Claims (6)
- Broyeur à boulets d'axe de rotation sensiblement horizontal comportant un tambour supporté par deux tourillons (14, 15) de même axe de rotation situés à chaque extrémité dudit tambour, une tuyauterie sensiblement verticale (6, 6'), grace à la quelle le charbon brut peut être amené, disposée à proximité d'un cylindre (32) de même axe de rotation disposé dans chaque tourillon (14, 15) et débouchant dans le tambour et l'espace (35) compris entre le tourillon (15) et le cylindre (32) étant connecté à une conduite de sortie (36) du charbon pulvérisé par l'intermédiaire d'un séparateur (33), caractérisé en ce qu'un organe de guidage (31) du charbon brut est disposé sous ladite tuyauterie (6), entraínant par gravité le charbon dans ledit cylindre (32) portant une vis d'Archimède rigide sur sa surface intérieure, une alimentation en air principal (30) étant prévue en amont du séparateur (33) sur ladite tuyauterie (6), cet air étant canalisé en totalité vers l'intérieur du cylindre (32).
- Broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le séparateur (33) comporte une alimentation en air additionnel (37).
- Broyeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite conduite de sortie (36) comporte une alimentation en air additionnel (38).
- Broyeur selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'alimentation en air additionnel (37, 38) est contrôlé.
- Broyeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de guidage (31) est une gaine de forme coudée connectée par son extrémité inférieure à une extrémité du cylindre (32), l'extrémité inférieure de la tuyauterie d'alimentation en charbon brut (6) étant disposée au-dessus de cette gaine (31).
- Broyeur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le séparateur (33) comporte deux parties tubulaires coaxiales d'axe vertical:une première partie tubulaire (33A) extérieure connectée au tourillon (15) par une gaine de forme coudée (40),une seconde partie tubulaire (33B) intérieure dans laquelle est disposée l'extrémité inférieure de la tuyauterie (6) et connectée par son extrémité inférieure à l'extrémité supérieure de l'organe de guidage (31),
