Claims (5)
- Thermoformanlage zum Herstellen von Blisterstreifen aus einer Packstoffbahn (10), mit einer Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung (11) für die Packstoffbahn (10), und mit einer Vorzugswalze (17) zum taktweisen Fördern der Packstoffbahn (10) in eine nachgeschaltete Stanzeinrichtung (23), wobei die Vorzugswalze (17) die Packstoffbahn (10) aus der Horizontalen in die Senkrechte nach unten umlenkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung (11) und die Stanzeinrichtung (23) ortsfest angeordnet sind, daß die Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung (11) und die Stanzeinrichtung (23) nicht rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnet sind, und daß die Vorzugswalze (17) entlang einer Achse (26) verstellbar ist, so daß ein Abstand (X) zwischen der Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung (11) und der Vorzugswalze (17) und ein Abstand (Y) zwischen der Vorzugswalze (17) und der Stanzeinrichtung (23) gleichzeitig veränderbar ist.
- Thermoformanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung (11) um einen Winkel (α) gegen die Horizontale geneigt ist, und daß die Stanzeinrichtung (23) in einer Senkrechten angeordnet ist.
- Thermoformanlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel (α) 8 Grad beträgt.
- Thermoformanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung (11) und die Stanzeinrichtung (23) jeweils einen separaten Antriebskasten (15, 25) haben.
- Thermoformanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung (11) und die Stanzeinrichtung (23) einen gemeinsamen Antriebskasten (15, 25) haben.
