Claims (11)

  1. Dekorverfahren eines Gegenstandes aus Naturstein insbesondere einer Schiefferplatte oder wiederhergestellter Stein (z.B. Keramik), basiert auf dem Abdruck auf dieser Unterlage eines Motives in Form einer fotografischen Ablichtung oder irgendwelche anderer Druckunterlage gekennzeichnet durch :
    Reproduzierung mit Hilfe der passenden Geräte des Dekors im gewünschtem Maßstab auf ein Papierblatt mit der Stärke von 55 bis 90 g/m2.
    Bestreichung des abzubildenden Papiers mit Wasserkleber in einer wasserhaltigen Lösung
    Man legt das vorher mit Kleber bestrichene Blatt auf die gesäuberte Platte ; 2 bis 5 Stunden wird alles unter einer Presse gespannt.
  2. Dekorverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 charakterisiert durch die Nutzung eines Laserfarbkopiergerätes als bevorzugtes Ablichtungsmittel des Dekors im ausgewähltem Maßstab.
  3. Dekorverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 charakterisiert durch die Nutzung einer Blattstärke von 60 bis 70 g/m2 für eine Reproduktion eines Dekor auf ein A4-Format, aber bevorzugt. wird eine Blattstärke von 63 bis 66 g/m2.
  4. Dekorverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 charakterisiert durch die Nutzung einer Blattstärke bis zu
    80 g/m2 im Fall einer Reproduktion eines Dekor auf ein größeres Format ,wie zum Beispiel
    A3 Format.
  5. Dekorverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 charakterisiert durch die Säuberung des Gegenstandes
    unter Luftdruckstrahl, um die Entfernung aller lockeren Staubteile, Splitter oder andere Partikel zu gewährleisten.
  6. Dekorverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 charakterisiert durch die Nutzung eines Klebers auf Polyvinylacetats-Basis in wasserhaltiger Lösung.
  7. Dekorverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 charakterisiert durch das Enspannen der gesamte Unterlage mit dem Dekor unter einem Druck zwischen 200 kg bis 800 kg.
  8. Dekorverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 charakterisiert durch Übertragung des Druckes auf
    den Gegenstand, auf welcher das Blatt, was dem Dekor entspricht, aufgeklebt ist, durch ein weiches Material, zum Beispiel Schaumstoffmatte, Gummiplatte oder ähnlich, gewährleistet wird.
    Bevorzugt wird das Einspannen des Gegenstandes in Sandwich zwischen 2 Matten in der Presse.
  9. Dekorverfahren gemäß Anspruch 8 charakterisiert durch Einspannung mehrerer Gegenstände,
    auf welche die Dekore aufgeklebt sind, unter der gleichen Presse mit systematischer Einschiebung einer Kunststoffmatte.
  10. Dekorverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 charakterisiert durch das Trocknen des Materials
    nach Beendigung des Pressvorganges vor Endfertigung des Randes bestehend aus :
    Ausschneidung des Randesnach gewünschter Form mittels fachgemäßem Werkzeug.
    Schleifen des Rahmens des Gegenstandes, um die definitive Form zu realisieren.
    Bestreichung des Rahmens des geklebten Blattes mit Wasserkleber in einer wasserhaltigen Lösung
    Farbbeschichtung des Ramens nach Trocknen des Klebers.
  11. Dekorverfahren gemäß aller oben genannten Ansprüche charakterisiert durch das in der Endphase lackierte Dekor bevorzugt mit Celluloselack.
