Definitions

  • the invention relates to a towel dispenser according to the preamble of Claim 1 (see document WO-A-9 009 136).
  • the towel dispenser there is a need for Use exposed loop or the like, which the clean Part connects with the used part of the towel rail and can be retracted in steps after use or shorten and thereby prepare that under Extension of the loop again a fresh towel part can be deducted.
  • the loop can be after Pull down tension-free for a predetermined time hang or are always under the tension of a pull-in force, so that when released by the operator is moved in immediately.
  • the invention has for its object a towel dispenser to create the disadvantages of known training are avoided and which in particular offers the possibility in many of its different operating states to ensure effective feeding and easy handling to allow.
  • the towel web is from a clean store and depending on it in one or to transfer several used memories, being expedient the towel dispenser a towel feeder, a loop feeder and / or operates an energy store, the stored energy is used for the towel loop, e.g. after a timer has expired, pull the donor taut or a used part of the towel loop in to take over the final used memory.
  • the sequence the timer can clean during or after the dispensing Start the towel part at the loop.
  • the energy storage is advantageous manually or by Pulling off the towel rail is charged so that it is independent always contains enough energy from the operating state of the donor, to pull in the loop or the last free end to transfer the towel rail completely into the housing.
  • Such an operating state can also be the one that to remove the used towel sheet or to insert a fresh towel sheet is provided or it can be the one that emerges when the last end of the clean towel rail completely drawn into the Used memory transferred, namely e.g. is wound up.
  • the energy storage is useful every time you hand in towels each charged so that the energy stored thereby enough to pull in a towel length that is at least 10% is greater than the towel length given immediately before.
  • sensing or interrogation element which indicates the presence the towel rail in front of the used store or a drivable feed roller in a pass nip or after the entry point of the associated loop leg in the donor and if there is no blockage indent.
  • the sensing element can also mechanically determine the operating state of the donor, namely e.g. whether both Gap limits in the use position closely together lie or from each other e.g. for the fact that the Towel rail can be replaced, and then here too blocking is provided.
  • the energy storage will therefore neither with the towel sheet completely retracted nor unload with the dispenser open so that after loading fresh towel rail still enough drive energy is present to the free end of the towel rail after sufficient Determine to catch up with moving in without that for this one or more lengths of web from the cleaner store must be deducted to make the energy storage ready for use charge.
  • the blocking means are expediently separate from blocking means provided, which are released by the timer so that the feed mechanism is started. Both means can, however, be on the same runner, e.g. one by drag braked blade rotor act, which over a multi-stage gear transmission from the energy storage with opposite this much higher running speed is driven.
  • a blocking effective, between an engagement and a disengagement position movable locking member expediently has separate Cam on the one hand for actuation by a switching element of the Timing element and on the other hand for actuation by the control element, e.g. a roller, with the second cam can also directly form the stop. This is useful Flow locking element for positive engagement or stop position positively controlled while it is being released by a force, especially only by its weight is then transferred when the corresponding cam is released is.
  • the functions mentioned usually set the implementation a predetermined, stroke-limited trigger travel of the Control member or the like ahead, namely that a relatively accurate predetermined length of the towel rail is subtracted. Is the actual travel distance is smaller than the mentioned trigger travel distance, so can one engaging the timing element or the blocking element Stop the cam in the area of the associated cam rotor instead of overflowing and disengaging prevent this link. This would prevent the move in Gear set or another deduction prevented.
  • Disengagement means are provided to avoid the provision or enable disengagement of said link when the cam follower is engaged or in the way the control cam is standing.
  • the cam follower is form-fitting in its working position locked, but by a movement transverse to its control movement unlockable, this unlocking automatically in that the control cam at the end of its travel by tension forces in the feed mechanism against their Working direction is put back a little way and thereby the cam rotor frictionally in its unlocked position in which he takes on the Switching element can be moved away from the cam against spring force can. The switching element or the blocking element can then despite the cam attached to the cam can be disengaged. As soon as the cam is moved away from the cam rotor again, this becomes automatically transferred to its working position by spring force and locked in there.
  • Unlocking can be done easily through the energy storage or its drive member to be driven if this for charging the energy store with the control element and is connected to the cam runner via the cam.
  • a free-wheel lock is used to positively limit the return path provided that e.g. by bearing play of a return blocking element releases the required return path.
  • the clean room at least partially to substantially completely above the used or dirty room and the clean room approximately up to the top or the dirt space approximately to to the underside of the dispenser housing.
  • This allows all essential mechanical or movable functional parts both the trigger and the feed mechanism and their Connection in the deepest area of the donor or below of the clean room.
  • the clean room or the towel rail in it from the dirt room hardly be contaminated.
  • a partition between the two Broaching further improves this effect.
  • this partition takes the weight of the stored clean Towel part, taking against this weight a spring or the like. is so loaded that with the decrease of the Weight of the cleaner storage this essentially continuously lifts and so for the increase or increase of used storage Creates space.
  • the towel rail can from the clean store to the loop opposite the dirt or Used dream essentially completely shielded in be guided a slot shaft, so that this part the towel rail is not contaminated.
