Claims (19)
- Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen (100; 200; 300; 400) zum zeitweise Überbrücken von Karosserie-Spalten insbesondere bei Lackierarbeiten aus einem Grundkörper (16), dessen Oberfläche in einem Teilbereich entlang der Streifenlängsachse mit einer Klebeschicht (21) versehen ist, wobei an den Grundkörper (16) eine Lippe angeformt ist, die über einen hohlkehlenartigen Bereich in den die Klebschicht (21) tragenden Grundkörperabschnitt übergeht, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Grundkörper (16) benachbart zur Klebeschicht (21) zwei seitlich an dem Grundkörper auskragende quer zur Grundkörperlängsrichtung verlaufende Lippen (13, 14) aufweist, die über hohlkehlenartige Bereiche (18) in den die Kleberschicht (21) tragenden Grundkörperabschnitt übergehen, wobei die einander angrenzenden hohlkehlenartige Bereiche (18) zweier Grundkörper (16) sich zu einer zwischen zwei Kleberschichten (21) liegenden Hohlkehle (22, 23) ergänzen. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen (100; 200; 300; 400) beidseitig des Kleberstreifens (21) jeweils eine Lippe (13, 14) und eine Hohlkehle (22, 23) aufweist. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß statt einer Hohlkehle zwischen Lippe (13, 14) und Kleberschicht (21) eine schräge Fläche (31, 32) ausgebildet ist. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß statt einer Hohlkehle Zwischen Lippe (13, 14) und Kleberschicht (21) eine beliebige und ausgestaltete, schräge verlaufende Fläche ausgebildet ist. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lippen (13, 14) derart am Grundkörper (16) angeordnet sind, daß dieser symmetrisch ist. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lippen (13, 14) derart am Grundkörper angeordnet sind, daß dieser asymmetrisch ist. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lippe oder die Lippen (13, 14) den Grundkörper (16) mittig oder außermittig unterteilen, wobei die Lippen zur Oberseite (26, 28a) oder zur Kleberschicht (21) hin ausgerichtet sein können und wobei bei der asymmetrischen Anordnung der Lippen (15, 14) diese unterschiedlich mittig oder außenmittig ausgerichtet sein können. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Grundkörper (16) durch die Lippe oder die Lippen (13, 14) in einem ersten Bereich (17) und einen zweiten Bereich (18) unterteilt wird, der die Kleberschicht (21) trägt, wobei der erste Bereich (17) rechtwinklig zur Oberseite (26, 28a) verlaufende Seiten (11, 12) oder konisch zulaufende Flanken (27, 28) als Seiten oder eine halbkreis oder annähernd halbkreisförmige Ausgestaltung aufweist. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Oberseite (26, 28a) nach außen gewölbt ist. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ecken (19, 20) benachbart zur Oberseite (26, 28a) abgerundet sind. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ecken benachbart zur Oberseite (26, 28a) abgeschrägt sind. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lippen (13, 14) kürzer sind als der Abstand von der Kleberschicht (21) zur Trennlinie vom ersten und zweiten Bereich (17, 18). - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lippen (13, 14) im ersten Bereich (17) abgerundet ausgeführt ist. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,

daß die Lippen (13, 14) winklig am Grundkörper angeordnet sind. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,

daß der Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen (100; 200; 300; 400) aus Weichschaum besteht. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Weichschaum offenzellig ist. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Weichschaum aus Polyurethan, Polyester, Polystyrol, PVC, Polyethylen, Polyisocyanat, Polyphenol oder Silikon besteht. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen (100; 200; 300; 400) mit weiteren Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen (100; 200; 300; 400) seitlich über die Lippen (13, 14) zu einem Verbund verbunden ist, wobei die Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen (100; 200; 300; 400) eines Verbundes unterschiedlichen Ausführungsformen entsprechen können. - Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dicht- und Abdeckstreifen (100; 200; 300; 400) aus dem entsprechenden Material geschnitten, gesägt und/oder gefräst ist, oder als Einzelstrang hergestellt ist.
