- la figure 1 est une vue schématique d'un connecteur électrique selon l'invention équipant le palonnier et un outil porte-conteneur d'une grue dans une application portuaire typique ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective du connecteur désaccouplé ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe du connecteur selon l'invention dans la phase d'approche avant alignement des parties de contacts ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe partielle analogue à la précédente du connecteur en phase d'alignement des parties de contact, et
- la figure 5 est une vue du connecteur fermé prêt au service.
Claims (5)
- Connecteur électrique à enfichage automatique comportant une partie de contact mobile ou fiche (1) et une partie de contact d'embase (5), attachées à des parties support respectives (3, 7) destinées à venir en accouplement mutuel automatique avec centrage préalable et verrouillage subséquent de la liaison, l'une et/ou l'autre des parties de fiche (1) et d'embase (5) étant montée en suspension sur sa partie support (3, 7) par au moins trois ressorts hélicoïdaux identiques (17) distants l'un de l'autre de façon à former une assise de suspension stable de la fiche et/ou d'embase sur son support, la fiche (1) ou l'embase (5) comportant au moins deux colonnes de guidage identiques (23), orientées dans la direction de l'enfichage et aptes à être introduites dans deux bagues complémentaires (19) de l'embase ou de la fiche respectivement, caractérisé en ce que les colonnes (23) comportent des pointes effilées et sont conformées de façon correspondante avec leurs bagues de centrage respectives (19) avec des pentes de rattrapage progressif du désalignement de précentrage, en étagement sur la profondeur, évitant tout coincement de descente des colonnes (23) sur les bagues (19), en outre l'une et/ou l'autre des parties fiche (1) ou embase (5), selon son orientation relativement à la verticale et selon qu'elle est soumise aux intempéries ou autres conditions d'environnement, comprenant des couvercles (37) montés sur leurs éléments de contact respectifs (15, 35) et les fermant en position hors service et en ce qu'il comporte un coulisseau (27) monté coulissant avec rappel élastique en position, ce coulisseau étant pourvu de rampes (41) coopérant avec des galets (39) ou patins des couvercles, avec une action de came permettant l'ouverture des couvercles à l'enfichage avant l'engagement des contacts (15, 35) et leur fermeture à la déconnexion, lesdites colonnes (23) et bagues (19) coopérant l'une avec l'autre deux à deux pour aligner progressivementla fiche (1) et l'embase (5), tandis que le montage en suspension (17) est sollicité pour rattraper ledit centrage préalable des parties supports (3, 7) à l'accouplement, et permettre successivement ladite ouverture des couvercles (37) et l'enfichage subséquent de leurs éléments de contact (15, 35), réalisant la connexion ou la déconnexion selon un mouvement inverse.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un plan de symétrie médian.
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est apte à transmettre la commande de verrouillage automatique subséquente de la connexion, soit par l'intermédiaire de l'action de verrous (43) agissant sur les parties supports (outil (7) et palonnier (3)) et les solidarisant l'une à l'autre ainsi que le connecteur, soit par un verrou propre au connecteur.
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le montage de suspension comporte quatre ressorts hélicoïdaux (17) disposés en rectangle, carré, cercle ou autre configuration géométrique selon la conformation du connecteur.
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le montage en suspension (17) du connecteur, complété d'éléments amortisseurs, tubes amortisseurs insérés dans les ressorts hélicoïdaux (17) par exemple, permet en outre d'isoler dynamiquement le connecteur des mouvements et vibrations des parties support correspondantes (3, 7), notamment lorsqu'elles sont soumises aux chocs.
