Claims (34)
- Conditionnement permettant le stockage et l'application sur un support d'un produit liquide ou pâteux, ledit conditionnement comportant au moins un réservoir (5, 105, 205, 405, 505, 605, 705, 805, 905) contenant le produit à appliquer et un applicateur associé au (ou à chaque) réservoir, ledit applicateur comprenant d'une part, un organe d'application (8, 108, 208a-208c, 408a-408b-408c, 908), et d'autre part, un moyen de préhension (7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507, 607, 707, 807), reliés entre eux par un axe de pivotement (9, 209, 309, 409, 509, 609, 709, 809), l'organe d'application d'un applicateur étant apte à être logé dans son réservoir associé, où il peut pénétrer par un orifice dudit réservoir, et étant amovible par rapport audit réservoir, un moyen d'étanchéité (6a, 222, 553) étant prévu entre le (ou chaque) réservoir et son applicateur associé, pour permettre l'obturation du (ou de chaque) réservoir par ledit applicateur associé, la mise en oeuvre de cette obturation étant réalisée grâce à un positionnement approprié du moyen de préhension par rapport au réservoir, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir est contenu ou les réservoirs sont contenus dans une coque (1, 101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801), qui ménage un libre accès à l'orifice du (ou de chaque) réservoir, l'obturation du (ou de chaque) réservoir étant obtenue, lorsque l'organe d'application correspondant est logé dans son réservoir associé, en comprimant le moyen d'étanchéité du réservoir en cause par le positionnement du moyen de préhension dudit organe d'application le long de la coque.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la coque comporte au moins une butée (11, 111, 211, 311, 411, 511, 611, 711, 811) coopérant avec le moyen de préhension pour assurer la compression du moyen d'étanchéité.
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la coque comporte au moins un moyen de retenue (13-13a, 113, 213g-213h, 413i-413j-413k-413l, 613, 813) coopérant avec le moyen de préhension pour assurer la compression du moyen d'étanchéité.
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un seul réservoir (5, 205, 405, 505, 705, 805) et un seul applicateur (7-8, 208a-208c, 408a-408b-408c).
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte deux réservoirs (105, 605) associés chacun à un applicateur (107-108).
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les deux réservoirs (105) sont disposés tête-bêche à l'intérieur de la coque (101).
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les deux réservoirs (605) sont disposés parallèlement et dans le même sens à l'intérieur de la coque (601), de part et d'autre d'un plan médian (P).
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que la coque (201, 401) est constituée de deux demi-coquilles (201g, 201h) assemblées entre elles.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que les deux demi-coquilles (201g, 201h) sont liées entre elles par une charnière-film (201i) et/ou s'assemblent par encliquetage.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'à l'intérieur de la coque (201) est disposé au moins un récipient de réserve (220) interchangeable avec un réservoir (205).
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 10, caractérisé par le fait qu'à l'intérieur de la coque (101, 201), l'axe d'un réservoir (105, 205, 605) est parallèle à l'axe de l'autre réservoir et/ou du récipient ou des récipients de réserve (220).
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que, lorsque les réservoirs (105) sont obturés par leurs applicateurs (107-108) associés, les moyens de préhension (107) des deux applicateurs (107-108) sont disposés tête-bêche sur deux faces opposées de la coque (101).
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que, lorsque les deux réservoirs (605) sont obturés par leurs applicateurs associés, les moyens de préhension (607) des deux applicateurs sont disposés symétriquement par rapport à un plan médian (P) disposé entre les deux réservoirs.
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que, lorsqu'un réservoir (5, 105, 205, 305, 405, 505, 605, 705, 805) est obturé par son applicateur associé, le moyen de préhension (7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507, 607, 707, 807) dudit applicateur est en applique contre la coque (1, 101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801).
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que la coque (1, 101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601) définit un volume en forme de parallélépipède rectangle et comporte deux grandes faces parallèles (1a-1b, 201a, 301a, 401a), un moyen de préhension (7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507, 607, 707) venant en applique, lors de l'obturation du réservoir (5, 105, 205, 405, 505, 605, 705) qui lui est associé, contre une petite face (1f, 201f, 301f, 401f, 501f, 601f, 701f) de la coque parallélépipédique et l'axe ou les axes du réservoir ou des réservoirs étant perpendiculaires à une des petites faces de ladite coque contre laquelle un moyen de préhension vient en applique.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que la coque (701, 801) définit un volume en forme de prisme droit comportant deux grandes faces parallèles sensiblement triangulaires, un moyen de préhension (707, 807) venant en applique, lors de l'obturation du réservoir (705, 805), qui lui est associé, contre l'une des faces de la coque.
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir ou l'un au moins des réservoirs (5, 105, 405) est associé à un essoreur (6, 106, 406) apte à essorer l'organe d'application (8, 108, 208a-208c, 408a-408b-408c) de l'applicateur associé au dit réservoir ou auxdits réservoirs.
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir ou l'un au moins des réservoirs (905) est associé à un doigt de gant (990) comportant au moins un orifice capillaire (991) apte à doser le produit sur l'élément d'application (908b).
- Conditionnement selon les revendications 2, 3 et 15 prises simultanément, caractérisé par le fait que, lorsqu'un applicateur est en position d'obturation du réservoir, qui lui est associé, l'axe de pivotement (9, 209, 309, 409, 509, 609, 709) de son moyen de préhension (7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507, 607, 707) est perpendiculaire aux grandes faces de la coque (1, 101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701).
- Conditionnement selon les revendications 2 et 3 prises simultanément, seules ou en combinaison avec l'une des revendications 4 à 19, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe de pivotement (9, 209, 309, 409, 509, 609, 709, 809) du moyen de préhension (7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507, 607, 707, 807) est plus rapproché d'une zone de première extrémité dudit moyen de préhension que de la zone de deuxième extrémité de ce même moyen de préhension, ladite zone de première extrémité venant coopérer avec une butée (11, 111, 211, 311, 411, 511, 611, 711, 811) de la coque, alors que ladite zone de deuxième extrémité coopère avec un moyen de retenue (13-13a, 213g-213h, 313, 413i-413j-413k-413l, 613, 813) de ladite coque (1, 101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801).
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 14, prise seule ou en combinaison avec l'une des revendications 15 à 20, caractérisé par le fait que la zone de première extrémité du moyen de préhension (7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507, 607, 707, 807) vient s'appuyer contre une butée (11, 111, 211, 311, 411, 511, 611, 711, 811) de la coque, lorsque ledit moyen de préhension est amené en applique contre la coque, de façon à exercer sur l'applicateur un effort en direction du réservoir (5, 105, 205, 305, 405, 505, 605, 705, 805), qui lui est associé.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 21, caractérisé par le fait que la butée (11, 111, 211, 311, 411, 611, 711, 811) est en forme de T et la zone de première extrémité du moyen de préhension comporte deux ergots (12a-12b, 212a-212b, 312, 412, 612, 712, 812) pouvant venir chacun en appui contre une branche du T.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 21, caractérisé par le fait que la butée est en forme d'arceau (550) et la zone de première extrémité du moyen de préhension (507) comporte un ergot (512) pouvant venir en appui contre l'âme (550a) dudit arceau (550).
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 2, prise seule ou en combinaison avec l'une des revendications 3 à 23, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de préhension (7, 107, 207, 307, 407) d'un applicateur pivote autour d'un axe (9, 209, 309, 409) porté par un élément (8c, 208c, 408c) de l'organe d'application (8, 108, 208a-208c, 408a-408b-408c), ledit élément et/ou le moyen de préhension portant des moyens de freinage (10) pour empêcher le libre pivotement du moyen de préhension par rapport à l'organe d'application.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 20, prise seule ou en combinaison avec l'une des revendications 21 à 24, caractérisé par le fait que la coque (301) porte au moins une saillie (330) apte à coopérer avec la zone de première extrémité d'un moyen de préhension (307), quand ce dernier pivote pour supprimer l'obturation de son réservoir associé, de façon à soulever l'applicateur par rapport au réservoir.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 14, prise seule ou en combinaison avec l'une des revendications 15 à 25, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de retenue est une pince élastique (113, 213g-213h, 313, 613, 813) faisant saillie par rapport à la face de la coque (101, 201, 301, 601, 801) le long de laquelle le moyen de préhension (107, 207, 307, 607, 807) vient en applique au cours de l'obturation du réservoir correspondant.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 14, prise seule ou en combinaison avec l'une des revendications 15 à 25, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de retenue est un encliquetage (13-13a, 413i-413j-413k-413l) réalisé, au voisinage de la face de la coque (1, 401) le long de laquelle le moyen de préhension (7, 407) vient en applique au cours de l'obturation de son réservoir associé, directement entre ladite coque et ledit moyen de préhension.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 14, prise seule ou en combinaison avec l'une des revendications 15 à 27, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir ou les réservoirs (5, 105) est sont disposés dans un logement (4) de la coque (1, 101), d'où ils peuvent être extraits par la petite face de la coque le long de laquelle le moyen de préhension (7, 107) de l'applicateur correspondant vient en applique ou par la petite face (1d) opposée.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 15, prise seule ou en combinaison avec l'une des revendications 17 à 28, caractérisé par le fait que la coque porte, sur l'une au moins de ses grandes faces, un miroir (2, 202, 302, 402).
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 29, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'application (8, 108, 208a-208c, 408a-408b-408c, 908) est constitué d'une tige (8a, 208a, 408a, 508a) à l'extrémité de laquelle se trouve un élément d'application (8b, 408b, 908a).
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 30, caractérisée par le fait que l'élément d'application est une surface rugueuse obtenue de moulage avec la tige, ou une brosse (8b), ou un pinceau, ou une plume en élastomère, ou une surface floquée (408b) ou un feutre.
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 31, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins un applicateur ayant un moyen de préhension télescopique.
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 32, caractérisé par le fait que sa coque est ajourée.
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 33, caractérisé par le fait que le produit à appliquer est un produit cosmétique, capillaire ou de maquillage et que le support d'application est la peau, les fibres kératiniques ou les ongles.
