Nach dem US-Patent 1,896,624 ist ein Seifenschaumspender be¬ kannt, der aus einem Gehäuse mit einer volumenveränderbaren, zy¬ lindrischen Luftkammer und aus einer koaxial daran angeordneten Einrichtung für die zur Luftförderung gleichzeitige Förderung verschäumbarer Flüssigkeit aus einem Behälter besteht, wobei die Einrichtung aus einem in eine saugseitige mit Rückschlagventil vom Betätigungselement für die Luftkompression einfahrbaren Tauchkolben gebildet ist und sowohl die Luftkammer als auch eine mit dem Rückschlagventil versehene Kammer in der Einrichtung mit einer Verschäumungskammer in Verbindung stehen, an die sich der Schaumauslaßkanal anschließt. Der Gehäuseteil, der die Luftkam¬ mer umschließt, dient dabei als Betätigungselement für die Luft¬ kompression und deren Förderung in die Verschäumungskammer, die in einem Teil des seitlich am Gehäuse angesetzten Schaumauslaß- kanales angeordnet ist. Mit Beendigung des Kompressionshubes für die Luft hört auch der Schaumaustrieb auf, d.h., sowohl in der Verschäumungskammer als auch im Schaumauslaßkanal bleibt gebil¬ deter Schaum stehen, läuft aus oder verkrustet im Laufe der Zeit, insbesondere dann, wenn das Gerät über längere Zeit unbe¬ nutzt bleibt. Ein Rücksaugen des Schaumes erfolgt nicht, weil die Luftkammer ihren Luftnachschub nicht durch den Schaumausla߬ kanal erhält, sondern durch eine Öffnung in der Wand der Luft¬ kammer. Dieses Problem ist mit einem Schaumspender nach dem europäischen Patent 0 019 582 dadurch zu lösen versucht worden, daß nach Schaumabgabe in der Mischkammer und im Schaumauslaßkanal ver¬ bleibender Restschaum ausgeblasen wird. Dies muß allerdings durch eine besondere Konstruktion des Gerätes erkauft werden, die es ermöglicht, zunächst Schaum zu erzeugen und auszutreiben, um dann anschließend mit einem nochmaligen Luftstoß den Rest¬ schaum auszutreiben, was in der Regel immer mit einem "Nachkleckern" von Schaum verbunden ist. Abgesehen davon ist eine besondere Luftpolsterkammer erforderlich, um die dort aus einem Vorratsbehälter zugeflossene Flüssigkeit mit einem Ventil¬ schieberkolben in die im Spendergehäuse stationär angeordnete Verschäumungskammer treiben zu können, wobei der Schieberkolben exakt passend in einem Zylinder geführt werden muß.According to US Pat. Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, besteht das erfindungsgemäße Gerät aus einem Gehäuse G mit einer volumenveränderbaren, zylindri¬ schen Luftkammer 1 und aus einer koaxial daran angeordneten Ein¬ richtung 2 für die zur Luftförderung gleichzeitige Förderung verschäumbarer Flüssigkeit aus einem Behälter V, wobei die Ein¬ richtung 2 (siehe auch Fig. 5) aus einem in eine saugseitig mit Rückschlagventil 3 vom Betätigungselement 4 für die Luftkompres¬ sion einfahrbaren Tauchkolben 5 gebildet ist und sowohl die Luftkammer 1 als auch eine mit dem Rückschlagventil 3 versehene Kammer 6 in der Einrichtung 2 mit einer Verschäumungskammer 8 in Verbindung stehen, an die sich der Schaumauslaßkanal 9 an¬ schließt. In der Luftkammer 1 ist ein Kolben 10 mit einem zen¬ tralen Einsatz 11 angeordnet, der fest mit dem Kolben 10 verbun¬ den ist. Die aus Einsatz 11 und Kolben 10 gebildete Einheit ist mit einer Feder 12 gegen den Boden 13 der Luftkammer 1 abge¬ stützt. Im Einsatz 11 ist ein Luftkanal 14 angeordent, der die zentrisch im Einsatz 11 angeordnete Verschäumungskammer 8 mit der Luftkammer 1 verbindet. Aus Gründen einer einfachen Herstellung ist die aus Kolben 10 und Einsatz 11 gebildete Einheit, die insgesamt das Betätigungs¬ element 4 für die Volumenänderung der Luftkammer 1 darstellt, aus mehreren Teilen gebildet, die aber alle fest miteinander verbunden sind. Wie aus Übersichtsgründen separat in Fig. 3 dargestellt, bildet der hülsenförmige Einsatz 11 mit dem Kolben 10 ein Stück. Der Boden 17 des Einsatzes 11 weist Öffnungen 14* und eine sich nach beiden Seiten erstreckende Hülse 18 auf, deren in die Luftkammer 1 ragendes Teil 17' das offene Ende 7 des Tauchkolbens 5 auf¬ nimmt und deren nach innen gerichtetes Teil 17" die innere Wand eines Teiles 14" des insgesamt ringzylindrischen Luftkanales 14 bildet, der andererseits von einer weiteren Hülse 19 begrenzt wird. Diese Hülse 19 enthält über der ringförmigen Einmündung 15 für die Luft Öffnungen 20, wobei die Räume 21 die Verschäumungskammer 8 bilden, der ein Verschäumungselement 8' zum Schaumauslaßkanal 9 hin nachgeordnet ist. Über der Hülse 19 ist eine dritte Hülse 22 angeordnet, die ebenfalls fest im Ein¬ satz 11 sitzt. Im Boden 23 dieser Hülse 22 sind mehrere Öffnun¬ gen 24 angeordnet, die zusammen mit einem elastischen Ring 25 die Schaumrücksaugventile 16 bilden. Auf dem ganzen Einsatz 11 sitzt eine Haube 26, die auch den Schaumauslaßkanal 9 enthält, von dem eine Saugbohrung 27 die Saugverbindung zu den Schaum- rücksaugventilen 16 herstellt. Diese Haube 26 weist auch eine Ausnehmung 28 für einen Zugbügel 29 auf, der in Pfeilrichtung P von einem Handhebel 30 verstellt wird, wenn sich dieser in Pfeilrichtung P' um seine Achse 31 am Gehäuse 1 dreht. Dabei wird der Kolben 10 in die Luftkammer 1 gedrückt und komprimiert die Luft, die durch die Öffnungen 14' in die Luftführungskanäle 14, 14" und von dort zu der ringförmigen Einmündung 15 in den Raum 21 (Vormischkammer) gelangt, wo die Luft mit der zu ver¬ schäumenden Flüssigkeit zusammentrifft. Mit dem Niederdrücken der ganzen Einheit aus Kolben 10 und Einsatz 11 wird auch der damit fest verbundene Tauchkolben 5 (siehe Fig. 5) in die Kammer 6 gedrückt. Beim Eintauchen des Tauchkolbens 5 werden zum För¬ derkanal 5' führende Querbohrungen 5" freigestellt, und die vom Tauchkolben verdrängte Flüssigkeit steigt im Förderkanal 5' nach oben in die Verschäumungskammer 8. Der in dieser gebildete Schaum tritt dann am Ende des Schaumauslaßkanales 9 aus und wird dort vom Handteller des Benutzers übernommen. Sobald der Hebel 30 losgelassen wird, stellt sich die Einheit aus Kolben 10, Ein¬ satz 11 und Tauchkolben 5 durch die Feder 12 wieder zurück. Die¬ ser Rückstellvorgang bewirkt, daß neue Flüssigkeit in die Kammer 6 der Einrichtung 2 gesaugt wird, daß in der Luftkammer 1 ein Unterdruck entsteht, der die Schaumrücksaugventile 16 öffnet, so daß der Unterdruck via Bohrung 27 auch im Schaumauslaßkanal wirksam werden kann und den dort befindlichen Restschaum in die Hohlräume des Einsatzes 11, d.h., in den weiträumigen Teil des Luftkanales 14 zurücksaugt, aus dem dann der Schaum oder die ggf. rückgebildete Flüssigkeit bei der nächsten Betätigung wie¬ der von der Luft mitgerissen wird.For reasons of simple manufacture, the unit formed from the piston 10 and insert 11, which overall represents the actuating element 4 for changing the volume of the air chamber 1, is formed from several parts, but all of which are firmly connected to one another.
