Description
- une première portion de corde appliquée et solidarisée contre une deuxième portion de corde par des moyens de fixation à couture allongée, la longueur de la première portion étant plus courte que la deuxième portion prolongée,
- une pluralité de spires élémentaires de fil pour constituer ladite couture et comprenant une succession de points de couture réunis entre eux par des brins de liaison.
- la première portion de corde est comprimée dans le sens longitudinal lors de la réalisation d'une couture droite,
- le pas d'espacement des points de couture est conservé constant sur chaque portion de corde pendant ladite opération,
- le relâchement de la force de compression à la fin de l'opération de couture provoque ensuite la détente de la première portion de corde, pour obtenir ladite structure dissymétrique dans l'état non tendu.

Claims (5)
- Boucle d'attache cousue pour une corde élastique, notamment à section circulaire, comprenantune première portion de corde (14) appliquée et solidarisée contre une deuxième portion de corde (16) par des moyens de fixation à couture (18) allongée, la longueur de la première portion étant plus courte que la deuxième portion prolongée,une pluralité de spires élémentaires de fil pour constituer ladite couture et comprenant une succession de points de couture (20A, 22A; 20B, 22B) réunis entre eux par des brins de liaison (26,30),
- Boucle d'attache pour une corde élastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les points de couture (20A, 22A) situés le long de la première portion de corde (14) s'étendent dans l'état non tendu de la corde (12) selon un échelonnement longitudinal L1 supérieur à celui L2 affecté aux points de couture (20B, 22B) de la deuxième portion de corde (16), la variation de l'échelonnement desdits points de couture provoquant une inclinaison progressive des brins de liaison (26, 30) le long de la couture (18).
- Boucle d'attache pour une corde élastique selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les points de couture sur chaque portion de corde (14, 16) s'étendent selon des lignes parallèles à l'interface (32) longitudinal d'accolement des deux portions de corde.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une boucle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise une couture (18) progressive en faisant varier la distance d'espacement des points de couture (20A, 22A) sur la première portion de corde (14), et en conservant la même distance d'espacement pour les points de couture (20B, 22B) de la deuxième portion de corde (16).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une boucle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes:la première portion de corde (14) est comprimée (flèche F3) dans le sens longitudinal lors de la réalisation d'une couture droite,le pas d'espacement des points de couture est conservé constant sur chaque portion de corde pendant ladite opération,on relâche la force de compression à la fin de l'opération de couture provoquant ensuite la détente de la première portion de corde (14) pour obtenir ladite structure dissymétrique dans l'état non tendu.
