Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen einer elektrischen Verbindung zwischen benachbarten Leiterstellen einer Schaltplatte mit einer Kontaktmatte aus einem im wesentlichen flächigen Teil (7), dessen eine Flachseite (9) auf der Schaltplatte angeordnet ist, und aus in den flächigen Teil (7) eingeformten, über dessen andere Flachseite vorstehenden Druckdomen (1), die jeweils auf ihrer nicht vorstehenden Seite mit einer zur Schaltplatte weisenden Kontaktfläche (8) versehen und relativ zu dem flächigen Teil (7) der Kontaktmatte entgegen einer elastischen Rückstellkraft zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer die benachbarten Leiterstellen der Schaltplatte elektrisch verbindenden Kontaktstellung verschiebbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Raum (10) zwischen der Kontaktfläche (8) eines Druckdomes (1) und der Schaltplatte über einen Entlüftungskanal (2) mit der von der Schaltplatte abgewandten Seite der Kontaktmatte verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entlüftungskanal (2) jeweils in dem Druckdom (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entlüftungskanal als zentrale Ausnehmung (2) ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entlüftungskanal (2) an der von der Schaltplatte wegweisenden Oberseite (3) des Druckdomes (1) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckdome (1) an ihrer Oberseite (3) mit einem vorstehenden Federelement (4) versehen sind, welches zur Abstützung einer Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) für den Druckdom dient.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (4) hinterschnittfrei an den Druckdom (1) angeformt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Federelement Federlaschen (4) vorgesehen sind, die zwischen sich die Mündungsöffnung (5) für den Entlüftungskanal (2) ausbilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennmzeichnet, daß die Druckdome (1) an ihrer Oberseite (3) mit einer über die Oberseite (3) vorstehenden zentralen Erhöhung (4) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite (3) der Druckdome (1) kuppel- oder wellenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite der Druckdome (1) dachartig abgeschrägt ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Paare von Druckdomen (1) vorhanden sind, welche alternativ über ein wippenartiges Element (11) betätigbar sind, und daß die Druckdome (1) eines solchen Paares im Querschnitt im wesentlichen ovale Form aufweisen, wobei die Längsachse I des Ovals jeweils in Richtung der Verbindungslinie der Druckdome (1) eines jeden Paares verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktmatte im wesentlichen aus Silikon besteht.
