  6. A panel, especially a hard fiber panel, according to one of claims 1-5, characterized in that at least one of the grooves (40;48) is in the shape of a trapezoid.
  7. A panel, especially a hard fiber panel, according to claim 6, characterized in that the groove (40) provided with an adhesive (46) which connects the panel parts to be folded so they can be swung is shaped like a trapezoid.
  8. A panel, especially a hard fiber panel, according to one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the opposing grooves (40;48) are trapezoidal, and that the grooves share a common base line (49).

  10. A panel, especially a hard fiber panel, according to claim 9, characterized in that the groove (48) assigned to the visible surface (27) is 0.1-0.3 mm deep, and preferably 0.1 mm deep.
  11. A panel, especially a hard fiber panel, according to claim 10, characterized in that the adhesive (46) is a polyurethane adhesive.
  12. A panel, especially a hard fiber panel, according to claim 11, characterized in that the adhesive is 0.1-0.4 mm thick.
  13. A procedure to manufacture a foldable panel, especially a hard fiber panel, characterized in that the panel (10):
    a) has a groove (48) in the folding area (51),
    b) the panel (10) with the groove (48) has another groove (40) that is opposite the first groove (48) and shares a common base line (49) with it, and that
    c) at least one of the grooves (40;48) are provided with an adhesive (46) that holds the panel components together so they can swing.
  14. A procedure to manufacture a foldable panel, especially a hard fiber panel, according to claim 13, characterized in that the panel (10):
    a) has a trapezoidal groove (48) in the folding area (51) of the visible side (27),
    b) an elastic material (36) is introduced into the groove (48),
    c) the panel (10) with the groove (48) has another trapezoidal groove that is opposite the first groove (48) and shares a common base line (49) with it, and
    d) that a PUR adhesive (46) is introduced into the groove (40).
  15. A procedure to manufacture a foldable panel, especially a hard fiber panel, according to claims 13 or 14, characterized in that the panel (10):
    a) is first heated in the area where the groove (48) is to be introduced in the visible side (27),
    b) that the elastic material (36) to be introduced in the groove (48) is dried in another step, and
    c) that the adhesive (40) introduced in the opposing groove (40) is hardened by being cooled with liquid in another step after introducing the adhesive (46).
  16. A system to manufacture foldable panels, especially hard fiber panels, characterized in that: At least one work station (4) is provided that receives the panel (10) for processing and has at least one milling attachment that cuts at least one groove (48) in the top of the panel (27) and holds the panels (10) at least in the area of the milling attachment (33) with low vibration, guides them and transports them; and there is at least one other subsequent work station (6) that receives the panel (10) for further processing and that has at least one milling attachment (33) that cuts the groove in the panel (10) that is opposite and complementary to the previously-introduced groove (40) which helps the panel (10) fold, and it holds the panel (10) at least in the area of the milling attachment (33) with low vibration, guides it and transports it; and there is at least one device (43) that introduces the adhesive (46) into at least one of the opposing grooves (40;48).
  17. A system according to claim 16, characterized in that the milling attachment (33) that introduces the adhesive (46) into the groove (40) and that cuts the groove (40) that is opposite and complementary to the first groove (48) are in a work station.
  18. A system according to claims 16 or 17, characterized in that the workstation (6) with the device (48) to introduce the adhesive (46) is followed by an adhesive hardening station (7).
  19. A system according to claim 18, characterized in that the adhesive hardening station (7) has a device that provides cooling and/or hardening liquid for the adhesive (46).
  20. A system according to one of claims 16-19, characterized in that there is a work station (4) that receives that panel (10) for processing, and it has a milling attachment (33) that cuts the groove (48) in the top of the panel (27); the work station (4) has a device (37) that introduces an elastic material (30) into the groove (48); and there is another, subsequent work station that receives the panel (10) for further processing and that has a milling attachment (33) that cuts the groove in the panel (10) that is opposite and complementary to the previously-introduced groove (48).
  21. A system according to claim 16-20, characterized in that, in the direction of transport (16) of the plates (10), there is a plate heating station (3) in front of the work station that provides the plate surface (27) with at least one groove (48), and the plate heating station heats the plates (10) in the area of the future groove (48).
  22. A system according to claim 21, characterized in that there is at least one IR radiator that provides the heat.
  23. A system according to one of claims 16-22, characterized in that another work station (5) that dries the elastic material (36) follows the work station (4) that has a device (37) to dispense an elastic material (36).
  24. A system according to one of claims 16-23, characterized in that the adhesive (46) to be placed in the groove (40) cut in the bottom side of the plate (39) is a PUR adhesive.
  25. A system according to one of claims 16-24, characterized in that work stations (3;4;5;6;7) that feed the individual plates (10) to be processed are designed so that the heating, drying and cooling station (3;5;7) has two belt drives (11,12) that grip the top of the panel (27) with their respective bottom sides and advance it, and it has two slide rails (14,15) that support the bottom of the plates (10) and are coaxial to the respective bottom of the belt drives.
  26. A system according to claim 25, characterized in that the slide rails (14,15) are pretensioned to press against the bottom (39) of the plate (10).
  27. A system according to claim 26, characterized in that the slide rails (14,15) are spring mounted.
  28. A system according to one of claims 16-27, characterized in that the work station (4) that has at least one milling attachment (33) and/or a device (37) that dispenses an elastic material (36), and the work station (6) that has at least one milling attachment (33) and/or an adhesive dispensing device (43) are designed to feed the individual panels (10), and each of these work stations (4;6) has two belt drives (22,23) that grip the bottom side (39) of the respective panel (10) with the respective top sides of the belts; there are rollers (25,96) that contact the top of the plate (27) and act as a counter bearings; and there are pretensioned slide rails (14,15) pressing against the top side of the drive belt on the side of the respective top side of the drive belt facing away from the panel (10).
  29. A system according to claim 28, characterized in that the slide rails (14,15) are spring mounted.
  30. A system according to claims 28 or 29, characterized in that the rollers (25,26) outside of the processing areas (28,29) in the working stations cover the area of the groove (48) to be processed or created, and their ends terminate at a distance from the groove.
  31. A system according to claim 30, characterized in that the rollers (25) in the processing area (28,29) of the individual station (4) are designed in two parts, and their ends that face each other expose the processing area (28,29) at a distance from each other.
  32. A system according to one of claims 16-31, characterized in that the adhesive dispenser (43) can be moved parallel to the direction of transport (16).
  33. A system according to claim 32, characterized in that there is an adhesive-dispensing shoe (41) that inserts the adhesive (46) into the groove (40); the shoe (41) can be at least partially heated; the shoe (41) has a vertically adjustable guide (42); and the shoe (41) slides under preexisting tension in the groove (40) to be provided with adhesive (46) when the panel (10) is advanced.
  34. A system according to one of claims 16-31, characterized in that the panels are provided with guide rails (17,18) that exactly align the panels in the direction of transport.
  35. A system according to claim 34, characterized in that one of the guide rails (17) forms a guide stop, and a second guide rail (18) presses the panel (10) to be processed against the first one (17).
  36. A system according to claims 34 or 35, characterized in that the first guide rail (17) is designed to be revealing.
  37. A system according to one of claims 34-35, characterized in that the second guide rail (18) has spring-mounted guide rollers (20), and the guide rollers (20) are pretensioned to press it into the work area are arranged a part of the spring elements forming the guide rail (18).
