Abstract

Das Relais besitzt als Einzel- oder Doppelrelais einen Sockel (1) und einen Spulenkörper (2). Jedes Schaltsystem (A,B) besitzt eine Spule mit zur Bodenseite paralleler Achse, ein Winkeljoch (33) und einen plattenförmigen Anker (4). Letzterer ist über eine Kontaktfeder (41)gehalten, die gabelförmig in zwei Schenkel gespalten ist. Ein Kontaktschenkel (43) trägt einen beweglichen Kontakt (43a), während ein Anschlußschenkel (44) in dem Bereich vor dem beweglichen Ankerende mit einem Federträger verbunden ist. Beim Doppelrelais liegen die beiden Anker (4) parallel an entgegengesetzten Enden des Relais.
Die Konstruktion ergibt eine einfache Montage und eine gute Wärmeableitung, insbesondere bei einem Doppelrelais für hohe Schaltströme.
