Abstract

Es werden ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Klimatisierung eines Behandlungsraumes (4, 4', 4'') für biologische Produkte, insbesondere Käselaibe aus Weichkäse,beschrieben, bei welchem klimatisierte Luft (21) mit einer vorbestimmten Temperatur, Luftgeschwindigkeit und Luftfeuchte in den Raum eingeblasen und Luft (28) aus dem Raum abgezogen wird. Der Behandlungsraum (4, 4', 4'') wird dabei über seinen gesamten Querschnitt in einer turbulenzarmen Verdrängungsströmung (22) einheitlich mit klimatisierter Luft durchsetzt. Die Vorrichtung weist einen Behandlungsraum (4, 4', 4''), eine Klimaanlage (3, 3', 3''), eine Zuführleitung (12) und eine Abführleitung (13) auf. Es sind eine an der Zuführleitung (12) angeschlossene Luftverteilkammer (20) zwischen einer ersten Innenwand (18) des Behandlungsraumes und einer ebenen luftdurchlässigen Verteilerwand (19) und eine an der Abführleitung (13) angeschlossene Luftabsaugkammer (27) zwischen einer zweiten, der ersten gegenüberliegenden Innenwand (25) des Behandlungsraumes und einer ebenen luftdurchlässigen Auffangwand (26) vorgesehen. Die Verteilerwand (19) und die Auffangwand (26) entsprechen dabei im wesentlichen dem Querschnitt des Behandlungsraumes (4, 4', 4'').
