Claims (10)
- Connecteur électrique hermaphrodite de sécurité, notamment pour la transmission de puissance, constitué de deux parties de connecteur identiques (1,1'), reliées l'une à l'autre en service, comportant pour chaque partie de connecteur au moins un contact électrique (17, 17') disposé dans le plan médian (P) du connecteur, et un volet obturateur (51, 51') du contact, protégeant le contact (17,17') de toute intrusion, et s'ouvrant lors de l'enfichage des parties de connecteur (1,1'), caractérisé en ce que ledit volet obturateur (51,51') est monté rotatif à l'avant dudit contact (17,17'), étant conformé et tourné de façon adéquate pour qu'il ferme l'accès du contact (17, 17') en position hors service et le rende accessible à l'enfichage, le volet obturateur (51, 51') étant entraíné de façon positive, par exemple par un chemin de came, de la position fermée hors service à la position ouverte d'enfichage, et en ce que chaque partie de connecteur (1,1') comporte un chemin de guidage (3,7 ; 3', 7'), par exemple à ergots (3, 3') et rainures complémentaires (7, 7'), guidant l'enfichage et l'extraction des parties de connecteur l'une à l'autre, l'enfichage étant verrouillable en position et déverrouillable par un dispositif de crochetage (9, 9').
- Connecteur électrique hermaphrodite selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est enfiché en présentant les parties de connecteur (1,1') en opposition, orientées à 180 ° l'une de l'autre.
- Connecteur électrique hermaphrodite selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, caractérisé en ce que le volet obturateur (51, 51') est rappelé élastiquement en position fermée et est commandé à l'ouverture par engagement d'une pièce en saillie (47, 47') du corps de l'autre partie de connecteur à l'enfichage.
- Connecteur électrique hermaphrodite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le volet obturateur (51, 51') est monté mobile axialement, étant rappelé vers l'avant.
- Connecteur électrique hermaphrodite selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le volet obturateur (51, 51') est monté mobile en rotation, axialement, dans un bloc mobile (15, 15'), monté coulissant axialement dans le corps et rappelé vers l'avant.
- Connecteur électrique hermaphrodite selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit contact (17, 17') est un contact en bout monté mobile et rappelé vers l'avant, axialement.
- Connecteur électrique hermaphrodite selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de crochetage (9, 9') est libérable manuellement, projetant l'extraction des parties de connecteur (1, 1'), de façon à limiter tout phénomène d'arc électrique à la rupture du contact.
- Connecteur électrique hermaphrodite selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'enfichage est réalisé suivant un premier mouvement transversal puis un second mouvement axial où les ergots latéraux (3) de la jupe avant (5) de l'une des parties de connecteur (1) sont engagés dans des rainures complémentaires (7') à forme de L de l'autre partie de connecteur (17), et réciproquement pour l'autre partie de connecteur (1') ; le verrouillage de l'enfichage étant obtenu en fin d'enfichage à l'aide de deux crochets externes opposés (9) et (9') dont le nez sur l'une des parties vient en prise dans une partie en saillie complémentaire respective de l'autre.
- Connecteur hermaphrodite selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte pour chaque partie de connecteur (1, 1') respectivement un joint souple périphérique (43, 43') fixé au moyen d'un serre-joint (45, 45' ), disposé sur la partie avant du corps, au niveau du bloc mobile (15, 15'), ce joint (43, 43') étant appliqué sur le bord haut de l'évidement avant (23, 23') du corps et destiné à porter avec étanchéité sur le joint correspondant (43, 43') de l'autre partie de connecteur à l'état enfiché.
- Connecteur hermaphrodite selon l'une des revendications 5 - 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit bloc mobile (15) comporte au moins un trou de passage (31) dudit contact (17), un crochet supérieur avant (47), et un évidement inférieur (49) à la verticale du crochet (47), et de même le bloc (15'), le crochet (47) d'un bloc mobile (15) d'une partie de connecteur (1) étant destiné à pénétrer à l'enfichage (au cours du premier mouvement transversal) dans l'évidement correspondant (49)' du bloc mobile (15') de l'autre partie de connecteur (1'), et de même le crochet (47') de façon à entraíner à l'ouverture les volets obturateurs (51, 51'), les blocs mobiles (15, 15') des parties de connecteur étant appliqués l'un contre l'autre à l'enfichage, après ouverture des volets obturateurs, pour permettre le passage des contacts (17, 17'), et reculés à l'intérieur du corps de leur partie de connecteur respective, pour permettre en fin de course l'application des contacts (17, 17'), l'un contre l'autre et en liaison électrique.
