Definitions

  • the invention relates to a flush valve for whirling Sedimentation and for breaking up and mixing in Fabrics forming floating blankets in pumping stations, in particular in wastewater pumping stations, which are equipped with a pump unit, especially connected to a submersible pump and the print page for an adjustable period of time connects the pump unit to the pump station and such a circulation of the pump medium within the Pump station achieved, consisting of a valve housing, with an outlet and one with the pressure side of the pump connected inlet, sealing one on the valve housing attached valve cup and a valve body, which in the valve opening position in the valve cup and in the valve closing position in front of one on the outlet side in the valve housing attached sealing seat, as is already known from US-A-4,108,203.
  • the speed of movement of the This will cause the diaphragm in the direction of the valve housing regulated that the valve head has an opening that the Flow of a damping medium contained in the bellows is in the space between the valve head and the diaphragm allowed.
  • the size of the opening and the height of the Negative pressure directly determine the speed. Oil is usually used as the damping medium.
  • the speed is also determined by the viscosity of the Damping medium influences and is therefore strongly temperature-dependent. Setting the rinse time to different Liquid temperatures must therefore be on the flush valve attached control valve and is therefore not arbitrarily for the operator of the pump station variable.
  • this flush valve takes up a lot of space, especially through the attached bellows, and has a relatively high weight.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of a new one To develop a flushing valve whose flushing time is not temperature-dependent is, d. that is, no readjustments to the Valve must be done at different temperatures the flushing time is also arbitrary from case to case is adjustable and that moreover with relatively small Dimensions and small weight is to be produced.
  • this object is achieved with a flush valve solved, which is characterized in that on the Valve cup a device acting in this Locking the valve body in its rest position is arranged and that after actuation of the locking device the valve body from the pump medium flowing past in the direction of delivery of the pump from its rest position in the valve cup against the sealing seat is eligible.
  • the flush valve according to the invention thus shows no dependency regarding the rinsing time versus the liquid temperature, that prevails in the pump station.
  • the rinsing time outside the pumping station can be Operators can be set arbitrarily from case to case, without making any adjustments to the valve body itself should be.
  • by saving one Bellows a great weight and volume reduction of the entire flush valve.
  • By avoiding oily Damping media also eliminates the risk of oil leakage in the pump station in the event of damage and the associated Ecological damage.
  • a is used as the locking device Working cylinder provided with a piston rod and the Piston rod is in front of the through an opening in the valve cup Valve body slidably arranged, the piston rod locked the valve body in the extended position and in released withdrawn position.
  • the locking device e.g. B. a permanent magnet slidably arranged in a working cylinder, a magnetic one in the extended position Valve body locked. By reversing the The permanent magnet is then attached to the valve body practiced magnetic force reduced so that it is released becomes.
  • the opening is expediently located at the outlet facing side of the valve cup.
  • the working cylinder is pneumatic or operated hydraulically or electromagnetically.
  • the valve housing typically has the shape of a Cylinder on and a ball is provided as a valve body.
  • the valve body has a higher one Density on than the medium to be pumped and the valve cup demonstrates after installing the valve in the pump station below. By actuating the locking device then the valve body upwards from the flow of the Pump medium entrained and brought in front of the sealing seat.
  • valve body has a lower density than the medium to be pumped and the valve cup shows after installing the valve in the Pump station up. By operating the locking device the valve body is then down over the Delivery flow of the pump brought in front of the sealing seat.
  • Such a flushing valve can be found at the outlet of the pump or be installed on the pump line.
  • the inlet cross section is preferably smaller than that Outlet cross section to create a vacuum that the Operation of the ball favors.
  • valve housing 2 With an inlet 3 and a Outlet 4, the inlet cross section 14 smaller than that Outlet cross section 15 is at a vacuum at the To achieve promotion in the valve housing 2.
  • the inlet 3 is connected to the pressure side of the pump.
  • a valve cup 5 is attached to the Valve housing 2.
  • Valve housing 2 is a spherical valve body 6. This ball 6 rests in the valve opening position I in the valve cup 5.
  • In the valve closing position II is the ball 6 in front of the outlet 4 in Valve housing 2 attached sealing seat 7.
  • Valves 1 attached to the pressure line 12. To make things easier during assembly, the valve 1 has an eyelet 13.
  • the valve cup 5 has an opening 8 on the outlet side is arranged.
  • a piston rod 10 projects into this through this opening 8 Purge valve inside.
  • the piston rod 10 is with the Working cylinder 9 connected, which via the pneumatic lines 11 can be actuated.
  • valve opening position I the piston rod 10 is off the pneumatic cylinder 9 pushed out.
  • the pump pressure goes through because of the ball 6 held down Flushing line and the outlet 4.
  • the operator can after Keep this rinsing position set at your own discretion.
  • the extended piston rod switches over to delivery 10 pressed back into the pneumatic cylinder 9.
  • the Piston rod 10 thus clears the way for ball 6.
  • the pump medium flowing past the ball 6 tears the Ball 6 in front of the sealing seat 7 and thus ends the flushing.
  • the ball is 6 heavier than the pumped medium to be pumped and is therefore located in the flush valve 1 below.
  • FIG. 2 shows a flush valve in which the ball 6 is lighter than that to be conveyed Pump medium is and thus floats in the flush valve.
