Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for separating solid components of liquids, especially a street inlet and a flushing and suction pipe for such a device.
- a device with the Characteristics of the generic term of claim 1 is from the DE-C-467 270 known.
- a grating remove the inserted into a frame of an attachment covering the inlet opening then lift out the full sludge bucket, then the accumulated in it, mostly wet sand / sludge mixture in a carried sludge storage tank empty and then insert the sludge bucket back into the inlet opening and cover them with the grate.
- known sink boxes with Siphon drains CH-A-130 363
- known street inlets of the above Genus DE-C-467-270
- the gratings are in the immediate area of a street, in particular a roadway, and usually arranged on the side edges.
- the Maintenance service for such street inlets is therefore already taken out of the grate from the frame considerably hindered because in most cases Due to the traffic load, dirt particles are wedged between the frame and the grate have, so that the rust loosen only with great physical exertion and then with Hand or a special lifting device.
- a grate only weighs around 65 kg weighs, lifting forces of up to 10,000 N are sometimes required to lift the grate. Damage to the rust and frame are often the result of this force.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, the device of the aforementioned Train genus so that it allows automated maintenance, larger maintenance intervals enabled and less burdensome for maintenance personnel, and one To create flushing and suction pipe with which the automated maintenance is to be carried out.
- the characteristic features of claims 1 serve to achieve this object and 23.
- the Inlet contains a recessed in the ground, designed in the manner of a sink box Shaft 1, which opens at the top of a cover 2, the top of which is flush with the Surface of a schematically indicated street 3 ends.
- the shaft 1 is preferably cylindrical and has a vertical axis 4.
- the shaft is also 1 preferably composed of superimposed, prefabricated components that in particular a base part 5, at least one shaft ring 6 and a cover plate 7 contain.
- the cover plate 7 contains a preferably cylindrical passage, the Cross-sectional area is equal to or slightly smaller than that of the shaft 1 and the one Entry opening 8 for the liquid, in particular rainwater, limited.
- the cover plate 7 also supports a e.g. out Steel or cast iron existing frame 9, which together with an inserted in it, also made of steel or cast iron grating 10 forms the cover 2.
- the bottom part 5 has an outlet opening located on the bottom of the shaft 1 11 provided, which preferably has an axis parallel to the axis 4 and in a channel 12 of the usual sewer system opens.
- a sieve body 14 Within the shaft 1 and in the flow direction between the inlet opening 8 and a sieve body 14 is arranged in the outlet opening 11.
- the sieve body 14 can be circular, oval or otherwise in cross section be trained.
- the axis of the screen body 14 is preferably parallel to the axis 4 and in the exemplary embodiment also coaxial to the axis 4 and to the axis of the outlet opening 11 arranged.
- the screen body 14 is on a surrounding the outlet opening 11 Supported edge portion 16 (Fig.
- the bottom part 5 preferably extends from there over the entire length of the shaft 1 and ends at the top in the area of the inlet opening 8 limiting passage of the cover plate 7.
- the upper face of the screen body 14 is covered by a waterproof cover 17, the cross-sectional area is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the recess provided in the cover plate 7.
- the inlet opening 8 consists of a cover 17 or the upper end of the screen body 14 concentrically surrounding cylinder ring.
- the grating 10 has a cylindrical receptacle or in its center according to FIG. 1 a cylindrical passage 18, one of the cover in the assembled state 17 concentrically rising mandrel 19 and in the upper part of one the crossbar 20 serving to lift the grating 10 is bridged.
- the cover 17 is centered relative to the grating 10 in the assembled state (Fig. 2), and at the same time the cover 17 centers the screen body 14 with a this surrounding, lower edge section 21 (FIG. 3) in its vertical, from FIG. 2 apparent position.
- the grating 10 is also e.g. radial Provide inlet slots 22 through which a flowing rainwater or the like. In the Entry opening 8 arrives.
- the construction of the street inlet leads to the invention an inversion of the principle of operation of a sludge bucket Street inlet with itself.
- the rainwater flows directly into one of the annular inlet opening 8 connected to the first shaft section 24 (FIG. 2) and flows from there into a second shaft section 25, which passes through the peripheral jacket of the screen body 14 is limited and opens into the outlet opening 11 below.
- the second shaft section 25 in the lower region through the on the edge section 16 (Fig. 3) supported lower end of the screen body 14 and in the upper area by the cover 17 protected against the direct inflow of rainwater or the like.
- Manhole section 24 which, in the exemplary embodiment, has a sieve body 14 in the form of a ring
- the surrounding annular space is, as a dirt reservoir, while the second one is from the screen body 14 compartmentalized shaft section 25 serves to discharge the liquid and this function can meet for a long time, as its uppermost holes 15 have not yet met those in the first shaft section 24 accumulated dirt particles are clogged.
- a major advantage of this reversal of the known functional principle is that that the chute section 24 surrounding the screen body 14 with otherwise customary dimensions with e.g. 100 1 capacity at least twice as large can, as the largest sludge buckets used so far, so that the for Maintenance intervals required for cleaning are at least doubled accordingly can. It is also advantageous that when the grate 10 and the cover are removed 17 a through the upper opening of the screen body 14, from the inlet opening 8 separate maintenance opening 26 (Fig. 3) is created through which e.g. a automated sludge emptying and cleaning can be done without For this purpose, a heavy container filled with mud is lifted out of the shaft 1 must become.
- this is possible in that the screen body 14 or the second shaft section 25 from above and axially a combined high-pressure flushing / suction pipe is introduced to that accumulated in the first shaft section 24 Soften material through the slots 15, liquefy and as far as possible suck. Since the liquefaction of the sludge practically at the full level of the first Well section 24 can be done is a much faster and more effective removal of the sludge is possible as if the rinsing water were only supplied from above could.
- Suitable vehicles with storage tanks, sludge suction devices, suction pipes, high pressure flushing devices, Flushing pipes and the like are generally known and need therefore not be explained in more detail to the person skilled in the art.
- the device has one in the ground arranged shaft 31, which, analogously to FIGS. 1 to 3, has an outlet opening 32 vertical axis having bottom part 33 and a shaft ring arranged above it 34, which are both arranged coaxially with a vertical axis 35.

- the passage 37 widens more and more at least on one side of the axis 35, so that it is oval or flat oval at the upper end and compared to Shaft ring 34 a e.g. has twice the maximum diameter.
- the Drain part 36 forms a drip pan, which runs obliquely from above downwards Floor 38 has.
- a cover plate 39 is placed on the drain part 36, one with the axis 35 coaxial passage forming a maintenance opening 40 and a parallel to it, has a passage forming an entry opening 41, the entry opening 41 including spatial distance from the maintenance opening 40 and laterally above the floor 38 is arranged. With its edge surrounding the inlet opening 41, the cover plate supports 39 from a conventional attachment 42 with grating through which the rainwater or the like. can enter the inlet opening 41 and from there into the shaft 31.
- FIG. 5 shows, in particular, the top sides of the attachment 42 and the cover plate 46 arranged in parallel, but with an axial distance so that they form a step.
- the top of the attachment 42 flush with the road 48 one schematically indicated road
- the top of the cover plate 46 flush with an adjacent the roadway 48 located sidewalk 49 may be arranged, both by usual Curbs 50 are separated from each other.
- the function of the device according to FIGS. 4 and 5 is analogous to that according to FIGS. 1 to 3.
- the Rainwater collected at the edge of the road flows through the inlet opening 41 into a first shaft section 53. From there, the liquid can only through the holes 44 of the Sieve body 43, the shaft 31 in the first shaft section 53 and a second Divided shaft section 54, flow into the outlet opening 32, so that any fixed Components such as leaves, branches, paper, etc. in the first one, which serve as a dirt reservoir Manhole section 53 can be collected. If this shaft section 53 is full, the Emptying and cleaning analog to FIGS.
- the embodiment brings 4 and 5 have the essential advantage that the inlet opening 41 e.g. on the edge of a roadway, the maintenance opening 40, however, in the area of a Walkway can be arranged. Therefore, the maintenance opening 40 can be independently Road traffic and parked motor vehicles or the like.
