Abstract

L'invention concerne un brûleur à gaz pour dispositifs de chauffage, qui comprend une plaque comportant une pluralité de canaux pour le passage du mélange combustible-air acheminé sous la pression d'une soufflante et qui réagit dans la zone des orifices situés côté chambre de combustion, de manière à former une flamme. Il est prévu que la paroi de la plaque du brûleur (24, 40, 44, 52, 68), située côté chambre de combustion, soit structurée de manière étagée, de sorte à former des surfaces de contact (38) définies, entre la base des flammes situées au niveau de la plaque du brûleur et le bords (32, 34) des orifices des canaux (30, 58), ces surfaces s'étendant sur les zones de crête de la base des flammes, ainsi que contre ou dans leurs zones latérales. Il en résulte un bon refroidissement de la flamme, ce qui permet une sollicitation élevée de la surface du brûleur, tout en respectant une valeur-seuil prédéfinie de NOx.
