Definitions
- the invention relates to a stack intermediate carrier from a cardboard blank, from a flat, essentially level non-use position in a use position is transferable, in which a bottom section and each one up and one down over the bottom section protruding frame, formed from several frame parts is formed for the respective embracing of a stacked good.
- a stack intermediate carrier is known from US-A-2620117, in each case in the extension of the side edge of the rectangular Bottom section over a fold line each side wall parts are pivotally arranged.
- the side wall parts are arranged in their above the bottom section Wall area folded twice and stand down over the Bottom section also over.
- the abutting edges of the wall sections are located in the corners of the stack intermediate carrier, with no connection of the wall sections in the corner area he follows.
- the intermediate stack carrier is made of a flat one Non-use position in an upright position transferable.
- the stack intermediate carrier as little as possible until final use Taking up space, the cardboard blanks become flatter Form delivered in the non-use position. Most frequently rectangular shapes are used, which is why the cardboard cut a rectangular central part with each on each Has side edge arranged frame side part.
- the frame side panels are then simply folded up and by means of Plug connection connected to each other. This is one Art tray formed with the frame projecting upwards.
- the stack intermediate carrier In order to now two stack layers are secured against each other can, the stack intermediate carrier must also one down have protruding circumferential frame. To do this simply the undersides of the bottoms of two pallets together glued. As soon as a stack layer is completed, the intermediate stack carrier can be attached to it.
- edge protruding upwards serves as a stacking aid and securing the additional stacking layer to be stacked on it.
- a stack intermediate carrier turned out to be very cumbersome because each additionally an adhesive during the stacking process must be applied.
- the Frame each formed in one piece and by appropriate Fold lines are divided into several frame side elements and that at least one frame side member of the upper frame and a frame side member of the lower frame in one piece by one in the non-use position with the frame side elements wall section lying in one plane are interconnected, the wall section by means of Fold lines from the flat position when not in use the respective frame side elements transverse use position is foldable to form the bottom portion.
- the frames can preferably have a square shape have four frame side elements and the fold lines for the frames are in the corners of the frames. At a square shape and fold lines lying in the corners automatically ensures that the frame is folded flat can be. In addition, the square shape the most frequently used form of packaging for stacked goods.
- the wall section is favorably by one each Fold line from the frame side parts connected to these delimited.
- This version is particularly easy to manufacture and guarantees a direct transition from the frame side part and bottom section.
- the bottom section can be used to achieve greater stability two layers by double laying the wall section in be in the use position. Beyond that achieved a kind of spring effect by double laying, by the bottom section each against the corresponding position of the stacked goods is pressed.
- a simple embodiment provides that two in the use position one above the other arranged frame side elements with the wall section with each other are connected.
- Will an even greater requirement for the stability of the Pile intermediate carrier can be four wall sections each with a center folding line that is parallel to the frame is aligned, be provided, at least two Wall sections cutouts for inserting areas of the adjacent wall section during the folding of the Have non-use in the use position, and where the carrier is laid flat in the non-use position Has tubular shape. All frame side parts are thus in the use position of an area of the bottom section fixed.
- the recesses provide for clamping a different wall section when folded into the use position, making one out of several Partly formed, yet stable bottom section is formed.
- the wall sections can be a height have, which essentially corresponds to the frame width, and have a length which is substantially the length of the corresponds to associated frame side elements.
- the cutouts can advantageously be triangular be, which is why the folding process when transferring from the non-use position relatively unobstructed in the use position can take place. Conveniently there can be four recesses be provided.
- a favorable embodiment is also that the Basically the triangular recess the frame is aligned or parallel to a corner is, so that the wall sections each by a Recess are separated from each other, and one essentially height aligned with the center folding line, which is at least corresponds to half the frame width.
- This recess is punched out from a blank the division into the individual wall sections.
- Such an orientation of the triangle also provides making sure that the frame side elements are completely fixed is guaranteed on the wall sections.
- a recess can be provided in each wall section.
- each wall section takes over when folded into the use position on the one hand the function of clamping one associated area of the adjacent wall section and on the other hand the function of inserting into one corresponding area of the adjacent wall section.
- one side of each wall section takes over Task of an outer part and the other side of the task of an inner part.
- the frame can provide relief the wall sections in extension through a recess the frame corners should also be left out. This leads to for a simple shape of the corner, since the bottom section recessed in this area in the use position remains.
- the corners of the frame can be raised be so that there is a better fixation on the stacked goods.
- the cardboard blank can consist of several blank sections be put together. This is conveniently done through Gluing and is useful because some of the embodiments of the Invention a flat collapsible in the non-use position Have tube shape.
- the stack carrier is in its use position in FIG. 1 shown and consists essentially of an upper rectangular frame 1, a mirror image arranged to it lower frame 2 and one of these two frames 1, 2 connecting floor section 3.
- the frames 1, 2 each exist from four frame side parts 4, 5, 6, 7; 4 ', 5', 6 ', 7 ', a corner area of each of two frame side parts 8, 9, 10, 11; 8 ', 9', 10 ', 11' is formed.
- the corner areas are raised to better attach the respective frame 1, 2 to enable.
- the intermediate stack carrier consists of a cardboard blank and can from its use position shown in Figure 1 about the intermediate positions shown in Figures 2 and 3 in its non-use position shown in Figure 4 be transferred or vice versa.
- each frame side part 4, 5, 6, 7 of the upper frame 1 is connected to the associated frame side part 4 ', 5', 6 ', 7' of the lower frame 2 by means of a wall section 12, 13, 14, 15.
- Each wall section 12, 13, 14, 15 is delimited by a fold line 16, 16 'relative to the associated frame side part.
- the four wall sections 12, 13, 14, 15 each have a center folding line 17 running parallel to the frames 1, 2, with the aid of which the wall sections 12, 13, 14, 15 can be folded inward about the folding line 16, 16 '.
- the four double-layered wall sections 12 are thus able to form the bottom section 3 together.
- each wall section 12, 13, 14, 15 has a height H W which essentially corresponds to the width B R of the frames 1, 2.
- each wall section 12, 13, 14, 15 has one triangular recess 18, 19, 20, 21.
- each recess 18, 19, 20, 21 extends over the entire height H W of the wall sections 12, 13, 14, 15. It can also be seen that the base side 22 each recess 18, 19, 20, 21 already extends in the area of the adjacent wall section, so that in the extension of the corners 8, 9, 10, 11; 8, 9 ', 10', 11 'there is also a recess in the wall sections 12, 13, 14, 15.
- Each recess 18, 19, 20, 21 has a height H A which corresponds essentially to half the height H W of the wall sections 12, 13, 14, 15.
- the triangular shape of the recess 18, 19, 20, 21 is an isosceles triangle, so that the height H A lies exactly on the center folding line 17.
- the intermediate stack carrier is shown in FIG Delivered not in use position. This will take several only one stack small stack volume, which makes compact storage is possible.
- a stack shown in FIG. 5 whereby a substructure 24 with a product name plate 25 may be present to the stack even in salesrooms to set up.
- a substructure 24 with a product name plate 25 may be present to the stack even in salesrooms to set up.
- the containers 26 In this example are in cuboid containers 26 certain goods packed and the containers 26 side by side lined up. Depending on the size of the container 26 can several rows can also be arranged one behind the other.
- the size of the stack intermediate carrier is based on the layer size Container 26 matched. So that two layers 27, 28 of the container 26 can be securely stacked on top of each other this with the interposition of a stack intermediate carrier.
- the Upper and lower frames 1, 2 then ensure a safe Holding layers 27, 28 to each other.
- the lower layer 28 also opposite by a stack intermediate carrier the substructure 24 secured.
- the bottom section 3 ensures that the frames 1, 2 are securely in place remain.
- a further layer should now be on layer 27 applied to containers 26, so you take another Intermediate stack carrier, the flat in the non-use position is folded and moves the frame side parts 4, 5, 6, 7; 4 ', 5', 6 ', 7' around fold lines 23, 23 ' to each other, so that the cardboard blank into a tube shape is transferred.
- the Wall sections 12, 13, 14, 15 around the fold lines 16, 16 'and the center folding line 17 can be folded inwards.
- One straight side of the wall section 12, 12, 14, 15 engages in the recess area 18, 19, 20, 21 of the neighboring Wall section 12, 13, 14, 15 a.
- FIG. 6 it can be taken for granted Identify the cardboard cut of the stack intermediate carrier several, in the case of Figure 6, two blank parts glued together become.
- the blank shown in Figure 6 has two adhesive lugs 29 which are used for the appropriate gluing serve on an equally equipped blank.
- the two blank parts then become, as in FIG see, folded into a flat tube shape.
- the present Invention does not apply to the exemplary embodiments described above is limited. Rather, it is a being of the present Invention a stack intermediate carrier, in which the upper and lower frames 1, 2 already in the non-use position are interconnected and the transfer into the position of use by folding in a few simple steps of wall sections in a short time.
