Claims (17)
- Trennschalter, insbesondere Mittelspannungs-Lasttrennschalter mit Stützisolatoren (4), an denen sich je Pol ein Trennkontakt befindet, mit einem beweglichen Trennmesser (8), und mit einer mit einem beweglichen Schaltstift (11) ausgestatteten, geschlossenen, mit einem Nacheilkontakt (9) versehenen und insbesondere mit SF6-Gas gefüllten Löschkammer (10), gekennzeichnet dadurch daß in einen der Stützisolatoren (4) je Pol die Löschkammer (10) und der Nacheilkontakt (9) integriert ist.
- Trennschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Löschkammer (10) jeweils zwischen den Stützisolatoren (3, 4) eines Pols befindet.
- Trennschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Löschkammer (10) in den Stützisolator (4) integriert ist, an dem sich der Trennmesserdrehpunkt (7) befindet.
- Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen vom Trennmesser (8) getragenen, gegenüber diesem isolierten und schwenkbeweglichen Nacheilschaltstift (9).
- Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch ein längsgeteiltes Trennmesser (8) und eine zwischen den beiden Trennmesserhälften angeordnete Schaltkinematik (15) für die Löschkammer (10).
- Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltkinematik (15) mit dem Schaltstift (11) der Löschkammer (10) und dem Trennmesser (8) in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Trennschalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltkinematik (15) aus einem Hebelmechanismus besteht.
- Trennschalter nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen Winkelhebel (16), der mit seinem einen Ende (16a) am Löschkammerschaltstift (11) angelenkt ist, während sein anderes Ende an einer Gelenkstelle (16b) gelagert ist, die eine gelenkige Verbindung des freien Endes eines an einem Fixpunkt (18a) angelenkten Gelenkhebels (18) mit dem freien Ende eines vom Trennmesser (8) betätigten Auslösegestänges (17) bildet.
- Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch einen Freilauf an der Verbindungsstelle zwischen der Kinematik (15) und dem Trennmesser (8).
- Trennschalter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Freilauf aus einem Langloch (19) am freien Ende des Auslösegestänges (17) besteht, durch das ein am Trennmesser (8) befestigter Stift (20) ragt.
- Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine dem Löschkammerüberdruck entgegenwirkende Stellkraft.
- Trennschalter nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine auf den mit dem Löschkammerschaltstift (11) verbundenen Winkelhebel (16) einwirkende Feder (21;23).
- Trennschalter nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine am Winkelhebel (16) gelagerte, mit einem fixen Raststift (24) zusammenwirkende Klinke (22), in deren Drehpunkt eine auf die Klinke (22) Einrastkräfte ausübende Schenkelfeder (23) gelagert ist.
- Trennschalter nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch einen Anschlagstift (25) für das freie Klinkenende am Trennmesser (8).
- Trennschalter nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine sich am Trennmesser (8) abstützende Druckfeder (21) am mit dem Löschkammerschaltstift verbundenen Winkelhebel (16).
- Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nacheilkontakt (9) elektrisch mit dem Festkontakt (11a) in der Löschkammer (10) verbunden ist.
- Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Löschkammerschaltstift (11) elektrisch über die Kinematik (15) mit dem Trennmesserdrehpunktkontakt (7) verbunden ist.
