Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur galvanischen Abscheidung von Chrom-Überzügen auf einem metallischen Grundmaterial, wobei das Grundmaterial zunächst gereinigt und gegebenenfalls aktiviert wird und sodann einem galvanischen Verchromungsbad ausgesetzt wird zur Bildung eines Hartchrom-Überzuges einer Härte von zumindest 600 HV mit perl- oder säulenstrukturartiger Oberfläche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die perl- oder säulenstrukturartige Oberfläche durch galvanisch aufgebrachtes Schwarzchrom ausgefüllt und geglättet wird. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Schwarzchrom in einer Schichtdicke von zumindest etwa 1 µ, insbesondere von etwa 2 µm bis etwa 6 µm aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Schwarzchrom Chromoxid enthält, insbesondere etwa 93 % bis etwa 96 % Chrom und etwa 4 % bis etwa 7 % Chromoxid. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen der galvanischen Hartverchromung und der galvanischen Schwarzverchromung zumindest ein Spülvorgang stattfindet. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die galvanische Schwarzverchromung innerhalb weniger Minuten nach erfolgter Hartverchromung stattfindet, oder daß eine auf der Hartchromschicht gebildete Oxidschicht vor der Schwarzverchromung entfernt wird. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schwarzchromschicht durch eine Emulsion versiegelt wird. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die perl- oder säulenstrukturartige Oberfläche der Hartschromschicht einen Zentrumsabstand zwischen benachbarten Erhebungen von etwa 1 µm bis etwa 5 µm aufweist.
