Claims (11)
- In einem Gehäuse in Schmalbauweise untergebrachtes elektrisches Installationsschaltgerät, insbesondere Leitungsschutzschalter, mit einer Kontaktstelle, einem thermischen und magnetischen Auslöser und mit einer Widerstandsanordnung mit positivem Temperaturkoeffizienten (PTC-Widerstand genannt), die alle in Reihe geschaltet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der PTC-Widerstand (36) seitlich zu dem Installationsschaltgerät (10) in einem durch ein napfförmiges Schalengehäuse (60), dessen freie Kanten gegen die Seitenfläche des Installationsschaltgerätes (10) anliegen, begrenzten Raum untergebracht ist, und daß das Schalengehäuse (60) die Außenkontur des Installationsschaltgerätes (10) aufweist.
- Installationsschaltgerät in Schmalbauweise, mit einer etwa T-förmigen, einen Sockel als Quersteg aufweisenden Kontur, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der PTC-Widerstand (36) wenigstens ein rechteckiges Plattenelement (35, 37, 38) aufweist, dessen Umfangskontur der Kontur des Sockels angepaßt ist.
- Installationsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei Platten (35, 37) aus elektrisch gut leitendem Material, vorzugsweise aus Kupfer, eine Folie (38) aus PTC-Material angeordnet ist.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (35, 37) und die Folie (38) mittels federnder Klammern, die isoliert gegenüber den Platten (35, 37) angeordnet sind, zusammengehalten sind.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Platten (35, 37) und den federnden Klammern (39, 40) Isolierfolien (35a, 37a) angeordnet sind.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den von den Klammern (39, 40) umfaßten Längsseitenkanten der Platten (35, 37) und den Klammern (39, 40) je ein Isolierprofil (36a, 36b) eingesetzt ist.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zu dem PTC-Widerstand (36) ein Begrenzungswiderstand (43) in Form eines Widerstandsdrahtes geschaltet ist.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der PTC-Widerstand (36) zwischen einer Anschlußklemme (12) und dem thermischen Auslöser (20) angeschlossen ist.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der PTC-Widerstand (36) an der Klemme (12) mittels einer daran befestigten Anschlußfahne (29) angeschlossen ist.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der PTC-Widerstand (36) am thermischen Auslöser (20) mittels einer Litze (24) angeschlossen ist.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Widerstandsdraht (43) mit einem Ende an der Anschlußfahne (29) und mit dem anderen Ende an der Litze (24) angeschlossen ist.
