Abstract

Ein zusammenlegbarer Behälter, insbesondere für Kleidungsstücke, weist ein rechteckiges Bodenteil 1 und ein rechteckiges Deckenteil 2 auf, die durch ein zusammenklappbares Gestänge 9,10, bestehend aus zwei durch ein Scharnier 11 bzw. 12 verbundenen Teilen 9a,9b bzw. 10a,10b, permanent miteinander verbunden sind. Durch Verschieben des Deckenteils hin zu oder weg von dem Bodenteil läßt sich der Behälter auf einfache Weise zusammenlegen oder aufstellen. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen zusammenlegbaren Behälter, insbesondere für Kleidungsstücke, entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Derartige Behälter werden häufig als Kleiderschränke beim Camping oder im Haus zur Aufbewahrung von Sommersachen im Winter oder von Wintersachen im Sommer verwendet. Bei Nichtgebrauch soll der Behälter möglicht wenig Raum beanspruchen. Der Zugang zum Inneren des Behälters wird durch eine Tür in der Umhüllung ermöglicht, die meist durch einen Reißverschluß geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann. Aufgrund der Nachgiebigkeit des Materials der Umhüllung ist das Öffnen und Schließen des Reißverschlusses mühsam. Gestänge zwischen dem Boden- und dem Deckenteil würden zwar dieses Problem beheben, jedoch würde dann der Aufbau und das Zusammenlegen des Behälters arbeitsaufwendig, da das Gestänge in entsprechende Aufnahmen im Boden- und im Deckenteil eingesetzt bzw. von diesen gelöst werden muß. Außerdem muß beim Wegräumen das lange Gestänge für sich irgendwo verstaut werden.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Behälter der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, der sehr einfach zusammengelegt und wieder aufgebaut werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
  • Dadurch, daß bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Behälter das Bodenteil mit dem Deckenteil permanent durch ein zusammenklappbares Gestänge verbunden ist, wird der Behälter durch einfaches Auseinanderziehen des Bodenteils und des Deckenteils in seine Gebrauchsform und durch Zusammendrücken des Bodenteils und des Deckenteils in seine Verstauform gebracht.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist das Gestänge Stangen auf, die einerseits am Bodenteil und andererseits am Deckenteil schwenkbar befestigt sind und aus mindestens zwei Teilen bestehen, die durch ein Scharnier miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Zur Verbesserung des Stabilität des Behälters in seiner Gebrauchsform ist es zweckmäßig, an jeder Ecke des Behälters eine Stange vorzusehen, die parallel zu einer Seite des Behälters zusammenklappbar ist, wobei jeder Teil der Stange kürzer ist als diese Seite, um zu vermeiden, daß beim Zusammenlegen des Behälters ein Stangenteil seitlich von dem Boden- und Deckenteil vorsteht.
  • Zur Erhöhung der Stabilität des Behälters im Gebrauchszustand ist es zweckmäßig, die Scharniere so auszubilden, daß sie ein Verschwenken der Stangenteile nur nach innen zu zulassen. Zusätzlich können die Scharniere in der Strecklage der Stangenteile verriegelbar sein.
  • Vorzugsweise sind die beiden an gegenüberliegenden Ecken des Behälters angeordneten Stangen gegeneinader einklappbar und es ist zwischen diesen Stangen eine Verbindungsstange vorgesehen, die an ihren Enden an den beiden Stangen angelenkt ist und aus mindestens zwei Teilen besteht, die durch ein Scharnier miteinander verbunden sind. Wird dieses Scharnier so ausgebildet, daß es ein Verschwenken der Verbindungsstangenteile nur nach außen zu zuläßt, so wird durch die Strecklage ein Zusammenklappen der Teile der Stangen, welche das Bodenteil mit dem Deckenteil verbinden, wirksam verhindert. Zusätzlich kann eine Arretierung des Scharniers in der Strecklage vorgesehen werden. Diese Arretierung kann beim Gebrauch des Behälters selbsttätig dadurch erfolgen, daß die Verbindungsstange, die zweckmäßigerweise relativ nahe dem Deckelteil angeordnet wird, nach unten, also nach innen zu, belastet wird, beispielsweise, indem die Verbindungsstangen zwischen auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Behälters angeordneten Stangenpaaren als Auflager für ein Regalbrett dienen oder miteinander durch eine Querstange verbunden sind, die als Kleiderstange dient.
  • Um zu erreichen, daß der Behälter im zusammengelegten Zustand möglichst wenig Raum beansprucht, können das Bodenteil und das Deckenteil Umfangswände aufweisen, die bei zusammengelegtem Behälter aufeinnderliegen und ein geschlossenes Behältnis bilden, welches das Gestänge und die Umhüllung aufnimmt. Die Schwenklager der Stangenteile werden dann an den Innenseiten von gegenüberliegenden Umfangswänden des Boden- und des Deckelteils derart versetzt zueinander angebracht, daß die Stangen an den Ecken einer Behälterseite im zusammengelegten Behälter übereinander liegen.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen beschrieben. Es zeigt:

  • Der Behälter weist ein Bodenteil 1 und ein Deckenteil 2 auf, die durch ein zusammenklappbares Gestänge miteinander verbunden sind. Eine nicht dargestellte Umhüllung aus einem nachgiebigen Material, beispielsweise einer Folie, ist einerseits am Bodenteil und andererseits am Deckenteil angebracht und mit einer durch einen Reißverschluß oder dergl verschließbaren Tür versehen. Das Bodenteil 1 besteht aus einer rechteckigen Bodenplatte 3 und Umfangswänden, von denen eine Umfagswand 4 schmäler ist als die gegenüberliegende Umfangswand 5. In der gleichen Weise hat das Deckenteil 2 eine rechteckige Deckenplatte 6 und Umfangswände, von denen die Umfangswand 7, die der schmalen Umfangswand 4 des Bodenteils 1 gegenüberliegt, so breit ist wie die andere Umfangswand 5 des Bodenteils und die der breiten Umfangswand 7 gegenüberliegende Umfangwand 8 des Deckenteils 2 so schmal ist wie die Umfangswand 4 des Bodenteils. Die unterschiedlichen Breiten sind vorgesehen, um das Gestänge im zusammengelegten Behälter problemlos unterzubringen. Wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, liegen das Bodenteil 1 und das Deckenteil 2 im zusammengelegten Zustand des Behälters aufeinander und sie bilden dann ein Behältnis, welches das Gestänge und die Umhüllung aufnimmt.
  • Wie aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich, ist auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Behälters jeweils ein zusammenklappbares Gestänge angeordnet, das in den Fig. 1 und 2 im einzelnen dargestellt ist. An jeder Ecke einer Seite des Behälters ist eine Stange 9 bzw. 10 angeordnet, die aus zwei durch ein Scharnier 11 bzw. 12 miteinander verbundenen Stangenteilen 9a, 9b bzw. 10a, 10b besteht. Das Stangenteil 9a ist durch ein Schwenklager 13 mit dem Deckenteil 2 und das Stangenteil 9b ist durch ein Schwenklager 14 mit dem Bodenteil 1 verbunden. In entsprechender Weise sind die Stangenteile 10a und 10b durch Schwenklager 15 bzw. 16 mit dem Deckenteil 2 bzw. mit dem Bodenteil 1 verbunden. Die Scharniere 11 und 12 sind so ausgebildet, daß sie ein Verschwenken der Stangenteile nur nach innen zu zulassen, Durch Eindrücken der Scharniere in Richtung der Pfeile in Fig. 2 läßt sich der Behälter auf einfache Weise zusammenlegen. Die Scharniere 11,12 können zusätzlich so ausgebildet sein, daß sie in der Strecklage (Fig. 1) der stangenteile 9a,9b bzw. 10a,10b arretiert sind, wodurch die Stabilität des aufgestellten Behälters erhöht wird.
  • Einer arretierbaren Ausbildung der Scharniere 11,12 bedarf es nicht, wenn zwischen den Stangen 9 und 10 eine Verbindungsstange 17 vorgesehen wird, die bei 18 bzw. 19 schwenkbar an den Stangenteile 9a und 10a befestigt ist und ebenfalls aus zwei Teilen 17a und 17b besteht, die durch ein Scharnier 20 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Verbindungsstange 17 ist zweckmäßig nahe dem Deckenteil 2 angeordnet. Das Scharnier 20 ist so ausgebildet, daß die stangenteile 17a und 17b nur nach oben in Richtung des Pfeiles in Fig. 2 verschwenkt werden können. In der Strecklage 17 gemäß Fig. 1 verhindert die Verbindungsstange 17 ein Einklappen der Stangen 9 und 10. Das Scharnier 20 kann wiederum so ausgebildet sein, daß es in der Strecklage der Verbindungsstange lösbar arretiert ist. Eine derartige Arretierung ergibt sich selbsstätig dann,, wenn die Verbindungsstange nach unten zu belastet ist, beispielsweise dadurch, daß die Verbindungsstangen zwischen den Stangenpaaren, die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Behälters angeordnet sind, als Auflager für ein Regalbrett dienen. Alternativ könnte auf die Verbindungsstangen eine Querstange 22 aufgeclipst werden, die als Kleiderstange dient.
  • Durch Hochdrücken des Scharniers 20 in Richtung des Pfeiles in Fig. 2 kommen die Stangen 9 und 10 aus ihrer Strecklage, so daß der Behälter zusammengelegt werden kann. Zum Aufstellen braucht lediglich der Deckenteil 2 vom Bodenteil 1 abgehoben zu werden, bis die Stangen 9, 10 und 17 in ihre Strecklage kommen. Dann ist der Behälter stabilisiert und bei entsprechender Bemessung des Gestänges sogar standfest.
  • Wie insbesondere aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, sind die Schwenklager 13 bis 16 der Stangen 9, 10 an den Innenseiten der Umfangswände 4, 5,7 und 8 des Bodenteils 1 und des Deckenteils 2 angebracht, und zwar so, daß das Schwenklager 13 der Stange 9 am Deckenteil 2 einen kleineren Abstand von der Deckeninnenfläche 23 hat als das Schwenklager 14 dieser Stange von der Bodeninnenfläche 24. Umgekehrt ist der Abstand des Schwenklagers 15 der Stange 10 von der Deckelinnenfläche 23 größer als der Abstand des Schwenklagers 16 dieser Stange von der Bodeninnenfläche 24. Dadurch legen sich , wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, die Stangenteile 9a,9b und 10a,10b problemlos übereinander.
  • Da das Bodenteil 1 und das Deckenteil 2, die Scharniere 11,12 und 20, die Schwenklager 13,14,15 und 16 sowie die Stangenteile 9a,9b, 10a und 10b jeweils identisch sein können, kann der Behälter sehr preisgünstig hergestellt werden.
  • Selbstverständlich sind viele Abwandlungen des dargestelltren Ausführungsbeispiels möglich, ohne den Rahmen der Erfindung zu verlassen. So könnten die Stangen 9, 10 und 17 auch aus mehr als zwei, durch Scharniere miteinander verbundenen Teilen bestehen. Das Boden- und das Deckenteil könnten auch jeweils von einem rechteckigen Rahmen gebildet werden.

Claims (12)

  1. Zusammnlegbarer Behälter, insbesondere für Kleidungsstücke, mit einem rechtekigen Bodenteil (1), einem rechteckigen Deckenteil (2) und einer am Bodenteil und am Deckenteil angebrachten Umhüllung aus einem nachgiebigen Werkstoff,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenteil (1) mit dem Deckenteil (2) permanent durch ein zusammenklappbares Gestänge (9,10) verbunden ist.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestänge Stangen (9,10) aufweist, die einerseits am Bodenteil (1) und andererseits am Deckenteil (2) schwenkbar befestigt sind und aus mindestens zwei Teilen (9a,9b bzw. 10a,10b) bestehen, die durch Scharniere (11 bzw. 12) miteinander verbunden sind.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Ecke des Behälters eine Stange (9,10) vorgesehen ist, die parallel zu einer Seite des Behälters zusammenklappbar ist.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scharniere (11,12) so ausgebildet sind, daß sie ein verschwenken der Stangenteile (9a,9b bzw. 10a,10b) nur nach innen zu zulassen.
  5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scharniere (11,12) in der Strecklage der stangenteile arretierbar sind.
  6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden an gegenüberliegenden Ecken des Behälters angeordneten Stangen (9,10) gegeneinander einklappbar sind und daß zwischen diesen Stangen eine Verbindungsstange (17) vorgesehen ist, die an ihren Enden an den beiden Stangen angelenkt ist und aus mindestens zwei Teilen (17a,17b) besteht, die durch ein Scharnier (20) miteinander verbunden sind.
  7. Behälter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier (20) so ausgebildet ist, daß es ein Verschwenken der Verbindungsstangenteile (17a,17b) nur nach außen zu zuläßt.
  8. Behälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier (20) in der Strecklage der Verbindungsstangenteile arretierbar ist.
  9. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstangen (17) zwischen auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Behälters angeordneten Stangenpaaren (9,10) als Auflager für ein Regalbrett ausgebildet sind.
  10. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstangen /17) zwischen auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Behälters angeordneten Stangenpaaren (9,10) miteinander durch eine Querstange (22) verbunden sind.
  11. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenteil (1) und das Deckenteil (2) Umfangswände (4,5 bzw. 7,8) aufweisen, die bei zusammengelegtem Behälter aufeinanderliegen und ein geschlossenes Behältnis bilden, welches das Gestänge und die Umhüllung aufnimmt.
  12. Behälter nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenklager (13,14 bzw. 15,16) der beiden an gegenüberliegenden Ecken des Behälters vorgesehenen Stangen (9,10) an den einander gegenüberliegenden Umfangswänden (5,8 bzw. 4,7) des Bodenteils (1) und des Deckelteils (2) derart versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, daß die Stangenteile (9a,9b und 10a,10b) im zusammngeklappten Behälter übereinander liegen.
