Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung des Fahrzeugverkehrs in einem definierten Straßenverkehrsbereich (1), der eine Anzahl von privaten und öffentlichen Parkmöglichkeiten (2) aufweist, wobei die Parkkapazität von öffentlichen Parkmöglichkeiten (2) überwacht und angezeigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Datenbank die Parkkapazitäten zumindest der öffentlichen Parkmöglichkeiten (2) des Straßenverkehrsbereichs (1) verwaltet werden, daß ein im Fahrzeug vorhandenes, mit elektronischen Kommunikationsanlagen in dem Straßenverkehrsbereich (1) kommunizierendes Fahrzeuggerät mit einer Kennung für eine vorgenommene elektronische Reservierung eines Parkplatzes oder einer Sonderberechtigung geladen wird und daß eine Zufahrtskontrolle für den Straßenverkehrsbereich (1) durch die Überprüfung der Kennung für eine vorhandene Reservierung eines Parkplatzes oder einer Sonderberechtigung vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laden der Sonderberechtigung mittels eines elektronischen Datenträgers, insbesondere einer Chipkarte, für das Fahrzeuggerät erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laden einer Reservierung eines Parkplatzes mittels eines elektronischen Datenträgers, insbesondere einer Chipkarte, für das Fahrzeuggerät erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn-zeichnet, daß ein ständiger Datenaustausch zwischen den Kommunikationsanlagen in dem bzw. für den Straßenverkehrsbereich (1) und der Datenbank vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laden einer Reservierung eines Parkplatzes durch die Kommunikation zwischen Fahrzeuggerät und einer Kommunikationsanlage an dem Straßenverkehrsbereich (1) oder außerhalb des Straßen-verkehrsbereichs (1) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich eine elektronische Zufahrtskontrolle (3) an der Einfahrt zu einer Parkmöglichkeit (2) vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine weitere Kontrolle an einer Ausfahrt (4) der betreffenden Parkmöglichkeit (2) und/oder des Straßenverkehrsbereichs (1) vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrzeuggerät mit einem Gebührenguthaben bzw. -kredit geladen wird und daß Nutzungsund/oder Parkgebühren durch die Kommunikation des Fahrzeuggeräts mit einer Kommunikationsanlage elektronisch von dem Gebührenguthaben bzw. -kredit abgezogen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch Auswertung einer Reservierung eines Parkplatzes oder einer Sonderberechtigung für die Zufahrt zu einer privaten Parkmöglichkeit von Kommunikationsanlagen in dem Straßenverkehrsbereich (1) Fahrtrichtungshinweise ausgegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fahrtrichtungshinweise auf das Fahrzeuggerät übertragen und dort ausgegeben werden.
- Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnete durch einen Zentralrechner zur Verwaltung der Datenbank und eine Vielzahl von Kommunikationsanlagen an der Grenze des Straßenverkehrsbereichs (1) zur Kommunikation mit Fahrzeuggeräten zum Zwecke der Zufahrtskontrolle, sowie mit Fahrzeuggeräten die Mittel für die elektronische Reservierung und Mittel zum Laden der Kennung für die vorgenommene elektronische Reservierung oder der Sonderberechtigung aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den Kommunikationsanlagen Zufahrtssperren verbunden sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, gekennzeichnet durch weitere Kommunikationsanlagen innerhalb des Straßenverkehrsbereichs (1).
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch Kommunikationsanlagen an Einfahrten und ggfs. Aus-fahrten von Parkmöglichkeiten (2).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den Kommunikationsanlagen Einfahr- und ggfs. Ausfahrsperren verbunden sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kommunikationsanlagen miteinander und mit dem Zentralrechner vernetzt sind.
