Claims (10)
- Elektrischer Schalter mit einem gegen eine Rückstellkraft, im wesentlichen linear bewegbaren Betätigungsorgan (7), das auf eine Kontaktbrücke zur Bewegung in eine Schaltstellung einwirkt, wobei die Kontaktbrücke in der Schaltstellung Festkontakte (11) elektrisch überbrückt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (7) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig auf einen Schaltring (9) einwirkt, daß der Schaltring (9) derart ausgebildet ist, daß der Schaltring (9) aufgrund der Einwirkung des Betätigungsorgans (7) lediglich eine begrenzte Linearbewegung ausführen kann und bei weiterer Einwirkung eine Drehbewegung ausführt, daß die Kontaktbrücke aus einem drehbar gelagerten Kontaktelement (10) besteht, und daß am Schaltring (9) und dem Kontaktelement (10) Mittel angeordnet sind, die durch die Linearbewegung des Schaltringes (9) miteinander in Wirkverbindung bringbar sind, so daß bei der Drehbewegung des Schaltringes (9) das Kontaktelement (10) in die Schaltstellung drehbar ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (7) auf den Schaltring (9) mittels einer Verzahnung (15) einwirkt, wobei ein Teil der Verzahnung (15) am Betätigungsorgan (7) und der andere Teil der Verzahnung (15) am Schaltring (9) angeordnet sind, und daß vorzugsweise mindestens ein Teil der Verzahnung (15) schräg verlaufend ausgebildet ist, wobei insbesondere der schräg verlaufende Teil der Verzahnung (15) spiral- bzw. wendelförmig angeordnet ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaltring (9) einen Hohlraum (12), insbesondere mit einem ungefähr kreisförmigen Querschnitt besitzt, wobei ein Teil (14) am Betätigungsorgan (7), insbesondere mit einem ungefähr kreisförmigen Querschnitt in diesen Hohlraum (12) hineinragt, und wobei vorzugsweise die Verzahnung (15) als spiralförmige Nut (16) am Umfang des Betätigungsorgans (7) in der Art eines Schraubengewindeganges ausgebildet ist, und wobei weiter vorzugsweise an der Wand des Hohlraums (12) ein in die Nut (16) eingreifender Ansatz (17) angebracht ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Begrenzung der Linearbewegung des Schaltringes (9) Führungsmittel am Schaltring (9) angebracht sind, die mit einem am Schalter (1) befindlichen Anschlag, der insbesondere am und/oder im Gehäuse (2) des Schalters (1) angeordnet ist, zusammenwirken, wobei vorzugsweise der Anschlag von einer Nutwandung (18) einer Nut (19) im Gehäuse (2) gebildet ist, und wobei weiter vorzugsweise in die Nut (19) ein als Führungsmittel dienender Ansatz (20) am Schaltring (9) eingreift.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktelement (10) in Art einer Scheibe ausgebildet ist, an deren Umfang die Schaltkontakte (21) angeordnet sind, wobei vorzugsweise die Scheibe in einer ungefähr parallel zu den Festkontakten (11) verlaufenden Ebene angeordnet ist und die Schaltkontakte (21) wenigstens eine in der Ebene der Festkontakte (11) verlaufende Kontaktfläche (22) besitzen, indem insbesondere die einstückig mit der Scheibe ausgebildeten Schaltkontakte (21) teilweise aus der Scheibe freigeschnitten und von dieser abgebogen sind.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Drehung des Kontaktelementes (10) aus wenigstens einem Nocken (23) und einer dazu korrespondierenden Aufnahme (24) bestehen, die am Schaltring (9) sowie am Kontaktelement (10) angeordnet sind, daß vorzugsweise der Nocken (23) ungefähr keilförmig vom Schaltring (9) abstehend ausgebildet ist, und daß weiter vorzugsweise die Aufnahme (24) aus einer Kante (25) an dem Schaltkontakt (21) an der dem Schaltring (9) zugewandten Seite besteht, wobei der Nocken (23), insbesondere mit der steilen Fläche (26) des Keils, durch die Linearbewegung des Schaltrings (9) in Eingriff mit der Aufnahme (24) bringbar ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nocken (23) an einem Federarm (27) des Schaltringes (9), der insbesondere einstückig mit einem teilweisen Freischnitt (28) mit dem Schaltring (9) verbunden ist, angeordnet ist, wobei am Schaltring (9) gegebenenfalls zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegende Federarme (27) mit Nocken (23) befindlich sein können, und daß vorzugsweise wenigstens zwei Nocken (23, 23') mit ungefähr einem dem halben Abstand der Schaltkontakte (21) entsprechenden Abstand an der dem Kontaktelement (10) zugeordneten Seite des Schaltrings (9) angeordnet sind.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltstellung des Kontaktelements (10) als Raststellung ausgebildet ist, wobei vorzugsweise zur Erzeugung der Raststellung eine Rastkurve (29) am Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist, in die jeweils eine Fläche (30) am Kontaktelement (10), die gegebenenfalls benachbart zur Kontaktfläche (22) am Schaltkontakt (21) ist, federnd eingreift, und wobei weiter vorzugsweise die Rastkurve (29) eine einen Druckpunkt bei der Bewegung des Kontaktelements (10) erzeugende Fläche besitzt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erzeugung der Rückstellkraft für das Betätigungsorgan (7) eine Druckfeder (8) mit einem Ende am Betätigungsorgan (7) und mit dem anderen Ende am Kontaktelement (10) angeordnet ist, so daß die Druckfeder (8) gleichzeitig die Kontaktkraft, mit der der Schaltkontakt (21) an den Festkontakt (11) anlegbar ist, und die Federkraft für die Rastung sowie die Druckpunkterzeugung bewirkt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (7) eine ungefähr konzentrisch zum Hohlraum (12) des Schaltrings (9) angeordneten inneren Hohlraum (31) und das Kontaktelement (10) eine mittlere Öffnung (32) besitzen, so daß in den inneren Hohlraum (31) und in die mittlere Öffnung (32) ein Leuchtmittel (33) zur Beleuchtung des Betätigungsorgans (7), zur Funktionsanzeige der Schaltstellung o. dgl. einsetzbar ist.
