Description
Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wärmetauschern für brennstoffbeheizte Vorrichtungen, insb. Warmwasserheizkessel, wobei zwei ebene aus Metall bestehende Tafeln (1) übereinander gelegt, an den Rändern (2) miteinander verschweißt werden und wobei die Tafeln (1) durch mehrere von den Rändern (2) beabstandete Verschweißungen (6), die alle parallel zueinander verlaufen, miteinander verbunden werden, wobei die Verschweißungen (6) unterbrochen sind und die Unterbrechungen Sektionen (8) bilden und anschließend die so miteinander verschweißten Tafeln (1) s-förmig verbogen werden, so dass die Sektionen (8) quer zu den Verschweißungen (6), bogenförmige Übergänge (9) zwischen ebenen, übereinander angeordneten Abschnitten (10) bilden, und wobei die Tafeln (1) anschließend durch Einleiten eines Druckmittels zur Bildung von Wasserkanälen durch Aufwölben der Tafeln (1) zwischen den Verschweißungen (6) verformt werden, so dass das Wasser beim Betreiben der Wärmetauscher in s-förmigen Bahnen fließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tafeln (1) vor dem Verschweißen mit Ausbuchtungen (22) zur Bildung der äußeren bogenförmigen Übergänge (90') versehen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tafeln (1) in einem solchen Maße verformt werden, das die Ausbuchtungen (22) eine etwa u-förmige Gestalt erhalten
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Ausbuchtungen (22) einer Tafel (1) ein ebener Abschnitt der anderen Tafel (1) zugeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Tafeln (1) beim Verbiegen so verformt werden, dass die beiden, sich an den Übergängen (9) befindlichen Bögen (90) unterschiedliche Radien aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausbuchtungen (22) an ihren Enden geringfügig abgetragen werden und der Spalt zwischen den beiden den Übergang (9) bildenden Bögen (90) durch einen kappenartigen Verschluss überbrückt wird.
