Claims (5)

  1. Genähte Befestigungsschlinge für ein elastisches Seil, insbesondere mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt, die umfasst:
    einen ersten Seilabschnitt (14), der gegen einen zweiten Seilabschnitt (16) gedrückt und mit diesem fest verbunden ist, und zwar mit Hilfe von Befestigungsmitteln mit länglicher Naht (18), wobei der erste Abschnitt kürzer ist als der zweite, verlängerte Abschnitt,
    eine Mehrzahl elementarer Fadenwindungen, die die Naht bilden und eine Folge von Nähstichen (20A, 22A; 20B, 22B) umfassen, die miteinander durch Verbindungsfäden (26,30) verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Naht (18) im ungespannten Zustand eine unsymmetrische Struktur aufweist, die eine homogene Verteilung der mechanischen Beanspruchung in den Verbindungsfäden (26, 30) ermöglicht, wenn auf die Schlinge im gespannten Zustand ein Zug ausgeübt wird.
  2. Befestigungsschlinge für ein elastisches Seil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Nähstiche (20A, 22A), die entlang des ersten Seilabschnitts (14) angeordnet sind, im ungespannten Zustand der Schlinge (12) nach einer Längs-Staffelung L1 erstrecken, die größer als L2 ist, nach der sich die Nähstiche (20B, 22B) des zweiten Seilabschnitts (16) erstrecken, wobei die unterschiedliche Staffelung der Nähstiche eine progressive Neigung der Verbindungsfäden (26, 30) entlang der Naht (18) bewirkt.
  3. Befestigungsschlinge für ein elastisches Seil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Nähstiche im jeweiligen Seilabschnitt (14,16) entlang von Linien erstrecken, die parallel zur Längs-Berührungs-Grenzfläche (32) der beiden Seilabschnitte sind.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schlinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Naht (18) hergestellt wird, die insofern progressiv ist, als der Abstand zwischen den Nähstichen (20A, 22A) des ersten Seilabschnitts (14) schwankt und bei den Nähstichen (20B, 22B) des zweiten Seilabschnitts (16) der gleiche Abstand beibehalten wird.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schlinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, das durch folgende Schritte gekennzeichnet ist:
    der erste Seilabschnitt (14) wird bei der Herstellung einer geraden Naht in Längsrichtung komprimiert (Pfeil F3),
    der Abstand zwischen den Nähstichen wird während dieses Vorgangs in jedem Seilabschnitt konstant gehalten,
    am Ende des Nähvorgangs wird die Komprimierungskraft gelöst, wodurch dann der erste Seilabschnitt (14) entspannt wird, damit die im ungespannten Zustand unsymmetrische Struktur entsteht.
