Claims (5)
- Flüssigkeitspatrone, insbesondere Tintenpatrone (1) für einen Druckkopf eines Ink-Jet-Printers, umfassend ein Gehäuse (25) mit einer Bodenwand (26), Seitenwänden (27, 28, 29) und einer Deckwand (30), wobei eine erste (27) dieser Wände eine erste Öffnung (31) zum Aufsetzen auf einen Tropfenerzeuger (2) und eine zweite Wand (30) ein als Faltenbalg ausgebildetes Pumporgan (40) sowie eine Luftzufuhröffnung (47) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Faltenbalg (41) einstückig an der zweiten Wand (30) angeformt ist und dessen Falten (42) geneigt zur zweiten Wand (30) verlaufen, in der Frontansicht U-förmig ausgebildet sind und zwei Schenkel (44) aufweisen, welche an ihren freien Enden in die zweite Wand (30) übergehen.
- Patrone nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Deckblatt (45) des Faltenbalges (41) die Luftzufuhröffnung (47) in der Frontansicht im Bereich der Stege (43) der U-förmigen Falten (42) enthält.
- Patrone nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Innenraum (48) des Faltenbalges (41) durch einen an der zweiten Wand (30) angeformten Lappen (49) bis auf enge Schlitze gegen den Flüssigkeitsvorratsraum abgeschlossen ist.
- Patrone nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Falten (42) einen geradlinigen Steg (43) und zwei geradlinige, daran anschliessende, parallele Schenkel (44) aufweisen.
- Patrone nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die erste Öffnung (31) einen in Richtung ihrer Achse vorstehenden Dichtwulst (32) zum achsialen Abdichten gegen eine elastomere Dichtung (17) des Tropfenerzeugers (2) hat und eine dritte Wand (26) eine zur ersten Wand (27) annähernd parallele Einrastschulter (33) zum Einrasten im Tropfenerzeuger (2) aufweist.
