Claims (18)
- Rahmenelement für einen senkrecht aufzustellenden Gerüstrahmen (G) eines stationären und/oder verfahrbaren Baugerüstes aus vorgefertigten Bauelementen,a) bestehend aus zwei im Bereich ihrer Enden (11,12) durch im Betriebszustand waagerechte Quertraversen (2,3) miteinander starr verbundenen, im Querschnitt vorzugsweise kreisrohrförmigen Ständern (1)b) die Ständer (1) an ihrem einen Ende (12) jeweils ein erstes, den jeweiligen Ständer (1) abschließendes Teil, beispielsweise ein integriertes Rohrstück (42) und an ihrem anderen Ende (11) ein dazu komplementäres zweites, den jeweiligen Ständer (1) überraqendes Teil, beispielsweise ein Bolzenstück (41), einer verriegelbaren Steckkupplung (4) aufweisen,(c) die Anschlüsse der Quertraversen (2,3) an den Ständern (1) mit verwindungshemmenden, die vorzugsweise rechteckige Form des Rahmenelementes (R) stabilisierenden Versteifungen (V1,V2) versehen sind und(d) die obere Quertraverse (2) durchgehend ausgebildet und unmittelbar an den Ständern (1) angeschlossen ist,e) die untere Quertraverse (3) beiderseits nach unten zu ersten Versteifungen (V2) der unteren Quertraverse (3) abgekröpft an den Ständern (1) angeschlossen ist.
- Rahmenelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Quertraverse (3) aus zwei beiderseits an den Ständern (1) in gleicher Höhe angeschlossenen, kurzen, waagerechten ersten Konsolstücken (32), jeweils einer an jedem der aufeinander gerichteten, freien Enden der Konsolstücke (32) nach unten weisend angebrachten, zusammen mit dem zugehörigen Konsolstück (32) eine jeweilige erste Versteifung (V2) bildenden Lasche (31) und einem beiderseits an den Laschen (31) befestigten, mit senkrechtem Abstand zu der Achse der Konsolstücke (32) vorgesehenen, waagerechten Strebe (30) besteht.
- Rahmenelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen (31) als Blechprofil ausgebildet sind.
- Rahmenelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strebe (30) und/der die Laschen (31) einen rechteckigen, vorzugsweise flachrechteckigen Querschnitt (Q1) aufweisen.
- Rahmenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Quertraverse (3) so an den Ständern (1) befestigt ist, daß die Unterseite (30a) der Strebe (30) etwa bündig mit den unteren Enden (12) der Ständer (1) ist.
- Rahmenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsolstücke (32) der unteren Quertraverse (3) soweit oberhalb der zugehörigen Strebe (30) an den Laschen (31) befestigt sind und einen solchen Abstand von der oberen Quertraverse (2) des nach unten anschließenden nächsten Rahmenelementes (R) haben, daß ein auf der oberen Quertraverse (2) auflegbares, deren Querschnitt (Q2) dabei überfangendes Anschlußelement (AE) einer Belagbühne (B) oder dergleichen bei wirkender Steckkupplung (4) auf die obere Quertraverse (2) aufgebracht oder von dieser entfernt werden kann.
- Rahmenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Quertraverse (2) an ihrer Unterseite beiderseits mit zweite Versteifungen (V1) ausbildenden, an den Ständern (1) angeschlossenen Diagonalstäben (22) verbunden ist.
- Rahmenelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Diagonalstäbe (22) mit den Ständern (1) durch kurze, waagerechte, zur Anbindung von Belagbühnen (B), Verstrebungen (S), Holmen (GH,ZH), Borden oder anderen Bauelementen geeignete zweite Konsolstücke (23) verbunden sind.
- Rahmenelement nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scheitel (21) der oberen Quertraverse (2) etwa bündig mit den oberen Enden (11) der Ständer (1) ist.
- Rahmenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Ständern (1) zwischen den Quertraversen (2,3) kurze, waagerechte, zur Anbindung von Belagbühnen (B), Verstrebungen (S), Holmen (GH,ZH), Borden oder anderen Bauelementen geeignete dritte Konsolstücke (16) vorgesehen sind.
- Rahmenelement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dritte Konsolstücke (16) in das Feld zwischen den Ständern (1) weisend vorgesehen sind.
- Rahmenelement nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritten Konsolstücke (16) zumindest teilweise jeweils paarweise in gleicher Höhe vorgesehen sind.
- Rahmenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritten Konsolstücke (16) an den Ständern (1) so befestigt sind, daß sie zusammen mit den oberen Quertraversen (2) ein Raster jeweils gleicher Rasterhöhe (r) ausbilden.
- Rahmenelement nach Anspruch 1 und einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Quertraverse (2) und/oder die Diagonalstäbe (22) und/oder die Konsolstücke (16,23,32) einen gleichartigen Querschnitt (Q2) aufweisen.
- Rahmenelement nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt (Q2) aus einem ersten unteren, rechteckigen Teilquerschnitt (Q2') und einem bündig anschließenden oberen, nach oben vorzugsweise halbkreisförmig gewölbten zweiten Teilquerschnitt (Q2") zusammengesetzt ist.
- Rahmenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dessen Bauteile (1,2,3,16,23,32) durchweg oder teilweise mittels Schweißnähten miteinander verbunden sind.
- Rahmenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dessen Bauteile (1,2,3,16,23,32) durchweg oder teilweise als vorzugsweise stranggepreßte Hohlprofile ausgebildet sind.
- Rahmenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Querschnitte (Q1,Q2) der Quertraversen (2,3) und der dritten Konsolstücke (16) so bemessen ist, daß deren Anschlüsse an den Ständern (1) diesen gegenüber leicht eingezogen sind.
