Claims (6)
- Machine d'impression rotative à format variable, notamment du type flexographique, pour imprimer, en une ou plusieurs couleurs, une nappe de matériau (1) défilant à travers la machine, comportant, pour chaque couleur à imprimer, une unité d'impression comprenant un cylindre encreur (2) tangent à un cylindre (4) constituant une forme imprimante, lui-même tangent à un cylindre contrepartie (5), la nappe de matériau à imprimer (1) défilant entre la forme imprimante (4) et le cylindre contrepartie (5), et un dispositif d'entraínement des cylindres (2,4,5) comprenant une transmission principale (7) entraínée en rotation par un moteur (6) et s'étendant tout le long de la machine, caractérisée en ce que la transmission d'entraínement principale (7) est accouplée directement, par l'intermédiaire de trains d'engrenages à rapport de transmission prédéterminés, d'une part, au cylindre encreur (2) et au cylindre contrepartie (5) et, d'autre part, avec interposition d'un différentiel (9) commandé par un organe d'ajustement de vitesse (11), à une transmission secondaire (10) accouplée, par des moyens de mise en prise à rapport constant, à la forme imprimante (4) de chaque unité d'impression.
- Machine suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les moyens de mise en prise sont constitués par des cardans.
- Machine suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'ajustement de vitesse (11) commandant le différentiel (9) est constitué par un variateur de vitesse.
- Machine suivant la revendication 3 caractérisée en ce que le variateur de vitesse est un variateur mécanique.
- Machine suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'ajustement de vitesse commandant le différentiel (9) est constitué par un moteur de correction, dont la vitesse est régulée en fonction de la vitesse de la machine.
- Machine suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce qu'un embrayage (8) est interposé dans le train d'engrenages de transmission entre la transmission principale (7) et le cylindre contrepartie (5).
