Claims (18)
- Preßvorrichtung (1) mit verlängerter Preßzone (2), die eine Preßwalze (4), mindestens einen Preßfilz (3), ein Preßband (3) und einen Preßschuh (5) aufweist, wobei sich zwischen Preßschuh (5) und Preßband (3) ein Schmiermittelfilm (9) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Preßband (3) flüssigkeitsdurchlässig ist und der Schmiermittelfilm aus Wasser oder einem ein- oder mehrwertigen Alkohol mit bis zu 12 C-Atomen oder einer Mischung aus zwei oder mehreren dieser Stoffe besteht.
- Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur ein Preßfilz (3') vorgesehen ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Preßband (3) porös ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Preßband (3) ein Grundgewebe und auf seiner Unterseite (8) eine poröse Beschichtung aufweist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung eine geschlitzte oder perforierte Kunststoffolie ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung ein Vlies ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vlies aus Kunststoff-, Kohlefaser-, Mineralfaser- oder Glasfaser-Filamenten besteht.
- Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundgewebe aus Verbundwerkstoffen besteht.
- Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundgewebe ein Gewebe oder Gelege ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundgewebe ein Rippengewebe ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Preßband (3) ein Spiralsieb ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Preßband (3) auf seiner Unterseite (8) mit Kunststoffäden versehen ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in der Nähe des Preßschuhs (5) eine Sprühvorrichtung (13, 14) befindet.
- Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühvorrichtung auf die Unterseite (8) des Preßbandes (3) gerichtet ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühvorrichtung (13, 14) auf die Oberfläche (6) des Preßschuhs (5) gerichtet ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Alkohol ein ein- oder mehrwertiger Butylalkohol, Amylalkohol oder Hexylalkohol oder Ethylenglycol oder Glycerin ist.
- Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schmiermittelfilm aus einer Mischung aus Wasser und Glycerin besteht.
- Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verlängerte Preßzone 5 bis 25 cm lang ist.
