Claims (8)
- Anschlußleiste für hohe Übertragungsraten in der Telekommunikations- und Datentechnik, aus einem Kunststoffkörper mit in mindestens einer Reihe angeordneten Kammern für Schneidklemm-Kontaktelemente und mit in den Querwänden zwischen den Kammern angeordneten, achsparallel zu diesen verlaufenden Schlitzen für Schirmbleche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kammern (2) einer Anschlußeinheit (26) mit geringstmöglichem Abstand (d) voneinander im Kunststoffkörper (1) angeordnet sind und daß die Schlitze (11,25) zur Aufnahme der Schirmbleche (16,24) in der Querwand (9,10,27) zwischen jeweils zwei benachbarten Anschlußeinheiten (26) von der Unterseite (23) her ausgebildet sind, wobei der Abstand (d) zwischen den Kammern (2) einer Anschlußeinheit (26) wesentlich kleiner ist als der Abstand (D) zwischen den Kammern (2) benachbarter Anschlußeinheiten (26). - Anschlußleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schirmbleche (24) von der Unterseite (23) des Kunststoffkörpers (1) her eingebracht und in diesem über eine Rastöffnung (34) mit einer Rastnase (35) im Kunststoffkörper (1) verrasten und über einen Leiterzug auf einer Leiterplatte miteinander verbunden sind.
- Anschlußleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schirmbleche (24) im Bereich des Kontaktpins (32) eine Ausnehmung (36) zur Leitungsführung aufweisen.
- Anschlußleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Kammern (2) SchneidKlemm-Kontaktelemente (28) mit einer Kabelfixierung (30,31) im Einführungsbereich (29) eingebracht sind.
- Anschlußleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schirmbleche (16) mindestens einer Kammer (2) durch schmale Stege (17, 18, 19) miteinander verbunden sind, die in Nuten (12, 13, 14) im Boden des Kunststoffkörpers (1) eingesetzt sind.
- Anschlußleiste nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Schirmbleche (16) zweier benachbarter Paare von Kammern (2) durch schmale Stege (17, 18, 19) miteinander zu einem Schirmblechkäfig (15) verbunden sind.
- Anschlußleiste nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drei Schirmbleche (16) und die diese verbindenden schmalen Stege (17, 18, 19) in deren Ebene eine aus sieben kurzen Blechstreifen gebildete Achtform aufweisen. (Fig.10)
- Anschlußleiste nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Querwand (9) zwischen zwei Paaren eng benachbarter Kammern (2) ein Schlitz (11) und in der Querwand (10) zwischen jeweils zwei Paaren von dicht nebeneinander angeordneten Kammern (2) jeweils zwei parallele Schlitze (11) zur Aufnahme der Schirmbleche (16) angeordnet sind.
