Definitions
- the invention is based on an automatic removal device a photographic film from a cartridge according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the Films are removed from the film cartridge in a so-called splicer and into one long tape glued together. To do this, the rear end of each Films and the front end of the following film in a gluing station be positioned so that the ends are connected with an adhesive label can.
- a device of this type is, for example, in EP-OS 212 134 described.
- the film cartridges were removed when the film was removed destroyed.
- the remnants of the cartridge were collected in a container and used as Disposed of waste.
- a device with the features of claim 1.
- By turning the cartridge into the vertical position it becomes possible feed them to a magazine in a defined orientation without further drive, in which the cartridges can be collected in the same order, in which the film was taken from them.
- a flap is advantageously used on which the Cartridge is put down after film removal and then in one position is pivoted in the cartridge only by its own weight can slide off.
- the pivot axis located at one end of the flap is aligned horizontally and running in the same direction in which the film is made the cartridge is rewound. It has proven to be an inexpensive solution exposed the flap with a pneumatic cylinder from the position in which it forms a horizontal support for the cartridge, in the position in which it is as Sliding plane acts for the cartridge and move back.
- the flap In order to control the movement of the cartridge, the flap is not in moved a vertical position, but only tilted so far that the cartridge begins to slide.
- a chute is arranged below the flap, which is the one that slides on the flap Cartridge. Since this one already defined during the gliding process Alignment, the chute can be designed so that the cartridge remains in alignment. The upper part of the chute points the same inclination that the flap assumes in its tilted position.
- the lower, vertical part of the chute is over a slight curve connected to the upper part.
- a turntable is attached, which in its one end position is below of the chute has an opening that can accommodate a cartridge.
- a shaft-like container is provided above the opening, which in turn is so is shaped so that it can only take up the cartridge in a defined position.
- FIG. 1 shows a particularly advantageous embodiment of the cartridge input, in which a clamp 5 and a slide 4 so together are coupled that they are moved by only one pneumatic cylinder 6 can.
- a leaf spring 7 is provided, which on a housing-fixed bearing point 8 is rotatably attached.
- the shorter lever arm of the Leaf spring 7 is attached to the clamp 5, while the longer one Lever arm through an opening 2 of the upper housing cover 1 between two Driver 3 protrudes on a connecting rod 9 between the Lock slide 4 and the pneumatic cylinder 6 are attached.
- the film cartridges 11-13 are in one of the shape of the cartridges customized tube 10.
- This tube can be as shown in the Embodiment as a fixed feed shaft, but also as replaceable magazine can be provided. In the latter case it would be advantageous, the tube at its lower end with one not here provided additional closure, which prevents the cartridges slide down when the magazine is plugged in.
- the tube 10 is provided with an opening 14 through which the in the Slide bearing 15 guided clamp 5 can act on the cartridges.
- a Another opening 16 serves as a reading window for the scanner 17.
- a cylindrical tube 20 is provided below the slide slide 4, which has a feed opening 21 for the cartridges 11-13.
- This slide is rotatable with the piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder 24 connected.
- the guide pins fixedly attached to the carriage 22 25 extend into the slotted slots 26 of the tube 20.
- the slot slots 26 are designed as grooves in the inner tube wall, so that no no light falling into the tube when the slide valve 4 is open can penetrate into the interior of the device through the slot slots 26. Because the production of such a component is very complex, it is advantageous to use the slot slots Execute as continuous slots and no longer about that light-tight tube 20 to put a closed outer tube.
- the receiving chamber 23 for the film cartridges is correspondingly shaped recess in the carriage 22 and a pivotally attached thereto Flap 29 formed. This flap is advantageously sprung, so that the film cartridge is held like pliers in the receiving chamber 23.
- the bottom cartridge 11 is by the scanner 17th scanned and checked to see if it contains a movie in the same way can be treated like the previous films. If this is the case, then the pneumatic cylinder 6 actuated. This opens the slide valve (4), while at the same time on the driver 3 and the leaf spring 7 of Clamping stamp 5 is actuated in such a way that it the cartridge 12 against the opposing wall of the feed shaft 10 presses and thereby holds. If the slide 4 is fully open, the bottom slips Film cartridge 11 through the opening 21 of the tube 20 in the Cartridge receiving chamber 23 of the carriage 22.
- the slide valve 4 Since the slide valve 4 is in its closed position and thereby preventing light from entering the interior of the device, the slide 28 can be opened via the pneumatic cylinder 27.
- the pneumatic cylinder 24 is controlled, which is in operative connection with the Slide 22 stands.
- the cartridge 11 contained in the receiving chamber 23 not only moves linearly, but rotated by 90 ° at the same time.
- One of the slot slots starts in the one shown Way down on the left side of the pipe and pulls over the back continuously up to the middle of the tube.
- the second backdrop slot starts accordingly on the left side of the pipe above and extends over this cut down, not shown front of the tube down, also up to about the middle of the pipe.
- the upper guide pin 25 shown in FIG. 1 consequently moves in the carriage 22 forward out of the image plane and the lower guide pin 25 towards in the back of the picture plane up to the middle of the tube. In this way becomes a rotation through 90 ° simultaneously with the linear movement of the slide realized.
- the end position of the carriage 22 is shown in Fig. 1c.
- the film cartridge is located themselves here in their removal position.
- Fig. 2 shows the cartridge 11 in three different positions. In the top one shown position, the cartridge 11 rests on a flap 31 which over the Hinge 39 is pivotally mounted on the housing. Pointing at its free end the flap 31 has a projection 32. The pneumatic cylinder 33 can move the flap 31 to the dot-dash position in which the projection 32 bears against the inner wall of the chute 30.
- the chute has a curvature, so that the sliding down in it Cartridge is gradually moved to a vertical position.
- the vertically arranged End piece of the chute 30 opens into the opening 48 of a cover 40. This cover is over the entire cartridge ejection device slipped over to penetrate any possibly penetrating during the cartridge ejection To prevent light up to the film extraction station.
- the Turntable 42 is pivotally mounted about the axis of rotation 43.
- the extension 44 forms with the turntable 42 on the axis of rotation 43 a two-armed lever that a pneumatic cylinder, not shown here, which engages the bolt 45, can be pivoted.
- the turntable has one adapted to the shape of the cartridges Opening 51, which together with the open channel section 41 a Forming chamber for the cartridges.
- a slot 49 in the channel section 41 guides the cartridge mouth 52 such that each cartridge is in a predetermined Location.
- the chute 30 also has a cross section that the shape of the cartridges is adjusted in this way.
- a magazine 50 which can be constructed in the same way can be used like a magazine 10 possibly used when entering the cartridges.
- the cartridge 11 is in its next drawn position already in a vertical orientation, in which through the opening 51 of the turntable 42nd and the channel section 41 formed receiving chamber.
- the following Swiveling the turntable 42 in the direction of arrow C slides the cartridge with an end face on the lower housing cover 46 up to the Ejection opening 47. Through this opening it falls into the magazine 50.
- Already empty cartridges 34, 35 are indicated in Fig. 2.
- the cartridges in magazine 50 have both a predetermined order and an ordered one Alignment on.
