Definitions
- the invention relates to a Liquid storage space with one in the area of a Bottom high point of the storage space arranged, with liquid fillable rinsing chamber is provided, which when empty Storage space through a flushing opening the liquid as a flushing surge suddenly leaks.
- EP 0 211 058 B1 describes a liquid storage space, known in particular rain basin or sewer storage space, with a arranged in the area of a bottom high point of the storage space, with rinsing chamber that can be filled with storage liquid empty storage space through a flushing opening the storage liquid as a flushing surge towards the outlet of the storage space leaks.
- the rinsing surge is issued from the rinsing chamber, by suddenly a hinged flap that is opened above the liquid level in the storage space is controlled.
- There is also a circular one from this font Known storage space in which provided with flaps Rinsing chambers are arranged radially on the outside and towards the middle of the storage space is washed out.
- From DE-AS 29 02 983 is a central in a circular Storage space arranged flushing device known to the outside washes away.
- the flushing device is a rotating water wheel or as a pump for conveying and distributing the rinsing liquid educated.
- a first inventive design of the aforementioned Liquid storage space provides that the rinsing chamber one below has open container which can be lifted and lowered overall or at least lift a lower section of the container - and is lowerable, with the container in its lowered Position of the storage space floor is closed and in its raised position at least partially from the floor of the storage room is lifted off.
- the one used for rinsing is thus in the container Liquid collected, when lifting the container or lower container section an opening between the lower edge and the storage space floor is formed, through which the Flushing liquid can leak out of the container.
- a Flushing water should be aimed at that the container rinses itself suddenly lifts.
- a second inventive design of the aforementioned Liquid storage space provides that the rinsing chamber with a container a container floor resting on the storage space floor and. is a stored in the bottom of the container wall, the Container wall can be raised and lowered overall or at least one lower section of the container wall can be raised and lowered, and the container wall or its lower section in its lowered Position of the container bottom is closed and in their raised position at least partially from the bottom of the container is lifted off. While in the aforementioned first invention Designing the floor of the storage space quasi the floor of the Represents container and this with the container lowered below closes, is in the second design according to the invention a separate container bottom is provided, the placed on the storage space floor or connected to it becomes.
- the advantage of this design is that the Flushing device as a whole can be prefabricated and used for the functioning of the flushing device is only necessary this to place in the storage space or its container bottom with the To connect the storage space floor so that the flushing device is stationary in the storage space.
- a third inventive design of the aforementioned Liquid storage space provides that the rinsing chamber has an open top Containers that open at the bottom and by means of the storage space floor is closed or closed at the bottom, the Containers as a whole or at least an upper container section in the area of at least part of the upper edge of the container or part of the upper edge of the upper container section lowering and rinsing when lowering.
- the output takes place the rinsing liquid not through the between the container and the storage space floor or the container wall and the container bottom formed opening but it will after filling the Container with the liquid of the container or the upper one Container section in the area of at least part of it Lowered upper edge, which means that the washing liquid is above the Container radially or when using several straight segments can flow away radially.
- a device for filling the container can be very different Way. So it is from In principle conceivable to close the container with storage liquid fill. On the other hand, it is conceivable to use rinsing liquid externally supply. Especially when the storage fluid Rinsing chamber to be fed, it will be advantageous viewed when the device for filling the container as non-return valve integrated in the container or as a feed pump, which is also liquid from a dry weather inflow or Pumps groundwater or process water into the tank is. Basically, it is conceivable to flush the rinsing liquid to supply a usual supply line that is above the Container is arranged so that the liquid due normal flow gradient gets into the container.
- the variant with The integrated check valve has the advantage that the Container according to the storage level of the storage liquid fills itself in the liquid storage space, which goes without saying is also possible by means of a pump that over Sensors a certain liquid level in the storage space is detected and switched on. After all, it is conceivable that Fill the rinsing tank itself through the outlet opening and only from a certain water level, which is the maximum level in the Flushing container corresponds to close. Filling can continue also over an overflow edge, for example with integrated Diving wall, which is floating if necessary.
- the lifting movement of the container or the container section or the container wall is expediently carried out by means of a float.
- a ballast tank can also be provided be the one with liquid, especially storage liquid is fillable.
- the lifting movement of the filled ballast tank is advantageously achieved in that when the largely empty storage space in the ballast tank liquid present through a connected to the ballast tank Line can leak and reduce weight the ballast tank in connection with the one in the tank Flushing liquid to raise the ballast tank hydraulic pressure surfaces or by means of a spring leads.
- a holding device should be in particular for locking the container or the container section or the container wall in its lowered or in be provided in its raised position. This facility is advisable about the level of storage liquid in the Storage space controlled.
- the retention means are activated and at again empty storage space solved.
- the control can for example, in the area of the storage space drain arranged float or take place via sensor means that the Determine the liquid level in the storage space and directly or via actuating means, for example via an electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic motor, the components causing the locking actuate.
- the design of the liquid storage space according to the invention is not limited to that the container, the container section or the container wall can be moved perpendicular to the floor. This will may be the rule, but it is also possible that Container or the container section or the container wall in Storage space floor to be tilted. In this case the Container or container section or the container wall only partially lifted off the storage space floor or container floor, see above that there is a directional flow of the liquid as it exits from the container, in that it extends in all directions, except for by the support of the container or container section or the container wall on the storage space floor or The bottom of the container is blocked.
- the respective panel is preferably anchored in the floor of the storage space, but can also be pivoted in the container.
- the container or the container section or the container wall is usually rigid. But it is also the same conceivable to make these parts flexible, especially in Kind of a bellows.
- the height of the container can be so shorten to a relatively small extent, which means that with fixed lower container section or fixed upper container section lowering the top edge of the container or lifting it up the bottom edge of the container almost completely on the fixed one Area of the container is possible. Because of the large formed in this way The rinsing liquid can enter the opening within a very short time Storage space are issued.
- the flushing device is designed so that the Container or the container wall in one or more, with the storage space floor connected storage elements is lowered.
- the container wall can, for example be provided with bearing bushes, each bearing bushing in one stand-shaped bearing element is raised and lowered. It it is also conceivable to use the container or the container wall to connect radially inwardly extending webs with a bearing bush (s) are provided in a single stand-shaped bearing element is raised and lowered (are).
- the rinsing described above is particularly suitable for rinsing in a round pool. But it can also be used with anyone else Basin type can be used.
- Basin type can be used.
- Rainbow also to a canal storage space or a canal, in particular the use of the container in the area of a manhole.
- the design of the container, particularly in Bearing elements which are connected to the storage space floor, is stored, allows the flushing device without large Retrofitting effort. It is particularly simple Subsequent installation possible if the container is a structural unit represents, with container bottom and stored in this, hollow cylindrical arranged container wall, so that the container bottom only needs to be attached to the floor of the storage space. at Round basin enables the flushing device to clean the Round basin after each build-up of the deposited contaminants.
- This cleaning is particularly withheld Water performed.
- the actuation or is preferably carried out Operation of the flushing device without external energy. Nevertheless optional operation is motorized, especially with a electrohydraulic system, possible.
- the construction is simple and robust, their manufacturing costs are extremely high Life span minimal.
- the system is also with extreme pollution of the mechanical parts fully functional. she is easy to assemble. It does not require any to be created on site Fasteners, but can with appropriate profiling of the structure are mounted on the sole. An equipment of rectangular tanks, for example, will also be added later possible.
