Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verfahren von zwei auf in Schlittenführungen verschieblichen und Wellen lagernden Schlitten, vorzugsweise zum Verfahren der Lagerböcke von Druckzylindern und Raster- bzw. Bei einer aus DE-43 08 711 A1 bekannten Vorrichtung dieser Art sind in dem ersten Schlitten zwei als Zahnriemenscheiben ausgebildete Spindelmuttern parallel zueinander und frei drehbar und die in diese eingeschraubten Spindeln frei drehbar und feststellbar einmal in dem Maschinengestell und zum anderen in dem zweiten Schlitten gelagert, wobei in dem ersten Schlitten eine von einem Motor antreibbare und durch eine Feststelleinrichtung fixierbare Antriebsriemenscheibe gelagert ist, die einen endlosen, die als Zahnriemenscheiben ausgebildeten Spindelmuttern antreibenden Zahnriemen antreibt. Mit dieser bekannten Vorrichtung lassen sich der Druckzylinderschlitten und der Rasterwalzenschlitten einer Flexodruckmaschine in der Weise relativ zu dem Maschinengestell verfahren, daß der Rasterwalzenschlitten sich relativ zu dem Gestell mit der doppelten Geschwindigkeit des Druckzylinderschlittens bewegt. Dadurch kann in einfacher Weise ein Druckzylinderwechsel vorgenommen werden, wobei bei dem Anstellen der Walzen im Druckbetrieb diese eine Lage zueinander annehmen, bei der der Druckzylinder den Gegendruckzylinder und die Rasterwalze den Druckzylinder berührt. Claims (5)

Vorrichtung zum Verfahren von zwei auf in Schlittenführungen verschieblichen und Wellen lagernden Schlitten, vorzugsweise zum Verfahren der Lagerböcke von Druckzylindern und Raster- bzw. Farbauftragswalzen eines Druckwerks, mittels Spindeltrieben,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Spindel (10) mit zwei Gewindeabschnitten (12, 13) mit Links- und Rechtsgewinden gleicher Steigung versehen und mit ihrem vorderen Endbereich drehbar, aber in axialer Richtung unverschieblich, in dem vorderen Schlitten (8) gelagert ist und daß der erste Gewindeabschnitt (13) in eine an der Schlittenführung (6) oder einem Gestell gehalterte erste Spindelmutter (14) und der zweite Gewindeabschnitt (12) zwischen dem ersten Gewindeabschnitt (13) und dem vorderen Schlitten (8) in eine an dem hinteren Schlitten (17) befestigte zweite Spindelmutter (16) eingeschraubt ist.
