However, its handling and storage is not convincing.
- a toilet brush is under the utility model DE 86 03 096 U1 described.
- an airtight screw is attached, which makes it possible at any time refill cleaning and / or disinfectant in the stem.
- the detergent exits sparingly when the brush comes into contact with water.
- the hollow body in the stem at the top is sealed air-impermeable.
- the DE 91 07 521 U1 follows a toilet cleaning device, in particular a toilet brush with a handle, a shaft and a cleaning head. additionally is a reservoir and at least one arranged in the cleaning head outlet opening realized for a cleaning agent. The cleaning agent exits under the action of an operating element arranged in the handle from the outlet opening.
- the DE 201 02 648 U1 deals with a cleaning device, especially for toilet bowls.
- a means for removing a pulled over a cleaning head shell of this is provided.
- a real stamp is realized, which can be moved into a retracted and extended position.
- the invention is the technical problem of further developing a hand cleaning device or a toilet brush of the design described above so that the inclusion of the detergent easily succeeds and the handling is improved over the previously known.
- a generic hand cleaning device or a toilet brush according to the invention is characterized in that the suction piston sucks the detergent into the hollow chamber during a suction stroke through the opening and the detergent during the pressure stroke emits one or more outlet openings, and that the opening a valve assigned.
- the outlet opening and the opening for receiving the cleaning agent may fall into one another, so that the reception of the cleaning agent and its delivery take place via one and the same opening.
- the outlet opening or the plurality of outlet openings and the opening for receiving the cleaning agent are designed as different openings.
- the inventive design of the stem in the form of a kind of syringe. Because depending on the speed with which the suction piston is pressed into the receiving chamber during the pressure stroke, the exit velocity of the cleaning agent from the outlet openings can be controlled. If this speed is low, the cleaning agent seeps out of the outlet openings on the individual bristles of the brush head and ensures uniform wetting. In the case of an increased discharge speed, moreover, the cleaning agent can, as it were, be sprayed onto the surfaces to be cleaned. Of course, a change of speeds is possible during the printing stroke. All this a user can control.
- the described effect undoubtedly also depends on the viscosity of the cleaning agent and / or the size of the outlet openings.

- the cleaning agent can advantageously be sucked in from a container filled with the cleaning agent.
- This container may be a conventional receptacle for a hand cleaning device or a toilet brush, in which the device in question is stored in a standing position.
- This container or receptacle thus assumes a dual function within the scope of the invention. Not only does it serve to hold the hand cleaner or toilet brush, it also takes care of the cleaning agent and possibly its preparation (mixing, possibly heating, etc.).
- the cleaning agent is sucked through the opening disposed at the bottom of the brush head opening into the hollow chamber in the handle of the hand cleaning device.
- valve associated with the opening ensures that the cleaning agent can enter the hollow chamber in the handle of the hand cleaning device during the suction stroke of the suction piston and during the pressure stroke of the suction piston does not escape from this opening.
- the valve may be a flexible lip, as will be explained in more detail with reference to the description of the figures.
- the handle In order to simplify the handling of the suction piston and the suction stroke and pressure stroke to be realized thereby, the handle usually has lateral retaining projections. These holding projections are mostly used so that the stem is clamped between index finger and middle finger, with the two aforementioned fingers are supported on the two lateral retaining projections. In contrast, the thumb is used to depress the suction piston more and more in the receiving chamber during the compression stroke.
- the retaining projections can be used advantageously. Here you will mostly with their help with one hand hold the stem, while the other hand pulls the suction piston during the suction stroke from the receiving chamber. Overall, it has proven to be favorable in this context, if the retaining projections have a convex surface formed in the direction of the brush head curvature, because then there is a particularly ergonomic design.
- the invention recommends to form the handle made of plastic, metal, wood or a combination of the aforementioned materials. This makes the hand cleaning device visually particularly appealing.
- the same materials can in principle also for the suction piston be used. It is conceivable here, among other things, to produce the stem of a transparent plastic, while the suction piston is also made of plastic. As a result, the suction of the cleaning agent in the hand cleaning device or the toilet brush can be observed particularly advantageous. It is also within the scope of the invention to make only one slot of the handle transparent to observe the relevant suction (and of course the leakage of the detergent).
- suction piston is optionally equipped with a foot-side seal training to prevent the detergent can pass laterally on the suction piston.
- a foot-side seal training to prevent the detergent can pass laterally on the suction piston.
- this danger exists in particular during the printing stroke.
- one will usually also ensure that the suction piston can not be completely pulled out of the receiving chamber or hollow chamber. This can be achieved, for example, with the help of attacks.
- a hand cleaning device or a toilet brush which convinces by a remarkably simple recording of the detergent. Because this is sucked in the course of a suction stroke of the suction piston in the hollow stem and discharged during a pressure stroke of the suction piston via the outlet openings.
- the preparation of the detergent is carried out separately, namely in the container or receptacle for the hand cleaning device.
- a cumbersome up and / or refilling the hollow chamber in the interior of the stem is so not mandatory.
- the operation is extremely simple, in particular contribute to the retaining projections, which provide as it were an abutment for individual fingers or a user's hand.

In contrast, one will produce the suction piston 8 predominantly made of plastic in the course of an injection molding process. In this context, then the seal training 10 can be realized in a train with. This also applies to an upper-side knob 14, which ensures that the suction piston 8 only so far immersed in the receiving chamber 6, as shown in FIG. The knob 14 thus limits the path of the suction piston 8 during the pressure stroke. In contrast, the stops 9 ensure that the path of the suction piston 8 is limited during the suction stroke. The suction piston 8 is thus held captive in the receiving chamber 6 of the stem 1.

Whether it is possible to achieve satisfactory cleaning effects with such a hand-cleaning device is an open question. Anyway, the handling already therefore complicated, because to refill the screw cap removed and the stem must be filled with the detergent.

Consequently, the invention is the technical problem of further developing a hand cleaning device or a toilet brush of the design described above so that the inclusion of the detergent easily succeeds and the handling is improved over the previously known.
To solve this technical problem, a generic hand cleaning device or a toilet brush according to the invention is characterized in that the suction piston sucks the detergent into the hollow chamber during a suction stroke through the opening and the detergent during the pressure stroke emits one or more outlet openings, and that the opening a valve assigned.
The outlet opening and the opening for receiving the cleaning agent may fall into one another, so that the reception of the cleaning agent and its delivery take place via one and the same opening. Usually, however, the outlet opening or the plurality of outlet openings and the opening for receiving the cleaning agent are designed as different openings.
It has proven to be advantageous to arrange the outlet openings in the head region of the brush head to ensure the discharge of the detergent at this point. In this way, the detergent distributed, starting from the head of the brush head over the entire brush head to its deepest. This allows a particularly intensive and uniform cleaning effect, because the detergent is distributed virtually automatically over the brush head.
This also makes it possible for areas that are difficult to access to be moistened with the cleaning agent exiting through the outlet openings. For this purpose, the inventive design of the stem in the form of a kind of syringe.
The described effect undoubtedly also depends on the viscosity of the cleaning agent and / or the size of the outlet openings. Usually, it will be assumed that the cleaning agent has approximately the properties of water, because the cleaning agent is not necessarily taken up in a concentrated form of the handle of the hand cleaning device. Rather, at this point usually a mixture of detergent and water is used. Of course, only with (hot) Water to be cleaned. In order to even out the distribution of the cleaning agent on the individual bristles of the brush head and / or to ensure a comprehensive discharge in the sense of spraying, the plurality of outlet openings are usually evenly distributed over the circumference of the brush head. It has also proved to be favorable to arrange the outlet openings in several rows, wherein between the arranged in the rows outlet openings a uniform offset is realized.
Because the opening for receiving the cleaning agent is provided at the lowest point of the brush head, the cleaning agent can advantageously be sucked in from a container filled with the cleaning agent. This container may be a conventional receptacle for a hand cleaning device or a toilet brush, in which the device in question is stored in a standing position. This container or receptacle thus assumes a dual function within the scope of the invention. Not only does it serve to hold the hand cleaner or toilet brush, it also takes care of the cleaning agent and possibly its preparation (mixing, possibly heating, etc.). Starting from the receptacle, the cleaning agent is sucked through the opening disposed at the bottom of the brush head opening into the hollow chamber in the handle of the hand cleaning device.
The valve associated with the opening ensures that the cleaning agent can enter the hollow chamber in the handle of the hand cleaning device during the suction stroke of the suction piston and during the pressure stroke of the suction piston does not escape from this opening. In the simplest case, the valve may be a flexible lip, as will be explained in more detail with reference to the description of the figures.
In order to simplify the handling of the suction piston and the suction stroke and pressure stroke to be realized thereby, the handle usually has lateral retaining projections. These holding projections are mostly used so that the stem is clamped between index finger and middle finger, with the two aforementioned fingers are supported on the two lateral retaining projections. In contrast, the thumb is used to depress the suction piston more and more in the receiving chamber during the compression stroke.
Also during the suction of the cleaning agent, the retaining projections can be used advantageously.
Finally, the invention recommends to form the handle made of plastic, metal, wood or a combination of the aforementioned materials. This makes the hand cleaning device visually particularly appealing. The same materials can in principle also for the suction piston be used.
It is understood that the suction piston is optionally equipped with a foot-side seal training to prevent the detergent can pass laterally on the suction piston. Of course, this danger exists in particular during the printing stroke. Finally, one will usually also ensure that the suction piston can not be completely pulled out of the receiving chamber or hollow chamber. This can be achieved, for example, with the help of attacks.
As a result, a hand cleaning device or a toilet brush is provided, which convinces by a remarkably simple recording of the detergent. Because this is sucked in the course of a suction stroke of the suction piston in the hollow stem and discharged during a pressure stroke of the suction piston via the outlet openings. The preparation of the detergent is carried out separately, namely in the container or receptacle for the hand cleaning device. A cumbersome up and / or refilling the hollow chamber in the interior of the stem is so not mandatory. Also, the operation is extremely simple, in particular contribute to the retaining projections, which provide as it were an abutment for individual fingers or a user's hand. Here are the main benefits.

In the figures, a hand cleaning device is shown, which is a toilet brush in the embodiment. Of course, you may use the illustrated hand cleaning device in principle not only for cleaning toilets, but there are any uses conceivable in which by hand, a detergent is applied to a brush and / or a surface to be cleaned and the brush in conjunction with the detergent for the cleansing effect ensures.
The illustrated hand cleaning device has in its basic structure a
It can be seen that the
In contrast, the
The
As part of a suction stroke as shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
