Description
Bei Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen in Prismatechnik werden auf die jeweiligen Seiten mehrerer, mechanisch miteinander gekoppelter Dreikantprismen die darzustellenden Zeichen aufgebracht. Als Oberflächenmaterial werden bedruckte, auch retroreflektierende Folien verwendet. Durch Drehen der Prismen kann das Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen geschaltet werden. Da diese Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen retroreflektierend ausgeführt werden können, muß daher Nachts keine zusätzliche Beleuchtung vorgesehen werden. Durch die Verwendung von sog. Dreikantprismen sind jedoch nur maximal drei Bilder darstellbar.
Claims (10)
- Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen für den Straßenverkehr,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein darzustellendes Verkehrszeichen in zwei hintereinander angeordnete Bildebenen geteilt ist, wobei eine Ebene ein Grundbild eines Verkehrszeichens und die andere Ebene ein dazugehöriges Zeichen aufweisen, und daß in jeder Ebene verschiedene Bilder bzw. Zeichen darstellbar sind, wobei in beiden Bildebenen verschiedene Zeichen mechanisch wechselbar sind. - Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hintere Bildebene von retroreflektierenden Folien mit aufgebrachten Grundbildern gebildet ist und daß die vordere Bildebene von einer transparenten Folie mit aufgebrachten, nicht transparenten Zeichen gebildet ist. - Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide verstellbaren Bildebenen von steuerbaren Rollbändern oder Lamellensystemen gebildet sind. - Wechsel'-Verkehrs zeichen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hintere Bildebene von verstellbaren Dreikantprismen und die vordere Bildebene von einem transparenten Folienband gebildet sind. - Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Bildebene anstelle von einer transparenten Folie von einer großflächigen LCD-Anzeige gebildet ist. - Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Wechsel eines Verkehrszeichens ein neutrales Verkehrszeichen erzeugbar ist, wobei eine durchgehend schwarzes Bild darstellbar ist. - Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hintere Bildebene von einem schwarzen Grundbild gebildet ist, wenn in der vorderen Bildebene schwarze Zeichen dargestellt sind. - Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der vorderen Bildebene das neutrale Verkehrszeichen darstellbar ist. - Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position der hinteren und der vorderen Bildebenen signaltechnisch überwachbar sind, wobei bei einem Signalisierungsfehler das neutrale Verkehrszeichen einstellbar ist. - Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wechsel-Verkehrszeichen zusätzlich mit einem zugeordneten zweiten Wechselverkehrszeichen kombiniert ist, wobei ergänzende Verkehrshinweise anzeigbar sind.
