Description

La présente invention concerne un bogie moteur.
Un but de l'invention est de réaliser un bogie moteur dans lequel le couple anti-lacet est obtenu au moyen d'une architecture basée sur un nouvelle mise en oeuvre.
C'est le mérite de la demanderesse que de proposer un bogie moteur bien connu dans l'art antérieur (voir p. ex. DE-A-1.934.478), du type comportant un châssis de bogie et une traverse, ladite traverse étant susceptible de pivoter autour d'un axe vertical par rapport audit châssis de bogie, ladite traverse prenant appui sur un lisoir et étant maintenue en rotation au moyen de bielles par rapport à une caisse montée sur ledit bogie moteur, lequel est caractérisé par une liaison complémentaire prévue entre ledit châssis et ladite caisse au moyen d'un amortisseur anti-lacet.
Le bogie moteur de l'invention satisfait également à l'une au moins des caractéristiques suivantes:
  • un couple anti-lacet est obtenu du fait de la rotation dudit châssis par rapport à ladite traverse en introduisant, dans la liaison châssis/caisse, un couple de frottement développé par lesdits lisoirs,
  • la caractéristique dudit amortisseur anti-lacet est réglée pour sécuriser le fonctionnement dudit bogie,
  • ledit couple anti-lacet est donné par le frottement de ladite traverse sur lesdits lisoirs, auquel s'ajoute un couple anti-lacet supplémentaire produit au moyen dudit amortisseur anti-lacet, lorsque la vitesse d'angulation entre ladite caisse et ledit châsssis dépasse un seuil prédéterminé.
Un avantage du bogie moteur de l'invention est de garantir la sécurité de fonctionnement dans des situations dégradées sans déprécier le confort et le niveau d'effort dans les conditions normales de fonctionnement.
D'autres buts, caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaítront à la lecture de la description d'un mode de réalisation préféré d'un bogie selon l'invention faite en référence aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels :
  • la figure 1 est une vue latérale du bogie moteur conforme à l'invention,
  • la figure 2 est une vue de dessus du bogie moteur conforme à l'invention.
L'architecture du bogie moteur de l'invention, conformément aux figures 1 et 2, est réalisée au niveau de l'étage secondaire au moyen d'une traverse 2 susceptible de pivoter autour d'un axe vertical X-X par rapport au châssis 1 du bogie.
La traverse 2 prend appui sur un lisoir 4 et est maintenue en rotation par rapport à la caisse 6 montée sur le bogie moteur au moyen de bielles 5.
Le couple anti-lacet est obtenu du fait de la rotation du châssis 1 par rapport à la traverse 2 en introduisant, dans la liaison châssis/caisse, un couple de frottement développé par les lisoirs 4.
Une liaison complémentaire est prévue entre le châssis et la caisse 6 au moyen d'un amortisseur anti-lacet 3.
La caractéristique de l'amortisseur anti-lacet 3 est réglée pour sécuriser le fonctionnement du bogie.
En fonctionnement normal, le couple anti-lacet est donné par le frottement de la traverse sur les lisoirs.
Au delà d'un seuil de vitesse d'angulation entre la caisse et le châsssis, les amortisseurs anti-lacet développent un couple anti-lacet supplémentaire.

Claims (4)

  1. Bogie moteur comportant un châssis (1) de bogie et une traverse (2), ladite traverse (2) étant susceptible de pivoter autour d'un axe vertical par rapport audit châssis (1) de bogie, ladite traverse (2) prenant appui sur un lisoir (4) et étant maintenue en rotation au moyen de bielles (5) par rapport à une caisse (6) montée sur ledit bogie moteur, caractérisé en ce qu'une liaison complémentaire est prévue entre ledit châssis (1) et ladite caisse (6) au moyen d'un amortisseur anti-lacet (3).
  2. Bogie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un couple anti-lacet est obtenu du fait de la rotation dudit châssis (1) par rapport à ladite traverse (2) en introduisant, dans la liaison châssis/caisse, un couple de frottement développé par lesdits lisoirs (4).
  3. Bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel la caractéristique dudit amortisseur anti-lacet (3) est réglée pour sécuriser le fonctionnement dudit bogie.
  4. Bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit couple anti-lacet est donné par le frottement de ladite traverse (2) sur lesdits lisoirs (4), auquel s'ajoute un couple anti-lacet supplémentaire produit au moyen dudit amortisseur anti-lacet (3), lorsque la vitesse d'angulation entre ladite caisse (6) et ledit châsssis (1) dépasse un seuil prédéterminé.
